Excellent quality food. Hollandaise sauce didn't have that powdery quality you get in sachets, so was clearly made properly and from scratch. Bacon was thick cut and beautifully tasted. Eggs cooked but still runny. Peach iced tea lemonade was refreshing and delicious. Saw other food coming out and it all looked amazing. Wraps are huge to look at. Think a wrap is going to be my selection on my next visit. Will be happy to return.

Good coffee and the cakes are tasty too. Staff is very friendly and it’s got a good vibe when you enter. Altho at times it can get busy but worth the wait if you like good coffee.

Lovely food for a great and reasonable price! I had the peanut butter granola toast and was delicious, aswell as an iced coffee (and sneakily tried some of my boyfriends frozen lemonade) 😋. Will definitely be back

Being a little cafe, my partner and i arrived here for opening time on Saturday morning ( was already filling up) We both had the old george breakfast, with americano. I don't understand people complaining about the price. You get what you pay for, we wanted a quality breakfast with quality ingredients, and that's what we got. It was delicious! So much taste, not greasy and full of oil like usual cheap breakfasts. If you want a nice breakfast, this is the place. Cant wait to go back!

We stopped for coffee and cake and were not disappointed! The Lotus stack and the Ferrero Rocher stack were both delicious and perfect for a sweet tooth. I tried the white chocolate mocha for something different, it was like a sweet, creamy latte so good for people who want a milder coffee. Food at other tables looked great too. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Really great flat white, something that can so easily be made poorly but very good. A delicious halloumi burger with sweet chilli, honestly one of the best halloumi burgers I've had in a long time. Rounded off with a Caramac Brownie, which was sooo good, although I did have to get it in a doggy bag to go as I couldn't finish it there. Really nice atmosphere and super friendly and happy staff, couldn't have asked for more.

Great cafe, the staff made me feel welcome when I walked in. The vegan breakfast was delicious, really good coffee and fast service. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely go there again whenever I'm in Barnsley.

Called in for a Full English. No complaints at all. The breakfast was cooked perfectly to my taste (no black pudding to leave.) :-) . Very nice eating areas with a back to front counter which seems a bit quirky but works. Big plus is ... dog friendly (well .... if it wasn't, I wouldn't have been there)

This day I wanted to have a great coffee and chill out reading my newspaper. The waitress who brought my delicious flat white was chatty and pleasant and we shared stories of travelling in California. After my flat white I decided to have cake and espresso...all time well spent. Superb

I came here as a solo trip for my lunch and I was very welcomed in the shop! The waiter was very friendly and was attentive when I ordered. I tried the crispy chicken bao buns and they were lovely! Although, it will get quite messy eating them so be prepared! The seasoned chips were nice and for dessert, I tried their French toast! The flavour/theme of them changes every week and when I went, it was banoffee! The bread was fluffy and airy, and the fresh banana slices and whipped cream paired nicely with the bread. On an occasion before this, I had the avocado on toast and the whole thing was great! Just the egg wasn’t runny when I cut through it. Alas, I will try it again next time!

As one of the few 'dog-friendly' eateries in Barnsley, we visited on two occasions today for cakes and then lunch. On both visits the staff were lovely, very engaging and made a fuss of our labrador. Even better, the cakes were excellent as was lunch with everything presented beautifully. Would recommend whether or not you have a dog. Well worth repeated short hikes up Market Street.

Greeted by a wonderful selection of cakes on the counter and welcoming staff. You can use an app to order and modify your choice which is great, everything arrived promptly. Would recommend the avocado on toast as it was amazing.

A really cute cafe in the centre of Barnsley. Just amazing super friendly staff. Great menu options. The smoked salmon benny is amazing. So is the veggie breakfast. I am addicted to their cortado. Also those desserts they have are just amazing. Get some to take home with you or have it with a tea or coffee. So so yum
