Update June 2022:-Revammped in June 2022, Modern grey colour scheme, seating area has not changed. Smaller serving counter and not able to see the staff preparing the meals anymore. Kids drawing/colouring equipment has gone, was 5 ipads now only 3 ipad stations in the kids area, none working. This is a bit of a disappointment as this venue is always frequented by families. Update Nov 2022, all ipads now working. Cleaner must be short as they can't reach the top of the walls in the toilet area. Easy parking and drive through. Plenty of seating inside and family tables although can be a bit cramped as they have shoehorned as many seats in as possible. Outdoor seating area is tge best option if the weather is goid. 4 touch screen points. Very clean, always seems to be busy midweek just after schools finish. 5 Ipad screens in the kids area, large comfy sofa for family/friends seating. 2 Disabled and 2 family parking spaces available. Standard McDonald's service and food preparation. Petrol station, Sainsbury supermarket and other fast food outlets are in walking distance. Wish could get less than 0. Waited 50 plus minutes for 4 medium meals. Prioritised drive through orders while leaving the rest of us waiting. When finally got my mcplant it was missing the following: lettuce, tomato, vegan sauce, pickles, half the cheese. Shocking service and food prep. Added a pic of the burger I payed £5 for

Requested 3 sausage and egg mcmuffins, I Requested that one of them be cut into 1/4's as it was for a disabled child, took two people to ask me what I wanted only to be confirmed at the window, waited 10 minutes in the grill bay then a young girl comes out with one yes just one muffin in a box in a bag, asked if I wanted the other two muffins? .... well yes please as I have paid for them, off she trots and comes back out with all three muffins....... and not one of them cut. What a useless bunch of inbreds....

Waited best part of 15 mins for food to turn up, and still get my order wrong, again, asked for no cheese and yet again someone can't read and I got a burger with cheese.

Weather i go into the shop or drive through or delivery items are always missing. Ordered through just eat today and once again items missing rang macdonalds said they cant resolve have to go to just eat my argument was just eat doesnt cook or place items in the bag but macdonalds dont want to know

DISCUSING… WOST MACDONALDS BY FAR. the food here is average (when they get your order right) but the customer service is disgracefully . was met with 2 girls laughing at my car the other day after watching them shake my order up. and today they had completely got my order wrong and i found a hair stuck right in my burger. This is such a bad experience in the past 2 days i won’t trust it us again.

Highly dissatisfied with this McDonald’s. With an understanding of accidents happening, the way we got treated after the incident by a manager named Becky, was disrespectful. 4 large drinks were passed to us in the drive thru, when clearly the cup holder was not stable and my mum telling the crew member she was not able to grab the drinks, however they still got passed over, causing them to fall into the car, reaching the passenger and going everywhere. An apology and a few napkins, with no urge to help, leaving us with the mess was not acceptable and then being ignored when asking for more help, it was not given, hoping we would just leave the Mcdonald’s. If this was to have been in a restaurant it would have been dealt with differently, so why is being sat in a car different? No discount or refund was put through and we just got told to leave.

Very poor - managed to get the order wrong (my son doesn't like cheese so I did an app order to ensure that the burger was itemised how he likes it) - drovee 15 minutes home only to find the burger has cheese on it - this is the 3rd time this has happened. Not willing to drive all the way back and there is no telephone number available to call and complain.....! Wonder why that is? Last visit to this particular McDonald's.

Came here on evening for on my daughters birthday. We all had a Decent meal. McDonald's taste is what you expect and it was all very nice. Loved the layout of this restaurant as we could all sit round a table. There are 6 of us and it was big enough for us. Had a great time. Food came quite quickly and got the sauces pretty easy too. It was not very busy which was nice and there were not a sea of uber eats delivery drivers standing around making the place look untidy which you are customed to expect nowadays. All in all a really nice meal out with my family👪 🙏❤

Had to go in grill bay and wait for 2 burgers and fries, then at least 5 cars that followed me through got served before me. By the time I got home looked like a 5yr old had put the burger together there was more cheese in the wrapper than on the burger

Ordered a big Mac meal and a cup of tea. Took 22 mins for the order to arrive at the serving hatch although drive through were served immediately. Big Mac was cold when it arrived. Replacement wasn't much warmer! Lady mopping under my table while I was eating. I suppose the scent of disinfectant added to the misery. It was nearly empty so I can't understand the delay. Awful.

Been a few times now, and every time, the order has had issues so had to go back and complain and get it sorted, also the food looks like it's been thrown into the bag from the other side of the room it was a right mess. The service was also incredibly slow. I will be driving over to the other side of town from now on. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to the service is so bad here.

The food is really good as you know, but they've kept the doors open all night and provided us with food late at night to a great quality

Its year's since I have been here. So was surprised. To see so mean young one's There. The food was good. But it was to much for us old one's.

I go here regularly for breakfast. They got that nailed down, always hot and nicely made. No complaints. I like the sitting outside area, good to check on the bike. Nice convenient location for travellers too, hotel, supermarket, petrol and lots of fast food options all nearby.

Service was very slow on the day. Drive thru was busy but inside seem to take an age to get the food served. Mildly warm and coffee was weak.

Looks like someone's ate half of the bun and the coffee orders where wrong and staff was argumentative.

When food arrived it was cold and dated 15 mins old already. When complaining the staff were miserable. The new food came out in 2 lots meaning the first lot was cold again by the time the second lot came out. Staff were unapproachable didn't see one smile the whole visit from any staff member.

I went to McDonald’s. And I ordered my food. One 6 McNuggets meal with a Fanta medium. And one Big Mac meal with a coke medium. The Big Mac meal drink had ice and it was full to the top. The 6 McNuggets meal drink was only full to the barcode(half way) and came with no ice and I drank all of my drink in 2 minutes and I needed more

Kids mess with straws here, so they don't have them out front. "Can I have a straw please?" says customer. Server gets straw, throws it on counter and turns away, wordlessly. Girl in front of me waits patiently by till, different server comes out, shouts order number, gives out food, looks at Girl, says nothing, walks away. Girl waits. Customer service training anyone?

The drive-through queue at this store was quite excessive and slow-moving; after waiting for a good ten minutes, we discovered they didn't have what we wanted. I think it would help customers if an A-board were placed outside to avoid people queuing for nothing.

Always come here with no complaints but oh my lord today at 15:30 whoever was on the second window at the drive through needs someone to have a word with her !! I asked if she had combined both our orders and she said yes..she didn’t so that was fine we just drove back round. To which we said she’d forgot our meal, we were greeted with rolled eyes and attitude. Then we asked her for our sauces which were also forgotten and she was so rude!! Can’t believe it.

Asked for a double sausage and egg McMuffin without cheese. Received a double sausage McMuffin with bacon and cheese, no egg. I was really hungover though so had it anyway. Didn't enjoy it though.

Delivery never arrived spoke to supposed manager at Highgrounds Thursday night she was down right rude , paid through just eat second time food not arrived. While I understand I need to contact just eat the attitude of McDonald’s staff was disgusting shall not be using them again Regards Nanna of two very upset children

Came to worksop McDonald’s for our dinner ordered 2 boxes of nuggets and sweet chicken chilli wrap meal a triple beef burger and two milkshakes when the food arrived my partner opened his nuggets to find his 20 chicken nuggets only had half in the box. Told staff they were quick to sort out the issue. But still kind of disappointed at being short handed with the food So some closer eyes on quality control would be recommended but if not for that 5 star

How hard is it to get an order right!!! Once again items missing, a double cheeseburger that is clearly list on the recipe, not to mention all the dips... which they made me choose!!! I cant remember the last time they got my order right. Definitely done with ordering from this McDonald's

They were so short staffed tonight and was really busy both Inside and the drive through. We had missed something off our order and we asked if they could rush the missed item through so we could eat together. Harvey sorted it for us. Great customer service from a young man. Well done.
