I've been coming to this clinic since May 2023. I initially only booked a package in case the vibe wasn't right or if I wasn't happy. First visit went well, really informative staff, recommendations for best results. Subsequent visits haven't been ok, as at times it felt as the therapists were rushing a bit but I wasn't sure if this was the norm. I have enjoyed coming here even though it is a 50min drive 1 way. I have purchased other treatments too. As mentioned to the therapist today who I am very pleased with, she has been very diligent and my experience today has surpassed my expectations based on previous treatments. My treatment today has not felt rushed at all, and I feel as if today will make a good difference to my out and perhaps I will say next time. The clinic is 1 have recommended to friends interested in laser removal and I remain happy with the customer care. If you're interested in using this clinic, I would recommend.

At first I was a bit sceptical about the effectivity of their clear aligners as these were the cheapest ones I could find in the market. I got them at a discounted price as well as this was when they were having a summer sale (yay!). I paid £1,099 for the standard clear aligners (the ones that you change every fortnight - if progress is on track) on August 2021 and received the sets on September 2021. The 3 photos attached are the start (Sept), middle (Jan) and end (June) results. There is a bit of discomfort for the first couple of days when you move on to a new set but that was to be expected as your teeth are moving. I had 14 sets for my upper teeth and 7 for my lower ones. The full pack comes with upper and lower sets, upper and lower retainers, pullies and chewies - not bad for what you pay for. on my 7th/8th set, that's when I started noticing a bigger difference with my teeth especially with the new bite. I am now on my final set and nearly ready to move forward to my retainers which I will only need to use at night. Another plus from wearing these... my oral hygiene is at its best as I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day now or every time after eating as you will need to do so before putting them back on. Considering the price I paid, both monetary and pain, it was all worth it. My teeth are not perfect but they very much improved from how they were and I could not be any happier with my new smile :)

The consultant I saw yesterday (Sunday 21st) was great, but overall I have not enjoyed the experience! Yesterday was the first time I have met the same consultant twice and feel having to repeat myself each time eats in to the valuable time there is - which, when I made a mistake and was late for my appointment last month was made clear to me how there isn’t any slippage time! I felt scolded and was told I wouldn’t be able to have all my treatment area covered on that visit, I wasn’t able to rearrange the appointment as it would be lost due to the cancellation policy! I feel like a number and when you’re booked in for 10 sessions you would expect to build up a rapport with your consultant, but that’s not possible at this style clinic - feels more like a fast food restaurant! I wish to have other procedures once this treatment is concluded, but will be looking at other providers.

I underwent a Botox procedure at this clinic where the staff greeted me warmly and appeared to be professional. I was initially satisfied with the results. However, when I returned two weeks later to address some wrinkles near my eyes, I was surprised to find that someone else was administering the treatment. Despite my request for specific amendments, she insisted on further treatment for my eyebrows and proceeded with injections in that area. Unfortunately, this resulted in my eyebrows feeling heavy and drooping over my eyes, causing an unsightly frown and creating a bag-like appearance above my eyes. The situation has become increasingly challenging, particularly in the evenings when I sometimes need to manually lift my eyelids with my fingers. My wife often mistakes my fatigue for sleep when I am actually struggling with discomfort.

I heard of this clinic through family who had a fantastic experience. I was offered a very good deal at the time of purchase. I have since had 6 sessions of laser. Every single session was undertaken professionally. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodate as best as they can. I have had very incredible results from the very first session. I will continue to use this clinic for other treatments. I have recommended this clinic to many friends and family who have gone ahead and purchased treatments.

Every visit is a pleasure. The treatment is painless, results can be seen from the first sessions and the clinicians are professionals at all time. Grace was an absolute star today, warm and friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my filler treatment. First session I ended up with a swallowing on both sides of my nose. After the second session (to repair this issue) I ended up with a massive bruise that stayed on my face for 10 days. During the second treatment the nurse allow people to enter the room and while she is holding the needle, then she started to have a chit chat with them while injecting me. At this point she really hurt me, and I believe this what cost the massive bruise. When approaching the clinic about this matter they completely dismissed me. Follow this review I will file a complaint against this matter. Overall, very disappointed and will never use their service again. Highly recommend to do the same.

It’s great to have a clinic so close with free parking, I have previously travelled to Leeds because I couldn’t find a good clinic in Sheffield. I’m only in my first treatments for hair removal but was so impressed after my first visit that I booked treatment in two more areas. All the team are lovely and welcoming, they have the right mix of professional and friendly. I have noticed a reduction in hair growth from the first sessions, so what more can you ask for? I’m excited to see what else they will offer when they move to their new location in Meadowhall, I’d love to see if they can help with my pigmentation. Will do an update when the course has finished but so far really pleased and have already recommended to my friends.

I've started the laser hair removal a year ago but due to the pandemic the clinic was closed for some months. Back again and still 3 more sessions to do, but pretty pleased with the results. The girls are so lovely. They keep asking you if you are okay during the session and I even got a stress ball to keep in my hands 🤣. Overall the experience is very good. Clinic is very clean and nice decorated, the assistants always giving good advice.

Selby also assigned Grace, a dedicated team member, to handle my treatments. Now I'd like to discuss my actual first laser treatment experience with Grace. she was incredibly amiable yet professional throughout. Before beginning the procedure, she thoroughly described each step. She made it comfortable and simple. Every thing in the treatment room was cleaned and sanitised . She handle the treatment with great care . Her friendly approach and experience are literally unmatchable. Near the end of the procedure, she went into great depth about the aftercare and the results I should anticipate from this procedure. In a nutshell, I will highly recommend therapie Sheffield Clinic . I believe that all employees are well-trained for their jobs and are committed to maintaining customer confidentiality and integrity. At this point, I'll give it a 10 out of 10.

I have been going to thérapie clinic since January for laser hair removal. The clinic is always clean and tidy. All staff are very professional and attentive. I have had 3 different clinicians do my treatments throughout and every single one is polite and attentive to detail. The laser removal doesn’t take long, it is not at all painful and has great results! The treatment bed is comfortable and the rooms are relaxing. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! The whole team at the Meadowhall clinic are amazing x

want to say the people were really nice so this has nothing to do with employees as much. I recently got a cleanser that was recommended to me by the specialists. However, I have very sensitive skin (which the specialist was aware off). And bought it home, I then used this on my face and broke out. I checked the products and this is heavily fragranced. They contain parfum and alcohol which the specialist told me to stay away from. I was also told it was non refundable. I sent an email to Thérapie clinic about 3 days ago and I still haven’t had a response. Even after catching up. Please do not buy products unless you’ve tried them before in samples. I trusted them as they are specialists that they would know what is not going to be good for me. But then did the total opposite by giving me a product which I shouldn’t have used in the first place.

Amazing staff that is always there to help if you need anything and to support with any questions you can have. They try to find the best suitable treatment for you for best price! The results of laser hair removal for myself are outstanding!! I was not sure at first, but after getting my first laser done it was outstanding. At first the hair gross back a little bit and feel uncomfortable but as you go it grows slower or doesn’t come at all. Even if they come they come back after days and not the next day even though it includes shaving. When shaving, it is quick and easy as well. You just need the correct shaving blade. I would recommend this to anyone who wants easy hair removal and good results.
