We had to throw out all three of our coffees/hot choc. Horrendous and undrinkable. Not sure how they have such a high rating.

Best coffee spot in Rotorua, here a coffee has an expression like those of human beings which reflects the culture, values, ethnicity and generosity as it’s blend. Marketing is necessary for the business but with this fierce competition around the world there is a misleading at the similar extent. But what I’ve observed of “Fix” on contrary is their idea and motive to serve the right people with just their devotion to work, that makes them simple and by writing this I myself recommend them as the best in region coffee house. Do have a cup of blended values along with coffee at ‘FIX’.

One of the nicest coffees I’ve had for a long time and the danish pastry was possibly the best I’ve EVER had! Magnificent start to the day ☀️

Poor quality coffee. I went to it based on the reviews and was very disappointed. I could tell by the way it was made that it would not be great and I was correct. First sign was underdosing, second, lack of tamping, third, extracting into intermediary vessel, fourthly overextracting, finally, not pouring entire shot into cup. Could be much better if some basic barista training is provided.

Probably one of the best coffees in Rotorua. Been there twice and it's been a really great cappuccino both times. Owner is super friendly and always in a good mood. Highly recommended!

Walked up to the window to order a coffee and the nice barista noticed that I loved a song he had playing. He cranked the tunes so I could boogie out while he made satisfyingly delicious coffee. What more could a girl want ? 💃☕😍

5-star service with 3-star coffee. Really cute hole in the wall location, and absolutely stellar service. Really nice barista with an infectious smile and good small talk. Unfortunately the coffee was a dark roast overexposed, so very bitter. What I wanted was coffee, so 3 stars.

You have to try the chia bowl, or the danish it's delicious. Mon is an absolute sweetheart with a friendly personality and exceptional customer service <3

What a lovely gem in the central part of the city. Amazing coffee , service is quick, and always with smile. Perfectly made coffee with plenty of options of different cold drinks . My go to place in Rotorua always .

Yogi makes the best coffee in whole of Rotorua! Best place to get a quick coffee on the go. And now also offering amazing brownies and caramel slices just puts the icing on the cake. Yogi is a warm hearted guy, and at the same time is very much dedicated to his job, which is hard to come by these days. All in all, GO TO FIX if you want to start your day right!

The friendliest and fastest service. Scrumptious rich coffee — quite strong. I simply love this hole-in-the-wall joint. Probably my favorite coffee on the north island. (Also try their chai latte if that’s your thing.)
