Amazing experience, can't recommend this highly enough, we did the Ultimate Tour. Many thanks to our great guides Harry and Nicki for giving us such a great afternoon. Everything was perfect and lots of laughs were had along the way. We'll definitely be back.

This is a must for everyone visiting Rotorua who wanted NATURE and ADVENTURE!!! Love the tour guides, Jess and Vincent, they are very experienced and they make you feel at ease in every activity. For a person who is 1/4 coward at times, I managed to do it and enjoyed it very well. There was a tiny miscommunication regarding our booking but they managed to squeeze us the following day and gave us some treats to make up for it. Try it and you will never regret it!!!

Had great fun at canopy tours today. Endless zip wires and some of the longest I’ve been on. Great view flying through on top of trees. Very confident with the safety procedures the guides implemented. Some of the money you put in goes to conservation of the forest. So a win for nature too!

This was a fantastic experience all around- the guides were wonderful and very supportive of fears and anxieties heading into each zip helping us feel comfortable and confident in the equipment. They kept us very safe, and were super knowledgeable about the area- they even let us hand feed little birds! Highly recommend. And a great family activity

My family and I all really enjoyed canopy tours!! Our guides Sophie, Ash, and Ruben were beyond amazing! They gave us good information about the amazing forest we were flying through, kept us laughing, and helped us relax as we zip-lined! There is nothing like being able to fly through lush green forests with ferns everywhere! If you have time, all four of us would highly recommend this tour! Beyond worth it, and it was such an amazing and fun filled three hours!

Amazing experience. Our tour guides were awesome, very helpful, gave lot of information about the forest and the animals live there. Went out of their way to help us. Most memorable experience.

A great morning out over the canopy of native, virgin forest. Ziplines were fun, safe in the hands of guides Charlie and Stacy. Interesting hearing about the conservation work Canopy Tours are doing in the forest and how money from our tour goes towards this.

The team at Canopy Tours are Awesome we did the ultimate tour, walking swing bridges, flying the zip lines above the canopy, bonding with the wildlife and having a very educational adventure, learning how hard the team work not just as guides but care takers/ conservationists of our fragile forests, definitely a bucket list adventure a must do!! We had a stellar time with Harry and Megan and will be recommending this adventure to our friends and family Wow thanks guys. We will be back Jason & Jemma

We had a great tour with Nina and Scott today. Everyone was exactly at the right pace and we felt we were very well looked after. The tour had a great mix of walking through amazing regenerated native forest, flying down zip lines, crossing suspended bridges and some education as well. Well worth the investment.

This is a wonderful tour through the canopy of the remnant native forest of the area. We loved it. A very safety conscious set up. Liv and Reuben were conscientious and fun guides full of information. Worth the money.

We did the 8:15 zipline on the 22nd, & had an awesome time with Shane & Jacob. They made it very fun & they have a great sense of humor. I absolutely loved it & if I could, I would have done it again. Beautiful walks through the forest and cute nz robbin birds, which you get to hand feed. 🐦 I recommend the morning one if you like to hear the birds singing. Shane has a good knowledge of the different trees & plants throughout the walk. Amazing views & worth every dollar. Thank you, Shane & Jacob, for making it awesome 😁 P.S. Thanks Shane for recommending the Ciabatta Cafe & Bakery. It was delicious 😋

The experience was great. My first time zip lining and I loved it (and I don’t like heights). The guides were great explaining how the system works, getting you going and were very friendly. In addition, they told the history of the forest which was very interesting. We very much enjoyed this.

WOW!! What a fun day exploring the beautiful rainforest. We were well looked after by three guides lead by Jake and Soph. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the activity and the rainforest and conservation work going on. It was raining but that just made it more magical and the canopy keeps you mostly dry. Canopy Tours has extra clothing available to ensure you are comfortable out on the trip. We had an absolute blast with the group and just a fun day zip lining through some amazing views and learning a bit more about how the place is preserved. Safe and fun the whole way round, I thoroughly recommend trying it even if you are not great with heights you are well looked after the whole way through. If adventure is your thing then you will absolutely love this 😁

This was an excellent experience! Our guides Emma, Mitch, and Jared were enthusiastic and funny, which added so much to the adventure. I thoroughly enjoyed the ziplining, as well as the opportunity to learn about their conservation efforts in the New Zealand forests. The chance to feed a bird was a unique and cool experience. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Rotorua.

Awesome experience led by a fun and lovely team of guides. They gave us a lot of information between ziplines about the reserve. It was great to know that the same guides are directly involved in preservation activities and have emotional attachment to where they operate.

This is an awesome experience and one not to be missed- Big thank you to, Lisa, Liv and Brie, best forest guides and zip line guides ever! Totally safety conscious, informative and so friendly. Would definitely do this again.

This was amazing! We had Sam and Lachie as our guides. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. The group size was small and absolutely perfect to not be waiting too long. My partner is quite scared of heights and the guides were super helpful and reassuring with this also.

would highly recommend! caitlin and steph who were our guides were amazing! i really enjoyed it and so did my mum, they were both great with slightly nervous people without enabling them to be too nervous etc… everyone on our tour seemed to really enjoy it all through and through! definitely family friendly!!! our tour guides were both comedic and firm with the safety briefing and stop over chats. the entire tour was great and was really informative about what was what and part of the conservation aspect of it discussing also that part of your ticket sum is put directly into the conservation of the forest! highly highly highly recommend, is brilliant for family or friends’ occasions! :)

Loved this zip lining experience. We had the best guides on our tour. They made the whole experience amazing. Their company is mission based in protecting the forest, and it was great to learn about their cause. I would highly recommend this as part of your New Zealand vacation.

Absolutely loved tour and fun vibes! I enjoyed every minute. You guys are amazing 🫶 We had several spectacular rides, walk with interesting talk about forest and animals, even fed the birds! It felt like fun adventure with good friends, not just a tour 🙌 This is absolutely must do experience in New Zealand

My partner and I had a superb time with Alex and Vince. Not sure where these guys get the energy! :’D very professional with a focus on safety, but also so much fun. We loved the element of conservation and interest in the environment, coupled with an adventure that will test your bravery a few times! No it’s not an adrenaline junky adventure, but it’s certainly something that would appeal and could cater to most people. We highly recommend doing a trip with this business

Vincent and Kyla were awesome guides! They were great with our nervous kiddos and helped them have a great experience. They joked around and made it fun and we even got to learn about some of the conservation efforts that go into keeping the forest so beautiful…. And it was Gorgeous! Great time and would recommend for sure.

Great experience. We did the ultimate tour and was just awesome. Zipping through the trees, learning about the great conservation project they are doing. Our guides Jake and Jessie were fantastic. H&S conscious whilst still been fun and engaging. They did brilliantly with a member of the group who was a little nervous with heights. Highly recommend doing and J&J deserve full recognition for their work (also a payrise 😀)

We did the ultimate canopy tour last week and throughly enjoyed it. The staff made it safe, entertaining and informative(especially about how the money goes in to helping trap the area and ultimately improve it). There was plenty of long zip lines, canopy walkways, swing bridges and even abseiling to finish! So big shout out to Jono, Harry and Caitlin our guides - you were all amazing! Highly recommend!

What an awesome thing to do while in Rotorua. Highly recommend the Ultimate Tour. Thanks to Jess and Matt who were the best guides...funny, informative, passionate and super friendly. Thanks also to the lady at the front counter (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) who did the meet and greet with genuine enthusiasm. The whole experience was value for money and worthy of the fantastic reviews. Well done team and thanks for the best day.

We took the extreme canopy tour and absolutely loved it! As older travelers (68), we were a bit worried about keeping up with the younger tour members, but Nina and Mitch were fantastic. They were patient and helped us get down the steps for the zip line and cheered us on! The tour is highly recommended and so is this tour company. The attention to safety and service was seen at every point of the tour, as well as the commitment to the environment. Well done Nina and Mitch!!!!

My family and I had an absolute blast and we would recommend the experience to anyone!

👍👍 Great place to answer question of why Rotorua is called sulfur city... this place stinks! Unique and interesting spot to check out. The footbaths were empty day we went.
