This post office tried to full out scam me. They quoted a parcel $40, untracked and said it would take 3-4 weeks. I used print and post online and it was $25, tracked and would only take 3-10 days. The person who served me clearly wanted to make sure all the air she measured would make it safely to its destination.

The person at the counter at Manakau PO needs replacing ... He's an arrogant person who takes his feeling of inadequacy out on customers. Read the comments. He's giving your PO negative comments. And please don't give me the following as a reply, your form letter reply to all complaints ...we’re sorry to hear about this, it doesn’t sound ideal. Thankyou to the staff @ NZ Post Putney Way for treating your customers fairly. I was turned away last week by VTNZ branch Cavendish Drive for not having a mask. The Indian lady at the counter at VTNZ refused to serve me. I then came across to you guys and your counter sdaff issued me my new rego without a problem. I want to highlight that I thave been in your branch on several occasions not wearing a mask and each time my experience has been positive. There has been no discrimination from the staff there but a willingness to help and the important question often asked of me "is there anything else I can do for you today?" Well-done Team on putting your customers first. 5:stars.

Went to NZ Post Manukau to inquire about a parcel that was unable to be delivered to my address. The man at the counter told me to go 86 Plunkett Avenue which is the sorting facility which has its office closed on weekends. Please before giving addresses make sure staff know NZ Post processes. I really don't appreciate driving across town for nothing.

Didn't know that the nzpo also acted as customs aswell. I am so upset with the customer service at this nzpo, I literally had to leave and take my box to another nzpo where I wouldn't have to deal with the snooty customer sevice. It's one particular person who felt the need to take it upon himself to tell me I couldn't send my coconut oil to the States regardless of being told by his senior when he asked her, it's okay. To makeup for embarrassing himself, he proceeded to tell me I would need to bag it as if I have no common sense to make sure the bottles are secure with paper and plastic wraps not to fall around. I snapped at this point and left. Maybe next time, stick to your job description.

If i could have selected 0 stars i would have these people are really rude they are not helpfull they treat you like your a burden they made me feel so unwelcome would not recommend

The Indian men at the counter was staring at me whe I entered the shop, so I greeted but he ignored. I understand why your shop got bad reviews.

Was so desperate for my parcel to be delivered on time before 6pm as i needed to wear it tonight but it wasnt suppose to arive till another week as its nearly christmas so longer wait times. This review is for the courier drivers, greatful for use. Thank you

Hey guys .Today I visited your store for my parcel and the employee who served me was India guy .He does not know how to talk and how to reply to someone’s questions.Atleast have some basic manners to talk in postive manner to someone’s questions.If you guys read it just teach them some manners to talk

Worst experience ever in any shop. 2 guys behind the counter rude. Asked if they had envelopes for sale and he said yes and then proceeded to try and sell me a courier bag and delivery for $6 when as I said all I needed was an envelope and stamp. Rudely told me to go elsewhere

Respect your job and learn to give respect to customers as well. NZ post give him etiquette and send him to school so he can learn how to talk. Very disappointed of the stuff there,went to drop off the packages and the lady didn’t want to scan it for me.I asked her to scan it now but she’s very bad attitude to do the job, she pretend she scanned it then I got home find out she didn’t scan it at all.what a doggy place to drop off your packages .Would never suggest to go there ever again.

Male staff misbehaved with today just for asking price of normal envelope. And try to give me wrong information.

I send parcel very often to australia she over charged me and made me put my parcel in the nzpost bag watch out for the indian lady shes a rip off

Male admin was very helpful and accomodating. Cheaper by about $10-20 (can’t remember specifically the quote) to send a 15kg parcel overseas here then it is from the Mangere east post shop which was my first option.

Worst service I have EVER experienced ever before! The Indian lady and Indian man had the worst attitudes it was disgusting I didn’t hesitate to give them a piece of my mind!!! not to mention their rip off prices!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!

Great services, good customer services from nz post staff and really on point with their work ethics and giving understanding for customers that wants there mail and/or parcels delivered as fast as they can go and protected.

I have had to manually chase up now two separate packages, it's alot of back and forth or circular problems. NZ post seem to not care much of missing packages, which is very unfortunate.

Cannot stand the man that works here. Obviously looking at other reviews, I’m not the only one. So sad that the botany junction one has closed down there was a lovely man that worked there. I have literally started using other shipment providers now, although u pay more u get better service.

Just okay - don’t have negative comments or whatsoever staff are very accomodating. The coffee shop inside even lend me over a scotch tape and scissor to fix my ripped parcel. So all in all, I had a good experience so far
