Been coming here for a long time very good and always got what I need..... just wish they would stock the hot wheels more frequently as the pegs always seem to be empty or barely an at all other than that very good

Had a wonder around, very depressing store with no kids pyjamas or underwear and just cheap Chinese rubbish. Kiwis deserve better. They look like they just don't care about there stores anymore and you seldom walk out with anything in your hands.

Answer your phone!! Leaving customers waiting listening to a ringing phone for 2 minutes is not good enough! I was there 15 minutes ago, it was not overly busy and you had loads of staff on. What's going on???

Edited November 2023- The Warehouse Papamoa staff are very unhelpful in general. Not just one or two staff but all. I asked a staff member if they have got the larger size of the shoe I was looking for, they replied whatever on the shelf is available the rest they are not sure 🤷🏻‍♀️. The staff are not aware of what stocks they do have in store. It’s not worth spending money at the Warehouse Papamoa at all. Won’t be back. Posted - April 2023, The lady working in the refund counter on Saturday 08th April was very rude to me!!! She doesn’t know customer service, no smile no greeting the customers, and very bad attitude!!!! She spoiled my whole day!!! 🙄 in case she didn’t know THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

Tatty old store, not bright and pleasant like some of the others in Tauranga area. Also have to wait ages, usually open 1 checkout open, maximum 2! They really need to get some self-service checkouts going. Popular store due to location.

Good sized store with plenty of range. Due to the lateness of my visit they had sold out of beach umbrellas but they gave other names of retailers that I could try. Overall experience was good and I got everything bar the umbrella.

Really don't like the service or the papamoa store, it's always messey... Twice now there was stuff marked down but only if you use your market club.. so I scan my market club barcode but the discount does not apply. The staff doesn't care to help me to find out why it's not applying, the lady today told me if I am not happy I can come complete online so here I am!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Girl on desk ( very made up face and hair. ) really needs some training, guess she must hate her job because she can be quite unpleasant. No smile, just scowls. Complimented her on makeup once and she still wasn't happy. Most unhelpful, spoils the whole warehouse experience.

No one answers phone. Trying to organise large order. Tried 6 times.

Totally rude and unprofessional customer service from Oliva at the papamoa warehoise stationary today some serious customer service training needed

Warehouse Stationery counter employees (both of them) 19 August were an embarrassment. Some even very basic customer service training wouldn’t go amiss there.

Strange for the warehouse, but I've searched for compatibility as in i mean cost is going somewhat upwards and im still trying to find suppliers of squiggle pens.

A terrible experience yesterday, while buying on account. When i wanted to put a reference for my Auckland head office, i was told the field was for 'Purchase Order numbers only' & letters were unacceptable. I asked what the difference was, but this Team Member was not budging (young, red hair, piercings, dismissive demeanour). When i asked how Head Office was supposed to know what account the goods applied to, the now agitated Supervisor suggested they ring me or put it in an e-mail. I mean seriously?! Be better. Customers are everything.

Loved it. Nice wide aisles, easily accessible for wheelchair. Great bargains and helpful staff.

Avoid click n collect online shopping if you value your fuel

Ordered a click and collect item (2 small ring toss) , checking online at the instore availability... six on the self. Being time pressed rushed into the store 8pm Friday night needing them as part of our small business for a Saturday event, to be greeting by "Wayne". This is where it goes downhill fast... Wayne asked if I had an email then showed me his device saying "it's processing" which means nothing to me, then when I ask him if it's possible for Wayne to walk five isles down to where the stock is, I was told "it doesn't work like that" ...I said, "I'll go get thet them for you " and he just said in a condenseing manner "You'll have to pay for them then" so I walked out, as a small business owner customer relationships are key... hugely underwhelming service.

Great experience at Papamoa. Despite a busy time of the year one of the friendly staff went out the back to get the product I wanted. Awesome service.

From the main entrance it looks small,until you go inside.What a transformation,large,uncluttered,very spacious aisle to walk down.Very up market products for a Warehouse.But in saying this bargain pricing galore. Very nice surrounding.

This store is only as Good as the Variety of Items/products that they have in stock to sell and the whole customer service experience that is given to those that shop here at Papamoa “The Warehouse”. And we have had the Best Experiences shopping here, whether we browse in store for items or we pickup our “click n collect” The Checkout staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints from us because the service has been great, every-time We shop here. 👍
