Long story short; if you are looking for a brewery tour, you are in the right place. If you are only looking for a nice beer, you are also in the right place. We were in Leuven for the weekend, so we googled for a local brewery with tours. We don't know why, but when we saw the Hof ten Dormaal, we knew this was the spot to go. We tasted some beer and then we talked with Jef for a tour. Jef is the brewer and as soon as he starts to talk, you realize that he's passionate about the art of making beer. He showed us the brewery and talked about the process. In the end, he also took us to the farm to meet a calf born in the previous night. Thank you Jef. Great brewery, good tour for kids, nice snacks, fantastic refreshing beer, lovely terrasje by the creek.

My favorite place, quiet, birds, horses, cows, herbs, water, pure and wild. This is where I go for some me-time.

I spent a very enjoyable Saturday afternoon at the brewery sampling as many of the brews as I could. It made the walk back to where I was staying very interesting 😂 Many thanks to Dries for personally showing me around the brew area and to everybody else that helped to make my visit such an enjoyable experience. I can especially recommend the Witgoud. It's a shame I only bought 4 bottles to take away. But that means I'll have to visit again soon ! 😁

Best brewery tour I had in Belgium so far (3 years). The selection of beer proposed is amazing and the visit to the brewery is authentic, it's not a spot. You can clearly fell the passion of the family for their farm and for the brewery.

Nice location. Excellent beers and always something new.

Very good triple, interesting and good amber. The frambuesa y chocolate drinks like a traditional framboise, the chocolate is subtle, very good.

Fantastic spot for a break during a bicycle ride. The beer selection has something for everyone and it's all short chain, so the ingredients are all grown nearby.

A great place to enjoy one of their many good beers in the sun.

What a lovely place! This is a farm where they brew different kinds of beers, and there are also small things to eat like cheese and nachos. Beer can be bought directly. One can sit outside in front of a nice little lake. It is a perfect sto during a cycling tour!

Bartender Jef looks like an OG hipster brewer, but his beer is good enough. Nice setting in the real rural countryside of Hambos. Worth a visit!

Nice small farmhouse brewery. There is a nice cozy tasting room that is open on Saturdays, where you can taste atleast 10 different beers. It's easy to reach by bicycle from Leuven
