It is open, there was plenty of spaces on Saturday. Price was about Β£2 per hour. Payment can be done by phone or via "PayByPhone" app. Free public toilets are available in the nearest yellow building.

Right in the sea front and not too far from the pier or the volks rail. Would recommend this car park for blue badge holders who struggle to find a place to park. It allows parking for three hours right next to a large public toilet with access to disabled toilets.

Cheap parking close to Brighton. Half the price of other more central car parks so recommend here if you're staying for a few days. Can easily pay online. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre.

Great if you can get a space - not always possible to get down Dukes Mound or along that small road to the Volks Railway. Not so many spaces but if you arrive early enough, very good. Parking costs around Β£6 for the whole day (2018) - apologies if this goes out of date quickly. Safe car park too - never had any problem.

Bit shabby and the pikeys spoil it a bit (it's a right mess down there). It's a shame as there are some fascinating features and lovely views. I haven't lived near there too long but I have been told to avoid it at night on your own. Apparently they are trying to tidy up the whole area and give it a new lease of life. Fingers crossed!

Great car park for all day parking and cheapest around. Β£6 all day compared to the Β£11 and sometimes Β£20 in the city centre and not to far to walk into the centre took us around 15 minutes with a 7 year old. Beware if you’re prude it’s right by the naturist beach!

It's a carpark at the end of a dead end road. Ideally situated for the naturist beach as well as the train. If the weather is good it gets full very quickly and the spaces on the road are for coaches and charged for them not cars. Can stay quite busy at night as well especially in the summer with bars and clubs a stroll along the beach, camper vans, camping on the beach itself, people on late night strolls, chilling out from the bars&clubs especially the other side of the big mounds on warm summer nights, clear skies, the sea, and people alone, couples, groups some having very adult after parties especially the more hidden away parts! 😜

Great service. Shame it doesn't get to the Marina. Welcoming staff!

Visitors car parking taken away and replaced by a free Travellers' site, sponsored by Residents' council tax without approval. No public toilets provided at the nearby Black Rock Station.

😐 Good convenient car park but its accessibility can be confusing on sat Nav. In my experience, you just enter Black Lion Street, Brighton on the map and then look out for the P (blue) signs for the car park. If you follow sat Nav, it takes you to the Casino (pier nine) car park! And make sure you get...

πŸ‘ Probably cheapest car park in Brighton in front of the seaside. Just make sure to get in before 6pm. Up to 4 hours is around 8Β£ but up to 6 hours shoots up to 15Β£ strange. After 6pm there are more free off street parking available in Brighton.

😠 Too expensive parking. Parked for 5 hour and cost me £29.75. Although using their park pass app will cost you little less but i only found out about it once i was at the barrier and i believe you have to register and use the app before you arrive at the parking location. All i could do was get a tic...

😠 RIP OFF. £24 for a few hours. Absolutely disgusting! The Car park is tight and if you have an estate car or SUV you will find it difficult not to bump your alloys on the way out! Same extortionate prices at Regency Square but not quite as tight so would always go there in the future. On the plus s...

😠 Ridiculously overpriced considering this car park doesn’t even have a lift. We paid over Β£20 for 5 hours parking and had to carry our heavy pram with baby and bags in up and down 3 sets of stairs, I had a c section not long ago so not too happy about having to do that. They should at least have a li...
