My 5 year old was "too tall" to go on the kids rides, but is far too young to enjoy the adult rides, so for a 30 dollar day pass he got to literally just go in the fun house. One of the carnies raised her voice at him for "leaning" during a game. Super unprofessional. I understand your lack of success within your personal life is probably frustrating, but dont take it out on a 5 year old. One carnie told a man 20 dollars to get the big prize without winning, then after seeing his willingness tried to hustle him for 40 then had the adaucity to get vulgar. Genuinely curious to see how long this pathetic excuse of customer service keeps this company going.

They hire people that get drunk on the job and can’t communicate with customers. Let alone using faulty rides that lead to 10 year olds needing multiple flight for life trips.

Staff was very rude to both adults AND children. Employees had very little patience for the kids playing games and just overall acted super unprofessional. I understand not liking your job, but I’ve never known of any place to allow their employees to act in the disrespectful manner they did, towards paying customers. Would not recommend.

The rides were not properly maintained the operators didn't speak English and a child was critically hurt on one of their rides. I will never allow my children around that company again

The owner is turly a great person who has amazing customer service. Thank you for going over and beyond.

Do not let your kids on these rides they are unsafe!!!

Absolutely terrible service and totally unprofessional. Rude and dishonest about the prizes and how much to play. Even told my good friends young kid said he was to tall to ride the rides. That’s just ridiculous when it wasn’t the case. Hope this company and service are nonexistent next year.

Not safe, cost a child his health and many broken bones. Flung off 10-20 feet on one of the rides provided by this company.

Went to their amusement park only for them to shut down early and refuse to give refunds on tickets. They wouldn't tell us why they were closing and told us to spend the tickets the next day. The staff was very rude and some were even drunk. They weren't wearing masks either. Lost 20 dollars to stand in line for an hour. Wouldn't ever go to a carnival hosted by this company.

AWFUL!!!! Worst company in the history of amusement park rides. I went on zero gravity and the man running it was so rude! He was yelling at kids parents and yelling at people getting on the ride. He was just plain mean. When I got off the ride he told the guy taking over for him to give him a cigarette, even though it was a no smoking area in the whole park. He was not friendly at all. But the first time I went on the other guy running it was very nice. This company sucks! Never again will I ride any of your rides!

Very unprofessional! Employees were raising their voice at my nephew and one was even swearing in front of my nephew's. Was told that my 5 year old nephew was too big for the kid rides and he wasn't able to ride any of the rides. Waste of $30.
