I had the best experience ever in a clothing store. Sonja was right on spot. I didnt make an appointment but she was there to help me figure out what would fit best. That took hours it seemed. She made sure I was truly happy with my purchase . She made sure the outfit fit was right in everyway possible. Very out going person, happy and funny, she made me feel at ease when trying on clothes in front of her. She deserves a raise because my body isn't easy to fit clothes on. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a real fitting . Awesome lady will be back!!

Okay the prices are super high however Sonia is the best bra fitter that has ever existed. I highly recommend going for a fitting and purchasing their bras.

I went to return an unused garment only to be told without a Lane Bryant credit card I would not receive a full refund. In which I agreed. She rang it up and it said full refund. She said that couldn't be right. So she rang it on another register until it said no value?. I would NEVER SHOP there again. How can your product in which I paid good money for have zero value?? Customers beware their Scammers. There are much better customer service and selections out there. Pass them by.

Absolutely most life changing experience the staff here is amazing, the assistant manager made me feel beautiful and helped me with all my needs thank you so much I’ve never cried in a positive way over a shopping experience. Thank you thank you!

The experience with the associate in store was excellent. I am giving this 3 stars because Lane Bryant moved from the location that's associated with the GPS programs 8 years ago. Who handles store operations?

I shouldn't have trusted my bra shopping with anyone else. Within half an hour I was finally fitted CORRECTLY and into a comfy bra that shaped me perfectly. Did I mention it was comfortable? No color selection to speak of really, but I got what I needed for my wedding in 3 weeks and don't have to worry about comfort in my clothes that day! Thank you Lane Bryant for taking such good care of me!

Walked in and was immediately greeted. Asked me questions to help me find what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I wanted. It was a clearance item and the price tag said 25 but it rang up for 13. LOVE the styles and love the sizes.
