Only I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. This is a very unprofessional and rude office and staff. The people working here should retire if they're not willing to work and help or take care of their patients. Every time you call the office they put you on hold for 15-20 mins. Doctors running behind schedule 2-3 hrs. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the nurse to call me back to answer a few medical questions about my reports! Do yourself a favor, just find another office . The phone operator is so rude, like she's doing a favor sitting in the office and answering you. The billing department is also as lazy as the rest of the staff. They don't send bills on time and then later you will find finance charges on them ! RIDICULOUS! I wonder how this office is even running!

That’s a terrible place to go for your health care needs! I’m waiting for 5 months to see the doctor. Now, that my appointment time comes up, I’ve received a call from the office that the doctor cannot see me. Before the lady hung up the phone, told me that she have to get back to me to reschedule... that was 5 days ago, and that will not get an appointment for quite some time next year. They did the same, last year on December. My last blood work results were terrible. Doctor, put me on treatment and have to test my blood again, on this comming appointment. But, SURPRISE!!! They aren’t going to keep up with the schedule. Even though I’ve called the office few weeks ago to let the doctor know that my rare disease It’s acting up. Shame on them!

Doctors and staff are rude and inattentive. They will dismiss your symptoms, place you on medication that does not help and tell you to wait 6 months to see if it works better than it did in the first 3 month failed trial. Dont waste your time here.

Had my first appointment today but never made it past the reception. I was not told when booking the appointment that the office was at Holy family hospital. I was just told 150 River road DesPlaines suite 270 Lights were out at Golf and Rand which caused a huge delay. No biggie I thought, I'm early anyways. Then GPS took me to east river road to an apartment complex that could pass for a location that would have a doctor's office inside. So I went in, walked up to the second floor. Realized it only went up to 262 and that I was at the wrong place. Got on my phone and figured out I needed to go to North river road. I walked into the office 5 minutes late. I did forget the paper work that takes two minutes to fill out. I was told by the receptionist that she needed to check to see if the doctor would still see me!!!! 5 minutes late!? Really? How many times have we all sat and waited to be seen for 30, 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment? Yet we wait, quietly. I immediately left. If that's how I'm going to be treated by the receptionist, how am I going to be treated by the doctor? What kind of care would I receive? Scary to think about I received a voice-mail after leaving to see if I could come back the following day? No, I have clients all day that I had to squeeze in so that I could make it to my appointment today. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another doctor

Wow...some ladies at front desk are not really nice and even rude. I do not expect them to be friendly but should have good attitude when they talk with patients. I guess its because they are overworked and underpaid ?

I have been going to this location for about 10 years and have been well taken care of. One of the staff is unfriendly and makes you feel like she doesn’t like her job or dealing with people, but I’m not judging 90% of my experience by 10% of the problem. It should however be addressed but personally I don’t think doctors worry about that sort of stuff.

The office staff is very friendly and professional. Doctor Sergey Furmanov is a very nice and professional. Highly recommend the office and doctor.

Dr. Furmanov is wonderful. I have been under his care for 8 years and have been very happy with this practice.
