Warning!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! POOR customer service and sell faulty product!! Only Vape store that doesn’t stand behind the products they sell. I purchased a rechargeable disposable Elfbar TE 500, after using it for less than 24 hours I plugged it in to charge, it began to spark, almost catching on fire. I returned to the store the next day to inform them of the issue and the employee informed me that they are unable to exchange it and only have a “20 min” warranty policy. So I just had to accept the fact that I would be out of $26 I spent for a faulty product. Wow… Bad products and a Liar. If you watched your CCTV’s like you said you did, there would be proof that I was in there less than 24 hours after I purchased. But yes you are correct he offered me a 20% discount after your business sold me a faulty product, that almost started a HOUSE FIRE!!!! Proper business etiquette would have been to replace the faulty product for free and admit wrong in this situation. Best of luck!!
