Couldn’t say any more good things if I tried. From the consultation for my children, to putting on the braces & expander, to everything after- 100000/10! Every time I’ve called or had questions they’ve always been so helpful. I called after hours for a non emergency that I was worried about and Dr. T personally called me to talk late Friday night. As well as Lori who answered all my messages. She was also wonderful during our appointments. Will never go anywhere else!

Absolutely an amazing experience for my daughter. Very kid friendly. Tons of perks for the kids! When you walk in your name is on a board to welcome you. Gaming area and charging area. Free consultations- during receive a free shirt,pop it, sack backpack, chapstick and a coin purse (to hold your coins you earn to use on gift card!)!! She had her braces put on today, she was super excited! They were very calming, supportive and caring over all. She ended w a ice cream special treat from them! We adore this office! From the moment you walk in, you get a fantastic family feel. So warm and comforting and everyone truly seem like they care about you and your thoughts and wellbeing. They have constant fun contests and things to keep the kids excited and engaged, knowing that braces can be uncomfortable, this just adds an extra bit of fun for the kids. The service here is unmatched and we will continue to recommend this practice to all of our friends and family.

I went to Conlon Thompson orthodontics for aligners. Dr Thompson and all the girls were great from the moment you walk in the door they are all kind and compassionate. I have dental anxiety terrible and I felt super comfortable and enjoyed going to my appointments. I have had braces 2 x when I was younger and this time around was a much easier and much better experience. As a mom of 8 I fully understand putting everyone first and taking care of me last. During covid I had put on 40 extra pounds and the decision to put myself first and fix my teeth with aligners helped push me to start taking care of me. Once in awhile moms its important to take care of yourself and the aligners helped me to start taking care of myself and my health I started working out again and I lost the 40 lbs. I highly recommend Dr Thompson n his staff if you are considering aligners I couldn't of had a better experience. I'm so happy with my smile and my decision.
