DON’t listen to the google map. It shows totally wrong direction. It is actually near Nordstrom Rack, not in the mall area. I had to call them and ask them to tell me where to go. But i really like this Torrid. They carry most of the stuff that other Torrid doesn’t have. The staff is very friendly as well. I did travel 3 Torrid same day and I will go to this one straight next time.

I do love this store. They have such a great selection. Their clothes are trendy, stylish and definitely have a different flare to them then other stores who sell clothes that all look the same. Unfortunately, their clothes are so very expensive that I can't afford to shop there.

Great selections of clothing, multiple sizes available. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great sales, torrid cash opportunities and a very clean store. I got the cutest shoes and a spring wardrobe!

The woman that helped me was very nice. Store was clean and easy to move around. Even though they didn't have my size of an item, they were able to order and have it shipped right to me.

Love love love Torrid!! Great styles, great discounts, great employees, and makes you feel great! Went in for the first time a few months ago and have replaced my entire summer wardrobe since! If they don't have the size you are looking for, they will order it for you so there is no shipping! They also carry talls which is amazing for us long legged ladies!

I've never shopped at Torrid before because I had shopped at another location (I'm looking at you McHenry), and the experience was so uncomfortable I never went back. But I decided to check them out again, and I will definitely be back!! The young woman at this location who helped me was so helpful, showing me things kind of getting me additional sizes, and helping me with a complicated checkout / online order situation. They said they're a smaller shop, but I found tons of great clothes in my size. Love it!

I do like shopping here. Until today. I did a return with Kami and i was upset about a whole store credit ordeal and as i walked out she laughed/was making fun of me. so unprofessional! showing your true colors! i see what you do behind clients back when we walk out of the door!

They had nothing I liked. Everything is to much floral pattern. Please make more simple patterns. Big girls dont want to look like a field of flowers. Less spandex material and more cotton mix material also. I am discouraged from shopping here again.

Hello. I went to purchase a swimsuit today and I was appreciative of the fact that the options were in my size. The staff were very friendly and complimented me when they saw they on me. I’m happy that places like this exist for bodies like mine. 😊
