I needed a helix ear piercing and tried google to get recommendations. Nothing great came up, so I went to Next Door. Thank goodness, as I would have otherwise missed this small business. Bob at Once in a Blue Moon was great! He got my piercing done quickly and correctly. I had wanted it a little higher and he told me the cons of piercing it too high. Once the earring was in, I loved it. He was correct. Going higher would have caused the earring to be covered by the fold of my ear, the post would have stuck out, etc. He knows what he is doing! And his price was very reasonable. Thanks Bob. I'll be back again.

Met Bob and he showed me how lose some of the stones were in my wedding ring. He replaced a lost stone, cleaned and polished my wedding ring and it looks fantastic. It looks brand new!! He did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping people.

Bob was great! My fiancé and I went in for 2 ring resizings, one was Sterling silver (downsize) and the other was white gold (upsize). The gold ring, although it had a plethora of diamonds on it, was resized within a week. The intricate ring was also dirty and Bob got it cleaned up and looking brand new for us too. We did have a bit of trouble with the fit of the silver band. However, Bob was able to get it for us in a timely manner at a beautiful fit. I would highly recommend Once in a Blue Moon to anyone looking for any type of adjustments with their jewelry. Thank you Bob! Update: Came here again for an anniversary gift for my husband and once again Bob exceeded expectations. I was looking for a white gold ring that looked like a tire... Yes, like a car tire. I spoke with Bob, described what I wanted and what I wanted to avoid. Bob was patient enough to show me my different options and discuss pricing, even for various additions/variations. He was never pushy or impatient with my million questions and concerns. The ring turned out even better than I expected and my husband absolutely loves it!!!
