Chipotle
used
to
be
such
great
quality
and
service
for
the
price,
it’s
not
anymore.
The
last
4
times
of
me
ordering
at
this
location
in
a
span
of
year,
I
have
waited
to
write
a
review
or
say
anything,
because
I
wanted
to
give
them
chances.
It
keeps
getting
worse,
every
time
I
do
a
mobile
order,
they
mess
it
up
or
forget
ingredients.
Tonight,
the
card
machine
was
down
and
it
was
“cash
only”,
so
I
stood
in
the
restaurant
and
did
a
mobile
order
for
pick
up.
I
only
wanted
5
things
on
my
order;
rice,
meat,
beans,
cheese
and
lettuce.
Every
single
time
they
forget
the
cheese,
and
they
did
it
again
tonight
while
I
was
standing
there.
The
staff
was
extremely
rude
to
everyone
who
walked
in,
myself
and
two
other
customers
stood
by
the
counter
and
waited,
one
was
waiting
to
place
an
order
with
cash,
and
three
employees
walked
by
us
without
acknowledgment
or
asking
if
we
needed
help.
The
one
gentleman
had
to
start
“singing”
to
get
the
girl’s
attention
and
she
finally
asked
if
he
wanted
to
order…
Very
disappointing
to
deal
with
when
you
spend
almost
$30
on
two
orders
worth
of
food!
If
Chipotle
pays
$13
an
hour
to
work
there,
the
employees
themselves
would
have
to
work
over
2
hours
to
afford
paying
for
the
terrible
food
and
service
that
I
just
spent
my
hard
earned
money
on!
