I pulled into the drive-through at 2:18 PM on May 1 I ordered two everything bagels with plain cream cheese and a large iced tea they told me that they do not have any ice tea currently and that if I wanted to wait it would be about a half an hour I declined and said that’s all right I will just do the two bagels with plain cream cheese. Pull up to the drive-through window paid for my order and received my order in a timely manner however I feel completely robbed of the money that I spent because what I bought was supposed to have cream cheese on it however they were extremely skimpy on what they actually gave me it was as if I was eating two bagels plain without cream cheese if you’re trying to save money and skimp out on what the customers should be receiving this is not at North is it correct

When I first arrived no one was there to take my order and all the employees were standing around doing nothing except for the ones in the drive thru. When I finally stared ordering I was talking with them in english and the employee with a name Rachel made a face and tell me "what do you want? ( Que quiere?)" I repeated myself many times and she was giving me an attitude with poor body language and talking to me an spanish which is ok, but she was trying to make me to translate every single word in spanish and saying that she doesn't understand me. I relly dont know what was the pourpose of them to make me to speak spanish when they are able to speak English. When my order was finally ready they did my coffee wrong and they give me a really bad attitude when I told them that it wasn't what I ordered and in that moment all employees gathered toguether and they staring at me while they were speaking spanish. This was the worse experience I ever have. One of the things that I will never understand is why people assume that because you are hispanic you need to speak spanish all the time, they need to understand that even if spanish is your first language there are some pleople that don't know how to translate every English word to spanish.

The coffee here is made terrible. My husband went to give it another shot but was again disappointed. He ordered a carmel ice coffee with cream and it was dark. He asked them to make another one and that one was just as terrible. Didn't taste like any carmel in it. Will continue to go to Rte 83 or Grayslake for coffee until the employees are trained on how to make good coffee. Needs to work on customer service and a happier team.

Pulled into the drive-through placed my order and began to pull around to the window, and I saw this tuck blocking the exit to the drive through. I waited for my drink which I ordered a hot chai latte and it wasn't even warm.... and I told the young male working at the window I couldn't leave and told him the exit was blocked. He said nothing and walked off.. nobody came to the window nobody working inside went outside to try and get this thing moved... I got super close to the back end of the truck and just started honking at it until it moved... It's completely unacceptable. The franchise owners do not care, if they did there would be standards at this restaurant.... Go to the Hainesville location! They have better service, make the drinks correctly and you won't wait around all day.

I've ordered twice from Uber eats and have received the wrong order both times... either the person expediting the orders cannot read or this location is simply a joke.

This Dunkin makes noticeably worse coffee than any other one I've been too. I don't know if they just aren't adding enough syrup or what, but it is aweful.

Best dunkin I've been to in awhile! And the long haired white dude there in the a.m. is really doing great! Always great service! Coffee is spot on, bacon is flavorful. I'm not even being sarcastic. He deserves a tip from all of us! Ok rant over.... Good location tho, check it out before it changes.

She had a simple order of Black coffee coconut flavor w/ cream and Splenda on the side- the ticket that printed said cream and Splenda on the side + coconut flavor. They gave her black coffee no coconut flavor and they gave her cream + Splenda in the coffee with an extra attitude. Avoid this place drive to the round lake one on 83 or Hainesville.

Ordered 1 coffee and decided to redeem a free coffee as well. Got charged for both. When asked why the free redeem did not happen, I just got a shrug and "no redeem, i don't know." Thanks, I won't be back. Keep that kind of service.

Place is horrible! Went inside to order & use the restroom. The worker was so rude she said I couldn't! Had a urinary tract infection at the time. had to go so bad you can guess what happened next. I'll never be back.

I ordered a pink velvet macchiato for my wife and they gave me a carmel macchiato, I told them about it and the person aggressively said the person who I am sure is the manager or maybe owner or something told the person that he had repeated the order to me and I said carmel macchiato.... First of all my wife heard me say pink velvet and the only thing repeated was me saying I wanted it iced , the rep was rude , confrontational , did not wear his mask while talking to me , even though it was drive thru it was not a six foot spread .... No customer should ever be talked to in the way this rep talked to me . I then only had one option which was to purchase another one so it's all good I did but to see the manager there just standing there without doing anything , makes me feel he does not care. I have filed a corporate complaint and will make sure that I make my experience well known to every person I encounter which is many . I put it on my kids life I ordered a pink velvet which was the only reason I ever went there ! !!!! A decade of coming here maybe longer and this has never happened. I tried giving the carmel one back but no all i could do was order another one , I don't need two and never ever wanted to get anything for free. Which is what they probably thought .

Coffee is ok. But you can tell the manager is lazy along with the rest of the staff over making any food.

0 stars if I could. I had to call FOUR times before finally getting an answer. I was looking to purchase 4 dozens and come to find they don’t have any donuts... at 11 AM!!!!? I’ve had bad experiences here before but despite this being a 1 minute walk from my house I will never step foot in this Dunkin’ again! I prefer to drive to the one by the walmart

At the drive tru I looked into the window and every employee had a mask on except one young man with it dangling from one ear. Is this the person who made my food? Didn't chance it. Tossed the food in the trash when I got home. (I did drink the coffee) If they aren't following the procedures I can see, Can't trust them to follow the ones I can't see either. Service was fast and food was hot

I love this location. Quick, friendly service. They follow all my special instructions fir my beverage orders. That means a lot, I’m usually commuting in to work so I’m short in time.

I called to let them know that their hours say they close at 10:00 pm and the woman said she would let the manager know.. it’s been a week.. my concern is that others will get confused like I did and not realize that this isn’t correct until they’re there..

i am very disappointed i just came home from dukin and the drink they gave me was made with expired cream or milk there was chunks of milk in my drink

Looked up on line they had price listed for the current month. When I made my purchase I was charged 6 dollars per dozen more than the price listed on line. I was pressed for time so I had no time for a discussion. They lost any future purchases. Plus despite this being a morning purchase I got a couple dozen half stail donuts . Won't happen again!

I went through the drive thru at 5am trying to get my breakfast and this man that looked high wearing a beanie put ripped up, crunched up napkins in my bag!! This makes me feel like he did something to my food and honestly that is so rude.

Don't go to this Dunkin donuts. We usually go to the one in Hainesville, but went to this one cause my husband had some errands to run in the area... My husband got home and realized they didn't give us my sandwich, he ordered sausage with his sandwich and they gave him bacon, and my caramel latte is more like burnt coffee water. My husband has been trying to call their store to talk to them to maybe resolve the issue, things happen, but no one is picking up. Terrible service!

Not always to your exact order, like an everything bagel instead of multigrain. But breakfast sandwiches are made fresh and drinks come fast.

22 October 2022 at 3pm I asked for dark roast coffee but was told they didn’t have any more and would not brew another pot. This is not the first time this has happened here. Just tired of getting the same excuses.

The longest I've ever waited in line at a dnkin considering I was the first person in line and it took them 20 minutes to make my order. It looked like no one was working just one girl all by herself and I felt bad for her !!! Normally I go to the dunkin closer to my house but this one was just on the way and honestly never again 🙃

Just stopped in for a coffee and chat with a friend. Greeted, friendly and very nice. The place was clean and very nice experience.

Ordered doughnuts at the drive thru just before 8am on a Sunday morning. No line. Ordered a dozen doughnuts and retrieved them at the drive thru in less than 2 minutes, so I commend you on keeping things moving. The cashier had change, which is becoming an issue throughout Round Lake businesses lately. For a dozen doughnuts (w/o a coupon) is $12.99, so more than $1 for an individual doughnuts. For what it costs to make a doughnut, this is WAY TOO HIGH. Your doughnuts are also smaller in diameter and higher priced than those local doughnut shops in Libertyville and Gurnee. Last, I asked for a couple to be cream filled and only received one doughnut with filling. Thank you for the good service.

Very poor service, I consider myself a very understanding person but it upsets that every single time that I choose to stop at this location for an iced coffee or a Vanilla Chai before I go to work my order is never appropriate. By that I mean that they either give me my iced coffee too dark or too sweet. My Vanilla Chai is always unsweetened or tastes like it’s expired at least in my opinion. I’ve given this location one and another and another try to see if maybe it was just that day but nope, it’s every single time I go. :(. This place used to be my to go to since it’s local and I loved their service, but now I go to third lake or the location next to Walmart.

I go a lot here during the weekends but I finally decided enough was enough. I probably won't come here anymore. This isn't the first time I stopped going to this specific dunkin. Everytime I order a iced Macchiato with flavor they put way too much syrup. Sickingly sweet where I have to add more coffee and milk at home to make it taste tolerable. Whenever I get a Macchiato at a different location its way better. Only a little bit of flavor and you can actually taste the coffee! I would only reccomend this dunkin if you customize your drink.

Liked the hot chocolate. They were all out of Dunkin gift cards which is what I went there for.

I swear they are always out of everything when u go and it never used to be that way no matter the time. They did have the apple cider munchkins and they were dry and rough. At 6pm they were out of decaf which I have to have because of heart issues and the lady was visibly annoyed that I dared to ask "well can't you make more?". They did but with attitude even though I had zero problems waiting. I am a hard core long time customer here and get they no longer make the doughnuts in house so annoyingly tend to be out but now the coffee too? And served with an attitude? Will seriously have to start going somewhere else.
