    Overall, I really like BWW sauces, and I used to enjoy dining in at this location. More recently, I've been ordering online through the app. First time doing pick up, order was wrong when I got it home. Second time, I sat and waited long past the "it's ready". Not sure what happened. Usually I do delivery. Honestly, it's a 50/50 chance you get your order correctly. Last night, had guests over for football - ordered 60 wings and pickles - food was delivered with 30 wings (sad looking wings and 3/4 empty ranch containers) and no pickles. Called the store, was asked if I wanted to pick up the rest of the order or reciece a credit. Asked for credit, transferred to a manager (I believe) who told me he could refund the gift card I had used. Although it wasn't going to cover all the fees, delivery charges and tip, I agreed to gift certificates. As of this morning, still have not received the emailed gift certificates. I will order again (assuming I get the gift certificates) but I may move on to another wing business.

    If I can give no starts I would this is by far the worst experience I had with this restaurant. They gave my daughter the wrong order. First they gave her my daughter a order from 1:48 pm Second how are they going to get confuse my large order (to feed more than 4 people) to a small meal (5wings and fries). When I called to let them know I was sending my daughter back the girl on the phone said let me ask my manager and she thinks someone put in the to go orders (when clearly my order says PICK UP) and someone took my order so I have to wait another 35 mins for me to get my order I asked is there anything else you can do to to speed my order she said no. It’s not about the money but simply is just crazy how they think it’s ok to can give someone else your Order and not even ask for phone number or name When picking up food Very disappointed with Managnent and the crew working on the phone

    Was told it's "not their policy" to bring the table's food out altogether while dining in, so my husband and 8 year old were provided their food 15 minutes before mine arrived, and another 5 minutes until my 2 year old's meal arrived. How do you explain to a 2 year old "sorry honey, but you have to watch everyone else at the table eat before your food arrives"? Will never bother coming here again, not even an apology was made nor did a manager approach us after we complained because the 2 year old was visibility upset over being the only one without their meal.

    Pick up your food 20 minutes after they say it’s ready. Very poor service. My food was actually in the keep warm part. I asked for it said it wasn’t ready. 4 customers picked order after me. After waiting twenty minutes I asked again and magically it was ready same place the first guy checked. It was in there the whole time they just had me wait 30 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up my food and forgot about that I was even there waiting. Also we’re the heck is my bbq sauce. Fries are cold. If I wait 30 minutes inside the restaurant for my food it should at least be warm when I get home five minutes away

    Food is good, however their pick up system sucks. We waited for over 30 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready and people coming in after us to pick up their food left before us. When we asked (twice) we were told it was almost ready and then finally our food got to us cold. So it was just sitting there because there is no proper management or tracking. Employees need to be managed better because while the pickup counter was overwhelmed, others in different spots were sitting doing nothing or cleaning already cleaned doors. Three stars because employees are nice but there is no management (or poor management.)

    I swear, mcnuggets have more meat. Picked up at 530 home by 538 and they were cold, not even a little warm. Highly disappointed.

    Food was good everything was fast. My son ordered a chicken sandwich got a wrap instead they threw chicken tenders on a sandwich so he didn't have to wait to eat and made the chicken sandwich he originally ordered and let us take home the wrap. Mistakes happen but they did a great job fixing it for us

    We used to order about 30 to 40 wings every Thursday. When we order we tell them make sure it’s freshly made. But 90% of the time we end up getting re-warmed wings. By the time I get home (7min driving) it’s gets cold & hard. Fed up with it & now we’re giving business to wing stop never had a problem with their wing always fresh & hot, soft.

    Grabbed some bww for the family for dinner. We always order celery. When I opened it this time I wasn't sure if I wanted to eat the chicken after seeing my celery, it was brown and starting to get slimy. .

    We dined in tonight which was a pleasant surprise. Robert was our waiter and he did a fantastic job! It’s very hard to find good servers around this area but he was attentive, kind, and checked back with us several times during our meal. You could just tell he was working hard and deserves a nice thank you review for great service and making a special dinner out enjoyable! Thanks Robert, BWW is lucky to have you!

    Always a good time at the Bdubs in Round Lake Beach. Finally a place to sit indoors six feet apart and enjoy my beer, wings and sports. Also nice to be in public without a mask. The staff still wears them though.

    Terrible! Hostess completely disregarded me and my family while asking another guy if he needed to be helped when it was our turn she walked away without acknowledging us until I was forced to speak up, no apology. Gave us 2 menus with a party of 3. Extremely long wait time for the food took about an hour and a half for such a empty restaurant, wasn’t even busy at all. Hostess and other staff playing around in the women’s bathroom chit chatting, very unsanitary bathrooms by the way tissue all over the place, disgusting, tables and menus very sticky and unclean. The only good part was the food was prepared the way I liked but wow this place needs to get it together and hire better staff. Barely saw the waitress she was way more attentive to the table next to us. Please do better or close down! Lay Lay another server was great and attentive, thank GOD for her!

    Well I think they forgot my order but they made it right and took it off the bill, although I was a little surprised when the manager came out and said somebody forgot to thaw out the brisket??? I thought they had fresh smoked brisket there🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

    New server, but she was knowledgeable & very friendly. Our party was 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids), drunks were delivered quick, busy night, but our food didn't take long & nothing was forgotten or wrong about the order! Will return.

    Waited almost 40 minutes for wings, my friends food came out 10 minutes before mine and when mine came out it was definitely not fresh. Spoke with manager who blamed situation on new corporate covid protocol which did not address the major delay without any communication or the fact that the food I waited for wasn't even hot. Wouldn't have been upset with a bit of communication from wait staff. Definitely disappointed with the failure to take accountability from management. Will not visit again.

    I have calmed down enough to write this review and will make it short. We walked in for a late lunch and the restaurant was basically empty. For me that should mean immediate seating but boy was I wrong. After waiting 5 minutes the hostess finally arrived to greet us. We asked for a table for 2. She looked over the expanse of empty tables only to tell us that it would be a 5 wait after she had just seated someone right away. Thoroughly offended we left and happily went to Chili's where upon leaving here and seated there we got our drinks withing that same 5 minutes. Save yourself some time money and aggravation and just don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings. If you want read my other Buffalo Wild Wings review for Gurnee.

    Riley was great and very attentive however the manager on duty today was uncourteous. Manager walked off with my friends and I Drivers License for a good 10 minutes without informing us about the issue. Completely walked away and disappeared. Terrible customer service from the manager on duty.

    Ordered appetizers to get started (regular fries with a side of cheese and fried pickles). I’m understanding that the wings will take a while to bring out and despite that my appetizers took over 15 minutes to be brought out. The cup of cheese was not full. Inflation has been hitting the restaurant industry, but let’s not exaggerate. C’MON!!!

    We were at the Roundlake Beach location tonight for what we thought would be a quick dinner. The food was delivered to one person at a time. By the time we had all finally been served half the table was done eating and ready to go. Unfortunately my food was wrong and had to be sent back on top of the fact that it was served ice cold and so was everyone else. Then we spoke to the manager who explained it was a rough day with the snow that fell yesterday? I politely said just take my food off the bill we want to go home the kids have school tomorrow. As we were leaving they bring out my food. I am like, I just want to go home. I told them to take it back. The server wanted to pack it up for me but I just don't want it. It was a horrible experience. We will not be eating their again. It took 2 hours and we still hadn't been served everything we had ordered. I understand that it has been rough on the service industry but when are businesses going to buck up and figure it out. I am actually paying more for service and receiving less. I recommend wing stop down the street. They deliver in a timely manner without excuses!

    Ordered a pick up. First, they now charge you $. 99 for pick up order before they ask for TIP. (they really need to understand the definition of TIP). Order was 20 min late, then got home to find they didn't include the burger we ordered. Called them and was put on hold for 20 min. Food was cold and soggy. Shame on you. And shame on me if I order from you again.

    Jimmy is the mother Fricken man very nice very polite welcomed us with open arms the server I’m not sure her name She has fake nose ring well one is fake and the other one is real. She was super awesomely cool the cook was sleeping tonight because the wrap wasn’t wrapped very well keep your head up pal Everything else was absolutely perfect. The food tasted great

    Krystal was the coolest and the best server I have ever had. It was my first time going to Buffalo wild wings and they really beat my expectations. The food was great and the staff was incredibly helpful. Shout out to Krystal! Seriously the best server I've ever met and I can only hope that they stick around because I will definitely be back.     My experience wasn’t the best at all the food was great but the service we experienced from our server was horrible. We waited about 30 mins for our drinks from the bar. Once we got our food our server only checked in on us twice we ran out of drinks we hand to flag her down just to get refills. Once we were all done we waited 45 mins just sitting there waiting for her to come check on us finally I used the QR code to pay for our order. Even then we had to ask the gentleman server that was checking on his tables if we could have boxes. This was the worst customer service. To be ignored several time while she walked by and seen us just sitting there. Will not be returning to this location due to this experience.

    Was just there last night, food took a little while to come out and some came way sooner than others. The server was super nice and attentive. Once we received the rest of our food our wings were cold. She went back to speak to the manager and the manager came over personally to take my wings and bring me fresh ones. After that the server was still so attentive. Our wings got taken off the bill for the wait as well. We really appreciated everything and will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, it's rare to see management let alone kindness like this now a days especially near a holiday. Would highly recommend this place.

    a couple weeks ago I had ordered form this location. there was a problem with the wings so I had called and told them and the manager was so nice. I made sure to make me new wings and still refunded me. Then I was having delivery trouble and he called to see if I received my order and I did not so I went and picked them up. it was great customer service. was pleased with how they handled everything.

    This restaurant tries to give the impression of being Covid safe. But not so. During a recent visit I witnessed my waitress giving hugs to unmasked patrons who were her friends. Hugs? Unmasked hugs? No distancing there. Very disappointing, I won't go there again. Also, 1 1/2 hours to complete a wing dinner for 2.

    I enjoy that they sauce their wings more than the Gurnee location. The food is usually very good. I ordered a salad last time and I have to say grilled chicken was a little dry. However, the wings and salad were great. Service can be hit or miss...sometimes it is really a MISS.

    Staff is always friendly, food is usually good (wings are really dry sometimes). I just don't like that every time I go to pick up food they have like 10 customers waiting to pick up and 1 person working the register and the phones so you're food is sitting there for 10-15 minutes while you wait. Twice now they have a manger and 2 other employees standing there trying to work on an order issue at a register while there is a huge line waiting. Train people to hand out food and get rid of the big lines and wait times just to pick up pre-paid food. Extremely unorganized but at least the people are always friendly!

    We ordered via GrubHub tonight. I am extremely disappointed in my order. I asked for a side salad, with no cheese. The thing came loaded with cheese. I ordered the naked chicken tenders with chipotle BBQ seasoning. Well, NO SEASONING. This is not the first time our order has been messed up with BWW. You are too much $$$ to get it wrong so often!

    Took for ever to be greeted, seated, water, ordering, and poor pretty much everything. When we finally did order they tell us the oven is broken; you'd think they tell us that when giving is menus... then the "manager" thought she was all high and mighty pointing out that she was the manager. I personally would've been hiding my manager tag if thats how my establishment was ran. She asked our waiter, while they were both at our table, "OH don't you have some issue to take care of in the bathroom? I thought your stomach hurt?" Like gross, don't say that in front of customers, let's alone while at a food establishment and AT OUR TABLE! Left there and went to Chili's with WAY better service and better prices.

    Service is really bad, during the pandemic “always” mix up my orders or had missing food. Today we decided to go back and enjoy the time since everything was only available for takeout. The waitress was so rude, I ordered my drink and she said I don’t no if we have it, and then my husband asked for the same drink and she said it’s ok, my girl ordered a chicken sandwich and they brought her a wrap. And then we finished the food and never received my girl sandwich, the actitud was poor, really bad
