Went here for a birthday party! They have lots of activities other than the arcade like mini golf, go karts, bowling and pool tables. My kids really enjoyed themselves

It's better than most fun zones, but I have been too better, and it was a little pricy. But they have Go-Karts for $10 a ride. You can get bracelets for $28, and you get a game card to play 3 games and can do 3 things. Bowling, mini-gulf, and go-carts. It's worth the visit once a year.

Returned a mask that was too small on Aug. 30th with no problem. Bought different ones in hopes that they would fit, to find that they were again too small. Apparently China feels we have small faces. They REFUSED to take the second ones back even thought they took the first ones back because it is on a department code that they are not taking back because of Covid. That is completely BS, their reason was because you put it on your face. New flash they all need to be tried on to see if they fit.. It also happened that they just accepted 2 more returns of the same masks we returned yesterday. Those were tried on and accepted for return. This is completely asinine. This place has been going in the crapper for about a year now. This is the last time I will be shopping at Wal-Mart. I will be spend my hard earned money elsewhere. These packs of masks were not cheap either. I spent $60. just on masks alone and I wanted to return one package and get another one I knew fit. Other stores besides Walmart are taking returns. ****SHOPPER BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE****

Did not enforce the mask mandate for shoppers in the store. If they don't care about public safety, I can and will shop somewhere else!!

This place is dope. I'm 29 and the crowd on weekend nights appeals to me in the bar/pool and bowling area. The area is a nice place to bring kids during DAYTIME/EARLY EVENING hours. The night scene attracts potential riff raff from time to time. Pizza is good, drinks are good, atmosphere is good. Update 08/31/20: Just visited their mini golf course yesterday and had a blast. Social distancing protocol in placeas well as putter sanitation. Very interesting and challenging course. Lots of fun.

I took my 10 and 12 year old Kristofs fanatics bowling today for the first time since February! It was an amazing experience! I made our bowling reservations online which was quick and easy. When we arrived, our lane was ready and our bowling shoes were at the lane waiting for us. All the employees were wearing masks and patrons are to wear masks when entering, exiting and interacting with employees. I was very impressed with how clean and organized the facility was. There are cute bowling themed signs all over reminding people about social distancing. There are hand sanitizer bottles at each lane and only every other lane is being used. If you are interested in spending time with your family at Kristofs, you can feel safe and confident knowing that their staff has done a great job to prepare for their reopening!

Just had my sons birthday party here and it was amazing! Our host took great care of us. Checking in on us constantly and refilling the pitchers of soda. Our guests loved the mini golf included in the party package and they raved about the other activities you could enjoy (mini-golf, bowling, go karts and batting cages) My family loves this place and we’ll keep coming back.

20 or so years ago my older cousin took me and my brothers and young cousins to this place. I never been to a place like it before. We had a blast bowling and playing the numerous arcade cabinets they had. Coming back to it brought back so many memories that my inner child came out lol. The arcade has a lot of good games for kids and teens, the food is great and the bowling alley works too. Right now mini golf is unavailable but that's because it's not in season right now; though I hope they reopen for this summer. Totally recommend this place.

Great place to have fun and enjoy different games, the bowling is a must as well as the mini golf, had a great time at the arcade and even won a huge prize. Definitely would recommend.

Birthday party for my 8 year old was a blast. The kids loved bowling, pizza+slushies, arcade time, and celebrating together. Our party host, Oscar, was very professional and helpful.

Smaller than most Walmart’s but nevertheless an absolutely awesome store. Always clean and always on top of their prices / deals. The staff aren’t very engaging but they are never afraid to assist you if you ask for help and always have a positive attitude about it. Keep up the great work.

They keep changing where everything is all the time lol, just when you think you know where it is, bammmmm it's in a different location lol. But the store was clean and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

It's a typical Walmart. Some employees are friendly some ignore you completely. Bathrooms are average, not incredibly clean but not usually gross. Often they have what I need!

Nice store overall, however, still has that flea market feel too much like most Walmart do. Employees tend to be in the way far too much.

Love to go here when I'm in Elgin to get groceries they are pretty much stocked

I don't know what is happening with Walmart lately. Twice I put in online orders and both times they were canceled. When I went into the store to shop, the prices were deceiving that were displayed for several items.

The biggest problem is a lack of cashiers.

This Walmart Supercenter is very well maintained, and even when other places seem to run out of standard Covid protection items, these guys seem to have it. It is always very clean and the employees don't seem unhappy to be there.

If I had to use an alpha grading scale of this Walmart, I would genuinely give it a grade of B- . This Walmart is clean and hosts many products that some other stores don't have in stock. However, I have noticed that it takes this facility an abundance amount of time to restock certain items e.g. collectible cards & some electronics. This is the reason for the grading of B-.

The aisles were crowded with employees who were changing out displays, but not able to help customers.

Waited 10 minutes at photo center for an associate ro show. Then was overcharged. Then another 10 minutes at Customer Service. The associate at customer service was very helpful and nice, she rang up the rest of my items no questions asked.

I love this place! They provide sensational food, their menu is decent, The cook in that restaurant is an expert, I like very much eating all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the clients is friendly. I go often to this place and I not even once was discontended. Highly recommended.

Went for mini golf and everyone followed the mask guidelines. Plenty of hand sanitizers available so felt about as safe as we could. Kids always have a good time whenever we go here. Great local spot and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid so it’s cool to be able to bring my kids here now.

The game area seem packed with kids and teens enjoying them selves, we went to the bar area which was a bit dark and dingy but the drinks and employees made up for it. Blue moon reps passed out free beer which made it even better.

During a time when so many other places aren't taking health and safety seriously, it feels so nice to take my daughter to Kristof's and have peace of mind knowing that the staff is sanitizing every hour, enforcing mask wearing, and distancing all of the groups of customers! As always, they are friendly, and clean, not to mention full of things to do with the family (bowling, miniature golf, go-karts, an arcade, a restaurant & a bar for the grown-ups)! 10/10 recommend!

My grand sons, ages 6 and 8, and I always enjoy Kristof's bowling, mini golf, and arcade. The past 2 times we have gone have been in the post Covid shut down and the attention to safety is very apparent and people should feel safe while having fun.

Had a great time here playing mini golf in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff did a great job keeping people socially distanced thanks to the online reservations and pre-pay system. When we arrived, all of our equipment was sanitized right there in front of us and we even saw staff going around the course sanitizing items people may touch (like benches or poles). Our family has always enjoyed boiling or playing games here, in normal times. Was glad to get the kids out of the house for some fun while also supporting a local business keeping people employed during this odd times.

Super fun for the kids. Great place to hang out or karaoke at night. Lots of games and bowling for the family. We come here often. Oh, and great food too.

Went there for the first time on Sunday... with my wife and 3 year old daughter... we had a great time!! Very fun place, has everything from arcade games to bowling to pool and darts, not to mention the bar... I would highly recommend this place to everybody, especially with children.... the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon... 👍

We took our fifth graders to Kristof's for an end of the year adventure and they had a wonderful time! There were plenty of staff members there to help us out. The staff was kind and organized. The cost was reasonable for all we received, and we are excited to plan another field trip there next year! Thank you, Kristof's, for helping our students end their elementary careers in such a positive way!

Been here since I was a kid! Prices for bowling were decent rental shoes are always clean. Bartender I had was a doll!! Kudos to seeing a local place make it through the Pandemic! Also the bowling set up for the kids was really nice.

My 9 year old and his friends had the best time! Was easy for me and the girl assigned to work the party was helpful and wonderful. Good amount of food, fun, and prizes for the cost. Will likely book a birthday party again next year.

We had a family reunion at Kristof's. My family had a blast. The activities are good for all ages. They loved the pizza and mentioned how nice the employees are.

We used the batting cages and they worked great. I don't come here often because it's a bit pricey for me but it's a nice place.

It was worth having the party at Kristof's. The staff was super nice and the Party Coordinator (Max) did an excellent job in coordinating the party. The only reason why I only gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is that the party was only for 2 hours. Having little kids to bowl that usually takes some time. We felt that the kids (& others) didn't have time to eat and the bowling. If this would have been total of 3 hours, that would be enough time not to rush a little bit. But overall, it was a very nice experience and the kids had a good time

We had the best time for my son's 8th birthday party!! So well organized, TONS of fun for the kids and great pizza!! I had so many of the kids parents tell me they are gonna keep Kristof's in mind for the next birthday party they have to come up with 😊

We go there from time to time, normally for a birthday dinner and some gaming. Service was good, gaming was fun! There were some young people that showed up maybe early 20s and their language was upsetting. They had no respect for the little ones that were there. I wished someone from the business could have said something. We did leave because it was a little too much.

Wow so this chunky girl with purple hair was helping us at the price place. She was so rude wouldn’t allow us to choose the candy or toys we wanted and kept saying no I’m tired. So we said ok you can pick whatever for us and kept saying I wanna go home. Gave us dirty looks and didn’t let us redeem our points because she wanted to leave. She left us there so we ran out of this place quickly. She needs to find a new profession that doesn’t involve speaking to humans.

Website doesn’t describe anything, they shut down open lanes for league night without posting it on the website. Make sure to call ahead before you come to bowl. Arcade is cool though

Huge place, can be pricey but with so much to do that everyone in your group, of all ages, can have fun. Bowling, Billiards, Darts, Go-Karts, Batting Cages, Miniature Golf, Bar, Slot Machines, Karaoke, Arcade with various games including Skee-Ball & Pinball.

My husband & I came in on a whim at 9 p.m. on a Thursday and it was fun! We didn't expect much before walking in but the mini golf course was surprisingly fun. You do have to walk through slots/bars before reaching the arcade/mini golf area if that bothers you. We'll be back the next time we need to kill time.

The service was great. My 13 year old had fun with his friends. It’s definitely worth the $. Full game of bowling, video games, pizza, & ice cream the works. Would definitely do another party here!!!

So many great options! The bowling has some cool features I hadn't seen previously like the ability to include a photo with each player's name. You receive tickets from bowling that can be used at the arcade prize counter, so the kids loved that! We hope to try the mini golf, batting cages, and go kart in the future!

A place to go enjoy with family or friends, bowling, arcade, go karts, mini golf and more. Haven't had the food here, but the place itself is well maintained. Staff is friendly although, they seem distracted at time and may not recognize that you need assistance without calling out for them. Example: My boyfriend and I were waiting to redeem our tickets while the two young staff members were in the back just sitting and chatting away. They seemed like they were hiding and we had called out twice until my boyfriend had to yell to get their attention. Besides the staff being distracted it really is a good place to just hangout at.

We had a birthday party here and it went great. Our party coordinator Tim was wonderful at his job, he answers all your questions, is around to help out, and makes sure everyone has a great time. The cost is so reasonable for what is provided. Thanks for giving my son a great 8th birthday!

I come here every weekend and it's never let me down! If you ever need a drink Aaron or Kyle are the ones you want to take care of you! Clean area bar always well kept the bowling ally, arcade, gold anything you can imagine! Definitely if you are in the area Definitely bring your family or a date here and thank me later!

This place has it all. Video games, pinball, miniature golf, batting cages, a pretty gnarly go cart track and a surprisingly good menu. It's hrs of entertainment for the kids. Fairly priced. It's a great place to take the family out for a fun filled night. Easily accessible and well lit for a evening to be spent out with the family. Only downfall I would have to say about the place is the Pizza is awful. It's a basic tombstone that they cook and it tasted like cardboard.

Had my daughters birthday party here and everything was great. Maxwell did a great job making sure everything flowed nicely and the kids had fun. I would definitely book a party here again and will be back just to ride the go karts!

I love the karoke every friday and saturday. This place has everything! The people are very down to earth, and the food is AWE-SOME! I can never get enough of thier pizza and suprisingly have great salads. Bowling, Go Carts, Batting Cages, Mini Golf, Arcade and Prizes. Thier is a good layout of the place so the bar is sectioned off away from any of the kids that are there for birthday parties family outings etc. I booked them for a birthday party for my 5 year old and the folks there were fantastic. Totally reasonable with pricing and took care of everything. The host was super animated and great with the kids. Highly recommend.

We had such a great party here, our son was so happy. Tim was very helpful, making sure we had what we needed and even helped one of our guests when he was upset. We will definitely be back for another party. For what we received, the price of the party was very fair. Thank you for a memorable event!

it’s your run of the mill bowling alley, but the prices are cheap for a game + it has a pretty decent arcade. had a good time.

Fun atmosphere. Great drinks. The bartender was awesome! Pizza was a little well done. But it was a busy Saturday night so we understand. The apps we ordered were delicious.
