Such a beautiful place, perfect for walking around

We come to this park a lot... mostly because of the FREE beach and pretty views. There are lots of trees if you want shade and a large sand beach if you want sun. The park is well maintained and there are lifeguards. The bathrooms are nice, but only open in the summer while the park is staffed. The only issues we've ever had are with other kids playing a little too rough.

Very well kept park. It includes some nice pathways, picnic tables, park benches, shelters, an area to put your kayak in and a place to go swimming. It wasn't very busy when we went, there was plenty of parking and no fee to use the beach. Very nice bridge with a view overlooking the lake. Will be back to go for some walks.

I love this little slice of heaven. My hometown lakefront is becoming like family to me. I just love coming here, especially in the morning. We also bike and kayak here. So lovely our little lake is!

My kids and I really liked this park. It has 2 playgrounds at different spots of the park. Clean and very inviting!

Really enjoy comping to this park with my family. Especially since it has the lake right next to it where you can go for a swim. Unfortunately can’t say the same thing for the restrooms they definitely need a lot of attention. So if you planing to go here make sure to use the restroom before you head out.

It's very quiet nice place to have partys

The beach was a a perfect size to go kayaking. The beach was small but clean and had a playground with bathrooms. It was kind of hard to find because they were many entrances but to find one that was not a private entrance took a while. Overall the beach and water were pretty good.

Really bummed out that the boat launch is dangerous and unusable for any boat longer than 9 feet (as of July 18, 2023). I enjoyed putting my boat in here to fish and have fun with my family. Right now, you can't put anything in bigger than a waverunner. The park looks great and the facilities are very clean and well kept. Park District does a nice job keeping the lake and surrounding area clean. Too bad about the launch.

Fun easily accessed and not too crowded. Beach could have been a little cleaner, raked for sticks. And missing a common-sense water pump to clean sand off feet.

Nice beach , it wasnt crowded there were plenty of spots to set up and the water was warm and clean , there was a farmers market going on that looked awesome with food and jumpy houses for kids i would recommend that on a weekend if your looking for good food and something to do with the kids 😊

Went on a Friday at noon, the weather was perfect. There wasn't a crowd and people were able to have a good time without being crowded together.

This is a very nice and well-maintained park located right on Round Lake including Round Lake public beach there are swing sets multiple play areas for the kids including the beach with its own play area for the smaller children 2 gazebo canopy areas for holding personal events you can come and barbecue if somebody's rented the space you will have to give it up but definitely a nice place for an outing with friends and family there's recycling bins and trash cans located on the premises as well as public restrooms where is a boat dock and walk path along the edge of the lake plenty of room for fishing swimming just a multi-purpose area for friends and family parking is located along Beachview Drive and Lake Shore Drive and all of it is handicap accessible

I love this park. This park has so many good things to it. It is well kept, well patrolled, it has bathrooms, a few pavilions for parties, a few different play areas, a boat dock, a bridge that connects to another area with more pavilions and another play area. Very proud to see Round Lake Beach has offered us such a fantastic park!

This is a nice park to take your kids to. They have a playground, large open field to play in, and even a small play fountain for kids to play in.
