Consistent, friendly service. Many of the employees seem new, but everyone was hustling tonight. Food was on- point! They make the best Long Island Iced Teas, and the Margarita of the Month is a watermelon version made with both Tito's and tequila, and I thought it was amazing!

Very nice server! Place was very clean. My son and I enjoyed the endless soup, salad and chips. I tried the potato soup, and chicken enchilada soup. I had the house salad with avocado ranch and chipotle dressing. My son enjoyed the ceasar salad, tortilla soup and enchilada soup. I tried the margarita of the month which was Bacardi Beach Party! Very tasty! Chips were so light and crispy, my son asked if he could take some with and the server gave him a nice bag with some extra salsa. Will return again for sure!

First off, you can't make a reservation. I just wanted a table ready for a surprise birthday dinner with his children and their spouses. The floor was FILTHY! The service was ... Okay. The food ... Was nothing to rave about. The Mexican street corn was MUSHY and cold. Not appealing at all. The burgers were a hit. Steak was okay. Fajitas were good. The iced tea was warm, even though it came with ice. The pick 3 combo plate states on the menu that it comes with fries, street corn and garlic bread. I had to ask for the garlic bread because the plate was served without it. Server stated "that they no longer do that." Then have it removed from the menu! Don't wait to see if your patrons notice. Tell them when ordering! Don't leave it a surprise. If I had to rate out of 5 stars .... 2. We won't be going back there again.

Where do I even start?! I'll never be coming back to this chilis again! Not only did mytriple dipper take 30 minutes to come out! But they gave me the wrong triple dipper and had to wait another 10 minutes. Our server was Chance and he was AMAZING! He would be the only reason I'd go back! Buy to top it all off he had one of the managers ( one of the serves told me his name is Mike Lima) cussing him out and yelling at him emberssing him infant of the whole dinning room! After that experience idk if I'll ever go back and I'm not sure how someone like this manager Mike guy is even allowed to be in a position of power. It's pathetic to see someone busting their butt just to get embarrassed and disrespected infront of the whole resturant! Even more messed up the server (Chance) came up to and expressed his utmost sorrow for the wait on the food and explained why the manager was yelling at him infront of us and told us that he is getting sent home because the manager. I'm not sure what's going on eith the Mikd guy but he ruined my families dinner, night and experience.

While the chicken and fries were delicious, some of the chicken was completely uncooked inside. Update: 7/3/19- got the crispy chicken tenders this time around and was completely dissapointed. The fries were also trash. The cookie skillet also had a funky flavor. While the 2 for $25 deal is a ton of food, the quality simply just doesn't match up.

this restaurant is a thousand times better than the one in vernon hills, the waitresses are very respectful, patient with customers, the food is very well served .. it arrives warm and it doesn't take long to serve .. I recommend this chills 100% better than the one which is in vernon hills.

The food we ordered was completely cold and the molten totally melted. Very bad presentation. Very Disappointing!!

Terrible experience.Went to celebrate mothers day. Rosie was our waitress. Everything was fine until we got our food and our fries were cold. Not warm at all. Asked Rosie if we could get fresh fries and instead of saying of course or I'll get on that she reply with an attitude and asks everyone at the table. it only gets worse when we wait almost our entire meal for the fries and they come out cold again! Again more attitude. Asked for a manager and he came with fresh fries thank god but by that time all other food was cold. Rosie comes back clasping her hands together with an even bigger attitude then before. Rosie is a terrible waitress. We have been coming to this location for years and have never experienced such horrible service. Do not have Rosie as your waitress unless you want terrible and I repeat TERRIBLE Service.

Very friendly staff with an accurate wait time for am online order. I've had great experiences with this location several times between food quality, accurate wait times, and professional staff. Clean restrooms with hands free towel dispensers as well.

Food was disgusting chicken tendered tasted like fake chicken and the salad had rotten pieces in it the enchilada soup was nasty didn’t even come with the toasted chips to put on top. Service was great but food was disgusting.

The prices of the price is good at 3:41 the food is good the service is great the first waitress for God all played she just started but the second one the guy he was so nice he remembered

Our server/ bartender was awesome! I didn’t catch his name but he’s the super cool bald guy with the best energy however, the food was awful. We ordered the bbq pick three plate and the ribs were dry the Nashville hot sauce wasn’t spicy at all it was the saltiest mess I’ve ever tasted, and the sausage was undercooked. With all that being said I’d like to circle back and mention that I will come back because the service from the cool bald guy was unmatched! You can’t pay enough for good genuine staff. I hope the food improves!

Service and Manager were so friendly! Clean place and fantastic food! I was able to charge my phone at the Bartender while I was eating! I will be coming back!

Horrible food nothing like it use to be corn on the cob was like mush, tasted like it was 2 days old, chicken crispers are not the same at all, and they were skinny and dry! How do you mess up a corn on the cob 😡

Went for a last minute dinner with friends and everything was great. Not overly crowded (especially for a Friday night) and the food was delicious. Our server was super helpful and made the evening that much better.

Ordered delivery. Out of 5 items we ordered, they were out of soup nearly an hour before closing. I didn't get salad dressing with my salad. The cheese fries came with no dipping sauce. Thank goodness I was at home and not a hotel.

Went out to dinner tonight and our server Anthony was awesome. I'm always impressed when a server takes our order, doesn't write anything down and the food comes out perfect! His accent was awesome as well. Job well done Anthony, we will be back.

I ordered Just Wings service and the server was so, fast. It must of been 15 seconds. When I submitted the information for my parking space location, my food showed up from nowhere. I never saw the door open but, there my server was with my food. I could only say, "You're good"! AWESOME!!! Happy Early New Year 2023!

If I could give this location more stars, I would. Drinks were excellent! Our server was attentive and syoer pleasant. The food was hot and just as ordered. We also took a to go order. Food in containers, extra sauce and bagged. I will return to this location. Thanks Kate

Seems to be short staffed. Lots of tables were open when we came but we had to wait to be seated for a table of 2. Overall, service was OK though. We got sat next to some large machines that they may be replacing for the kitchen. Salt and pepper shakers were crusty at our table. Beer was poured in a tall glass for me but whoever was at the bar was either in a hurry or they are new and didn't fill up or provide enough head in the glass. The food was good enough to consider it was a burger.

When we walked in to tell them about our party arriving, the hostess was playing on her phone and when she looked up she was annoyed and said can I help you? After telling her we were a party of 10 she didn't respond but instead walked away and returned a few minutes later stating it would take a few minutes to move around tables. After that we were seated very quickly. The server we had, I believe his name was Tim, was amazing. He was attentive and quick. He was friendly and charming. He was an absolute gem. He brought drinks quickly, chips and salsa and appetizers came out so fast! We had a great time because of him! Everyone enjoyed their meals, I got to try my fiancés brisket quesadilla which was FANTASTIC. We had guacamole with chips and it is seriously the best guac in the area. The kids loved their burgers which always seem to be perfect. I ordered the carne asada. It tasted as if it was an old steak. It had very large hard/chewy pieces in it. Overall the experience was great because of the server quite honestly.

Best server/bartender (Anthony F.) I have had in over 30 years and maybe more. Made the experience very enjoyable. Not only did he enjoy laughing but he did his job. Chili’s 👍😂.
