Carryout order....they forgot half the order and while waiting just left pizza on counter so it was cold. Not the best experience. Talk about customer service. Manager read my original review and called to apologize. Had a great conversation. Willing to try again. Thank you.

Nothing against the business itself or the food, the food is very good! But when I ordered on Sunday, the driver/shift manager I got, Will, was VERY inappropriate towards me. He asked if I was alone tonight and then proceeded to search me up on Facebook after he dropped off my food and add me as friend. Extremely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. I would like to order from them again but this experience made me very uneasy. Also the person I spoke to the next day didn't seem to know what to do or say about the situation so I'm unsure of what to expect if I order again from this location.

I love pizza! But not here, it’s bland and the sauce tastes funky. I just don’t understand how there’s so many locations because it’s not great at all. Very expensive for poor quality

Pizza is nothing out of this world and it's expensive. I was considering ordering a pizza and had an online coupon code. I noticed in the total they had an online ordering fee. I was shocked. Everyone is forcing people to order online these days. These people are charging you more for it. Just crazy. There's better cheaper options out there. Don't let places like this take advantage of you.

I worked a 12 hour shift and all I could think about was getting me some Jimano’s on the way home. Place the order for pick up walked in it was handed my food by someone who look like they hadn’t showered or washed hair for a months. I was so disgusted I got my food and unfortunately threw it in the garbage. If that’s the person that’s been handling peoples food 🤢🤢🤮🤮😷😷😷. Health department should pay them a visit!!! 14.00 bucks In the garage!

Great pizza, I cannot believe they cater to vegans, the cheese is great and they are definitely not stingy about it. They even have plant base meats as well. The staff is friendly.

Love their pizza and wings! The curbside and the staff recognizing when you notify them you've arrived does leave a lot to be desired. Seems a bit like they don't always pay attention to that system. Overall, awesome food every time I've gone.

The delivery guy was very nice I just got my food and it was fantastic looks great to meatball sandwiches salad I was very surprised it was very mixed up it was great I recommend this place 😁

First time ordering, food was wonderful. Second time, not so much. Chicken was dry, mushrooms and fries were soggy. Don't think I'll be ordering again.

Be very careful coming here to eat, you can't imagine the kinds of people the managers and the owner are, my friend works here and the only thing they do is to be the new one, they only humiliate you, my friend was a manager and on his first day he they ordered all the windows of the restaurant to be cleaned while everyone looked at them and laughed obviously my friend resigned that same day but if you come to eat here don't go don't collaborate with this type of people, my friend already sued them so good luck jimanos pizzeria

Something to be said when a food place is consistent and our pizza orders are always correct,well made ,hot and tasty. Crew in front is always friendly and they know their customers

Ordered a pizza and breaded mushrooms. Pizza was cold and hard and mushrooms looked and tasted like they were 3 days old. Never will order from here again. Threw the leftovers away.

Enjoyed the pizza here until I observed the same person sweeping the floors, touching the dustpan, move to handling and packaging the pizza. Super unsanitary practice and I'm sure it happens in many places. Makes me wonder if those same hands handled the dough and put the toppings on. That was all I needed to see. Not sure why cleanliness and appropriate hygiene is such a challenge and not a priority.

Excellent thin crust pizza! Similar to Antioch Pizza Shop, but open a little later during the week, which is how I ended up trying this restaurant. & I'm glad I did, yum!

They raised the prices which I understand everything is more expensive. But if you’re going to raise prices don’t also go with what ever you now call chicken strips. They were skinny and tasted horrible. Honestly not going to try and see if their pizza has gotten worse.

This locations pizza is NOT up to par with the other locations. Their crust is different and dry, sauce is spicy and we did not like the aftertaste, overall tasted horrible. Their prices are higher too. We will definitely not return to this location. Both Gurnee stores are much better.
