The manager Veronica is mean, everything has to be done her way. while being in the process of applying, she made everything to hard and difficult. She wouldn’t want to accept any state ID, tittle or secretary state paper that had my current and new address. Had to go back to the secretary multiple times to get that fix just because she wanted all paper work to have only the new address where I was going to be moving and not have current address. Lady in the secretary office said all papers had to have both address because my state ID still had my current address and not the new one and that’s why all papers had to had the two addresses. The lady also tried to call Veronica while I was there so she could explain the reason why all papers had both addresses but she never picked up. Lady at the secretary decided to just put the new address to all papers which she knew that was not the right thing so Veronica would accept and continue with the process. Also lot rent cost goes up every year. I know some people that they already pay 1,000 a month

A miserable place to live, not because the people, because of the staff that work there, always taking advantage of their power as the people in charge, maybe it’s just not them, maybe they act like that because of the owner of d land, who makes them to keep everyone afraid of any fines… shouldn’t be that strict, I was living in a mobile home which that area always flooded , never did anything to fix that problem n they never say anything about at d beginning, my car n many more around were totally loss! N the tow truck service, hunting for cars to tow at very expensive cost! Police can’t go in there because it’s a private property…. I should it never buy that property.sorry but I have nothing good to say, stay away from this park!

Veronica the manager is very mean and does not let people do stuff

They take advantage of a vulnerable population with unnecessary fees while they provide terrible living conditons. Expected to get your water shut off at least once a month without any compensation.

Outstanding manager & staff. They are always willing to help if you need assistance of some sort. If your going through a tough time they are understanding & try to direct you to places that can help you. She helped me get my house painted through Habitat. I have lived in the community for over 20yrs & you really see the difference in the community since our current Manager Veronica came here. The park is clean & no riff raff. If something happens it's usually taken care of immediately. You see her out constantly planting, picking up trash & doing things around the community. The assistant Maria is always pleasant & smiling. Honestly I think the only people who don't like the staff are people who don't like to follow rules. I deduct one star because the roads need paving but they really do a great job all in all. I have recommended this place lots of times to friends & family.

Love the community. Great place to call home. Been here for 12 years and the manager Veronica is awesome. I highly recommend Old Oaks.

The music they play is loud on the weekends with parties,no respect the neighbors called on me but it's ok for everyone else to make noise and we lived here since 1996 and no problems and I don't like Veronica from the office yelling at my mom she doesn't listen to my mom either and she is not friendly she just has her favorites I hope they fire her terrible place to live

I have been here 20+ years as it's a good place to live. I like it because I know my neighbors and we help each other out. Also there are plenty of things to do near by ... grocery stores, the Fox River trail, the Grand Victoria gambling boat, the splash pad down by the river, public transportation to include both the bus and metra train. fitnessneeds

I have lived in the Old Oaks community for over twenty years. It is a very nice place to live. A quiet community with friendly neighbors. The manager Veronica and the rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Veronica really cares about the community and the residents. She and the rest of the staff are always there to answer any questions and help with any problems I have. They work very hard to keep Old Oaks looking it's best and to keep the residents happy.

This place is a crappy place, I don't recommend buying a house because Mrs. Verónica Bracho is a disgusting bastard, and when you run her off, the owners of the place will thank you for it, so I don't recommend buying in this place.
