Lobby is very clean. I had a hard time with logging in but the two front nurses helped me. Both the doctor and urinalysis tech where very nice and informative. One of my favorite experiences at a health clinic.

I have come to this location three times. I have called ahead for questions. I felt like I was rushed and wait time is ridiculous. I am here just for a drug test, fit test and blood work for a job. The sheet said I was able to call ahead for apt. but when I called they said I didn’t need one. I waited three hours! I do think they need to have a better system or at least have the ability to make apt. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful which helped, I do think they are unstaffed with the amount of pt that come through.

Staff were nice, one made a mistake in the beginning and needed additional urine, so I had to drink lots of water to give another sample. Mistakes happen, no problem. Nurses were great trying to get my blood, I'm a hard stick. It was just unfortunate to wait a minimum of 40 minutes for a doctor to ask a few me questions. Unfortunately their heat wasn't working so it was so cold in the building, staff wearing sweaters. Not helpful when you're having blood drawn. Overall the process was smooth, downsides long wait for a doctor and heat not working.

If I could give 0 I would I called ahead of time to get bronchitis flu and Covid testing which they said they did .. just to be told they don’t do testing . The nurse said “ it depends on the dr and the dr refused to see me

The Physical Therapy here is absolutely top notch. Aldona is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about my back pain and treatment perfectly. I was nervous going in since my last PT wasn’t easy but I feel much more optimistic this time after just one visit so far.

Took a very long time to get in back room to see doctor! Made me wait for hours everyone else went ahead! Receptionist was not friendly! And latino nurse who did check up was rude he spoke rudely about my tattoo and told me I should get a refund funny thing is Im a Tattoo Artist! Latino nurse who did test was a male but should pay more attention to his job than guest tattoos or personal lives!

Staff was very efficient while still being friendly n cheerful. My visit, including wait time, was less than an hour! Amazing!

Everyone was very nice even though it was incredibly busy when I arrived. I was there for 3.5 hrs, the wait was long but I’m sure they were understaffed as everyone right now is.
