I went there for melasma treatment which they told me they could treat. I paid $100 for them to tell me that they couldn’t perform any treatment because I already had melasma 🤨. When I schedule the appointment they told me I could used the $100 deposit for a treatment so when I ask about it they told me that I had to pay for the 45min She spend with me and that’s when I realized that that was the reason she kept telling me in so many ways and looking at her watch of why she couldn’t do anything about my skin. She was just repeating herself and that I feel is DISHONESTY

I came to this spa because of the good reviews originally. However, I spent close to $400 for an acne facial and a back facial & after my treatment my skin was pilling and I didn’t receive anything too moisturizing around my eyes so I felt very dry instead of glowy and replenished. This was the oxygeneo facial. I left and had to wash my face again after this as there was left over face scrub beads all over my hair and side of face. The back facial was pretty quick but uncomfortable as there was not anywhere for me to rest my head, so my face was pressed into the table on a towel making it hard to breathe and relax. I was thinking to go back but I would shop around more for advanced options.

Nice and comfortable place. Everyone is so professional. I had the IPL to remove some facial spider veins and it worked great! Antje is very kind and does nice work. Highly recommend.

The staff is always welcoming. No matter what you’re having done they explain so you are comfortable. They always ask if you have any questions. Very relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to Cara Mia for several years to get laser treatments and micro needling. I have always had a great experience and wonderful results. All the staff members are knowledgeable and not pushy with products or services.

Had a clear and brilliant treatment and and I always look forward to see results even if it’s just minor, of course I would like all my sun spots and aging spots to just disappear LOL but yes that’s my goal with all of your help! Sometimes I feel that I should see better or more results with all the treatments and products that I have purchased, but I know it takes time! I want to thank you all for taking the extra time after my appointments to help and explain just what the treatment and your products do for me! Like I mentioned before that I do see some differences since I started the treatments but of course I want and feel I should maybe see more results after 6 months and $ but I will definitely continue until I can maybe have something done for fun!
