I love this gym! Its really clean and has all the machinery you could ever want to get a good work out in. The staff is extremely friendly and even call you to give you updates on the gym. They also have a suggestions box and look over what their customers want. Also, they have WiFi so you can always connect your phone online to listen to YouTube or Pandora. Overall, if you are looking for a gym in the Round Lake Area I recommend that you come here. Great place!

Personally I am a 19 year old who isn't that fit, so I like that it's kind of a smaller gym, with an older community. Very rarely do I go and see a bunch of super fit 20 year olds making me look bad! I also like how it's clean, and I always see the employees cleaning and restocking the paper towels. On top of that, employees always answer my questions the best that they can, but also don't ever bother you unless you bug them first. Overall my Snap Fitness experience has been amazing, and I'm going to be sad to leave you when I have to go away to school in August. Keep it up! 1000/10

I've been going to many different types of gyms over the course of my life and I have never experienced such a great place like the Snap Fitness in Round Lake, on Wilson Road. The management are amazing! Super friendly and extremely helpful. They even have customer appreciation days! They are currently updating with new equipment and technology. They will be expanding later in the year. I can't wait! I started going to this place in October of 2017 and have never had a time where I couldn't use a machine due to people using it or the fact that it needed fixing. Breaks do occur, but the staff always makes accomodations to their members. All in all one of the best gym's I have ever been to!!

Great gym and location! Staff is great and always willing to help in any way they can! I’ve been a member since 2009 and have never had an issue! Past owner was great and so are the new ones! They had a Customer Appreciation day today with all sorts of yummy food, juice & bottled water! They had a drawing as well for a free month’s membership! GREAT PLACE & GREAT PEOPLE!! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

By far the best gym I’ve ever been to! Highly recommended. I’ve had memberships at other gyms where even though they were bigger using equipment was always a hassle always over packed and having to wait to use equipment is a turn off. Switching to SnapFitness in around lake beach has been the best decision I could’ve made. Love been able to come at anytime and been able to work out. Never have I had to wait for equipment. They have a nice variety of equipment and been able to use the extra rooms is a plus. They even have punching bags which not even those bigger gyms had. Place is always clean and been able to join classes for free is amazing. Membership is also cheap which is surprising since you can come in 24/7. Cheaper than those bigger gyms. If you tired of the awful hours from those other gyms this is definitely for you. They even have full shower rooms which is great if you wanna work out before heading to work. Definitely worth checking out and signing up!

nice quiet gym when i went in the morning. Was greeted by the nicest man ever and was given a small tour of the gym. Nice clean even though some of the benches looks a little torn but i’ve seen worse at other gyms. Solid gym to go to and stay focused as well!

Recently switched from esporta fitness and couldn’t be happier! Love that u don’t have to sit around and wait for a machine to be free! The gyms pretty much always empty and I go at various times! Love the sanitation bottles also!

GREAT gym! GREAT equipment and AMAZING staff. Always friendly and respectful. Gym is a good size and never too crowded in the morning. Big space to stretch and mobility work. Jose is great with boxing lessons, my son enjoys every session and always excited to go back.

For a person who just started going to the gym, this gym is just awesome. Definitely would choose this place over others in Round Lake, due to the fact that it’s not overly crowded and people aren’t standing around watching you workout. They have great equipment and very nice staff. Love that this location is 24 hours as well!

Snap Fitness Round Lake Beach on Rollins Road. The Owner Bennie (personal trainer), The Boxing, Kickboxing Coach/Personal Trainer, Jose are nice and friendly. Especially Jose when he see's someone on the punching bag, he always tries to help the members and correct their form and he only charges $20.00 for 45 min sessions! You should check out Jose and Bennie @ Snap Fitness in Round lake. Also, Jose told me they have a new pre-paid promotion running from August to December 31st, 2022, four months for $100.00! I highly recommend checking them out!

This facility is clean and very friendly. They have a lot of new equipment! Very spacious given the building it’s in! And a good parking space! Highly recommend.

Very attentive !! I been looking for a gym that is close by and not crowded and I reached out to ask about the membership, they were so attentive and went out of the way to personally send a email and give us a tour and explain more about the membership , definitely looks like they care about their members!!

I tried it and wasn’t a fan. Very dirty and equipment is substandard with rips, tears and parts of their machine are broken which is unsafe. Their seated chest fly machine has been broken for more then 2 months and no one has fixed it or put a sign up saying they “will”fix it. Their gym mats are coming off the floor near the dumbbell area and it’s protruding up so anyone can easily trip over it and slam their face right into the rack. Their cable machine in the turf room is always missing the clips for the attachments so you can never use that machine and even the staff didn’t know where it went. The turf is peeling off of the floor and their weights are so cheap/used that you can feel the weight shaking around inside the plastic plate (the 45lb plates). Their ez bar barbell is unsafe because you can’t even add a 45lb to one side without the barbell kicking up on side nearly hitting you in the face. It happened to me already. There is literally hair and dust all over the floor and it’s a constant thing at this gym. Very dirty and I can’t trust any of the equipment there. Heck, there dumbbells even shake, AND the weight spins around when you’re picking them up! People there are so quiet and give off a “leave me alone” vibe which is very uninviting for anyone. If someone is in turf area or yoga room, and someone else comes in, the previous person always leaves or goes to another room? Like ok… was this your area to begin with? Lol oh my. Weights are always left on equipment and never put back. They have no toilet seat covers which is absolutely disgusting since it’s a gym. I don’t get a good feeling in this environment. I feel better at LA fitness or crunch fitness down the road. This gym offers convenience and 24/7 hrs, otherwise this isn’t a good place to train if you want to bodybuild or be in a upbeat environment. It’s full of beginners and older people and people who don’t want to be bothered, LIKE AT ALL. i didn’t even feel comfortable recording content because the owner is always looking at you in the cameras and someone could complain about my tripod. I suggest they do business in a much CLEANER and safer manner with more professionalism. They should take notes from the gyms around them to be successful! But they do offer week passes so that’s a plus if you don’t want to commit to them. You can just keep buying week passes for $10 and that’s $40 a month which is still better than their plans because I can just stop showing up and not have to pay a monthly fee or train somewhere else without being committed. I only use this gym once a month if that. I’d rather workout outside at the park down the street!

Best and cleanest gym I've ever been to. Has all the equipment you need. The price is justified by being a barrier of entry for unsavory people. This place usually has no more than 5 people at any given time outside of the typical peak hours. The premium price point acts like your own personal gym. Be respectful and you will be respected. Have met very nice people here as well. Can't believe it took me this long to join. If you want to come to the gym to just take pictures and video please stay at the other gyms. People that come here are here to put the work in to see results.

Very good location as far as Snap goes. Very competitive introduction and ongoing pricing. Gym is staffed above average hours but better make an appointment before stopping by.

This is probably one of the worst Snaps I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. It's tiny and cramped which I could deal with but they play the absolute worst music. It was an hour of torture to get thru the workout with my girlfriend. It was R&B mixed with some really terrible rap. The gym was staffed and despite everyone in the gym complaining the station wasn't changed. They also charge an additional $5 if you don't bring two pairs of shoes. Needless to say I will not be joining.

I went to go sign up with my boyfriend last week, I am physically disabled and plus size and when we walked in the environment was so welcoming, the guy at the desk helped us sign up and when i asked my questions about machines and abilities I got 0 jugement and just kind and knowledgeable answers, it was great. I am definitely recommending snap fitness to all my friends.

Zumba class is great, everyday is something new, dance, boot camp, you won’t get bored.

This gym is clean and has a wide variety of machines to work on. The other members are quiet and don't bother you, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I've had a couple sessions with one of the trainers Jen, and she is just awesome to work with.

This place is addicting! I love to walk in not knowing what to expect and leave so accomplished. The staff is also welcoming and everyone is treated like family. Classes are fun and fast and effective.

Great! Clean, modern facility, well lit with inspiring wall quotes. Bennie - one of the owners, was friendly, upbeat, informative without being pushy. Answered all my questions over text (even while on vacation!). With it being a smaller facility, the machines are limited, but they pack a lot into it!

Nice clean gym! Bigger than I expected. I was in there about 5:30-6pm and only a handful of people were working out on the machines so that was great to see.

Not too big, not too small. This place is just the right size with a fabulous mix of staff, clientele, and ownership. I left the West Coast gym that has a new Spanish name for this place last fall and couldn’t be happier. 24/7 is a HUGE plus as well because my workouts cannot always mirror regular business hours. Come take a look and check this place out!!
