Terrible equipment, not sanitary at all, the treadmills will shut off if u have more than 4 going at a time... if you can even do that because most of the treadmills have cracks in them or just don't work at all. That doesn't stop them from charging you $39 for "equipment upgrades". The mirrors are cheap no decals on the walls, the lag bolts in the walls for the equipment just spin in the drywall. TERRIBLE

I have been trying to cancel my membership for a over a YEAR now, they won’t return my voicemails or answer the phone during staffed hours! Called there customer service parent company to cancel and they said they can’t cancel the service only the location can... except I been trying to for a over a YEAR!! Impossible to get ahold of these people! My contract ended YEARS ago and I haven’t set foot in the building in years! But am still paying because they won’t contact me back. This place is such a scam and there are wayyy better, cleaner, and larger gyms locally. Save yourself the money and avoid this place.

Do NOT sign a contract with this gym period. I signed up for a 6-week challenge back in May of 2022 for $199 with an option to continue at $40 per week. They started debiting my bank account $117 per WEEK. I had to request refunds on 4 occasions from the owner and finally had to close my bank account. I eventually quit the gym as they could not bill be me correctly. I am now receiving collection calls from their parent company. This is a 6-week challenge has turned into a 6-month nightmare.

Most of the cardio equipment is broken and it's obvious they don't do preventative maintenance on their equipment, even basic things like adjusting the feet so that the equipment doesn't wabble when you use it. All of the treadmills are on one circuit so the circuit breaks when they're all in use. The other day it happened when some employee or owner was there and she was more offended that her customer paid-for workout was just interrupted by 5 paying customers whose workout was just interrupted. They will cause a fire with their daisychain of power strips and corporate greed. They displace people who do not pay for PT (othering). The showers are not cleaned. After writing this review, the owner e-mailed me telling me to remove my review. When I denied his request, he told me that I am in violation and is cancelling my membership.

I’ve been a member at this gym for several years. The equipment quality and gym cleanliness have gone downhill since Megan, former club manager, left. - Even after rearranging the equipment, you can still find rat poisoning, along with other things, under the treadmills. The rodent problem was two years ago. There’s no telling the last time the gym floor was swept, vacuumed or mopped. - The bathrooms aren’t any better. They could use a good deep cleaning. Be on the lookout for the following signs: - Out of order. - Parts coming next week. - You will be fined $500 for any issues that are brought up on social media and are not brought to the attention of management. Furthermore, you will be sent to collections if you don’t pay your fine. Oh, it doesn’t matter if you’re a member or not. The gym used to ask for feedback via survey in the past. It seems as if the members’ opinions don’t matter and that the gym will continue to operate under its current operating procedures, whether that means the gym is clean or not. What exactly do to employees do for 8 hours? They can’t be folding towels the entire time. Update: Parts coming next week sign has been upgraded to OUT OF ORDER. No sign of floors being cleaned, either. You would think that’s a daily task. Nope, not here. You’d be lucky if it’s monthly.

Men's shower room smells horrible. Shower head is barely big enough to get you wet. No soap dispenser in shower. Equipment is run down. They won't make any improvements!!!

One of the cleaner gym chains I've been to. Gym goers are courteous for the most part. They have all of the free weights I need. Staff is nice and they don't bombard you with promotional BS like some places. Little pricey on the monthly sub. Would like to see showers or member lockers for the money paid.

I have been a member here for several years now and have been very happy with the facility and the experience. Ownership/management has changed things over these 2 years for the better. Recently they reorganized the location of the equipment resulting in a much cleaner and open space for everyone. I recommend this place for folks considering membership.

The coaches are awesome and helpful. The studio is upbeat, clean, and welcoming! I would recommend it to anyone including those new to exercising regularly. It’s a different workout everyday.

I joined this club recently and am very pleased. The equipment is nice, the manager is nice, and the classes are great! Great variety of equipment and a large turf area. Clean, too!

Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in over a week ! This gym used to be nice and clean now it’s dirty and smells. Haven’t had wipes in two years just a bunch of broken squirt bottles & towels ! The owner clearly doesn’t want to pay enough to keep the gym clean the windows haven’t been cleaned since before Covid-19 the cob webs have cob webs ! UNACCEPTABLE

I just Luv Luv Anytime Fitness. I Travel alot and there is always an Anytime Fitness close bi. Its a private Club. Takes a FOB to Enter. Always clean with Great equipment. Shower room is private. Great Organization!

I fell in love with working out at this gym. The atmosphere is so warm and it’s incredibly well kept. Megan, the manager of the location, is very helpful and kind. I can’t say enough about this gym. I encourage any and everybody to sign up and take advantage of all the opportunities presented to an individual here.

Anytime Fitness is a great fitness and health club. I love the fact that it is private, and open 24 hours. My schedule makes the 24 hour availability work for me. I love getting a great late night workout, and feeling like I have the gym to myself. Even during the day the gym isn't too crowded so I am able to get in and do my workout and use the equipment that I wish to use. The gym is always clean, neat, and equipment is well kept and organized! Staff is friendly, and always there to help! Love my workouts at Anytime Fitness!

Everyone at this gym is nice and friendly. Equipment is up to date and almost always immediately available. There are lockers and bathrooms, which are convenient, and offer a good variety of classes. Overall nice, quiet environment.

Very clean gym, they even provide towels for you during your visit.

I really like the top of the line equipment they have. I have been a member for some time and I have seen great improvement even beyond the fact that this gym was always awesome.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE JOINING!!!! Please explain to me how this gym has 4.3 stars?! Before I joined this gym, I did a walk through with Matt, the employee. They had the ellipticals I liked, two of them. I was so excited. Matt, the employee advertised them as great machines. Come to find out, THEY DON’T EVEN WORK!!! The entire purpose of me joining this gym was to use those ellipticals. Talk about false advertising. The owner Randy could care less about customer service and doesn’t know how to run a business. Don’t waste your time or money joining this gym.

Stopped in at Lakemoor location to check it out and the sweat smell was overwhelming bad. Even smelled it on me after I left. I hope the owner can fix this! Other wise I would have joined.

CAUTION! Be very careful before signing up a mebermbership with Anytime Fitness. I moved out of the state. I emailed Megan the Club Manager to fulfill my cancellation. This business continued charging my account for an additional 8 months. Not only did she pretend she never received it. Once I got the BBB involved she claimed she has just received my cancellation request once I emailed her with my concerns. Very unethical and makes you wonder what other shady things this business does to there customers. Stay far away unless you want to get screwed over in the long run!

Was a member here for over 10 years. Only reason why I left was because I no longer travel near a location and there is a gym in my parking lot.
