This
is
the
overpriced
“quick
car
wash”
of
dentists.
I
have
no
idea
how
they
have
so
many
good
reviews.
Fooled
me.
The
last
time
I
had
a
dental
cleaning,
which
was
done
at
another
dental
office
down
the
road,
it
was
such
a
non-stressful
experience.
They
were
incredibly
nice
and
checked
on
me
during
the
cleaning,
made
sure
I
was
comfortable,
gave
me
plenty
of
chances
to
rinse/spit.
Insurance
changed
and
I
tried
this
office…
Starting
off
the
dental
assistant
was
very
unenthusiastic.
I
had
to
initiate
all
the
questions
for
the
appointment
and
received
one-word
answers.
It
had
been
a
while
since
my
last
cleaning,
and
having
a
simple
explanation
of
what
to
expect
would
have
helped
ease
any
anxiety
I
had
and
make
sure
I
was
getting
the
correct
treatment
done.
The
dentist,
Dr.
Bansal,
finally
came
in
clearly
in
a
rush.
He
glanced
over
the
x-rays,
told
me
what
I
needed
done.
There
was
no
comment
or
examination
on
the
state
of
my
teeth,
brushing
habits,
etc.
At
this
point
I
was
anxious
and
let
the
dentist
know,
but
he
cracked
a
joke
about
the
dental
assistant
instead
and
didn’t
take
me
seriously.
I
really
wish
I
had
left
at
this
point.
They
reclined
my
chair
back
so
much
to
start.
I
asked
them
if
they
could
raise
me
a
bit
higher
as
I
was
already
uncomfortable
and
the
dentist
declined
at
first.
OK
I
tried
to
deal
with
it.
I
let
them
know
I
have
concerns
about
the
water
and
being
given
the
chance
to
spit
often
enough.
When
they
started
working
on
me
the
dental
assistant
was
not
experienced
in
moving
the
suction
tube
to
get
the
water
that
was
pooling
in
the
back
of
my
throat
from
being
reclined
back
so
far.
She
just
kept
it
in
one
spot
in
the
outer,
left
side
of
my
mouth,
not
moving.
I
could
have
done
it
better
myself.
Combined
with
the
high-water
pressure
I
had
to
continuously
get
up
from
the
chair
as
I
kept
choking
on
the
water
and
only
then
did
the
dentist
finally
raise
my
chair
up
a
bit
more
and
lower
the
water
pressure.
Whatever
cleaning
was
done
took
around
what
felt
like
10
minutes.
On
top
of
that,
they
tried
to
charge
me
$50
more
than
what
I
was
initially
quoted.
$150-200
is
a
scam
for
the
quality
of
service
I
received
here.
Avon
Dental
just
wants
you
in
and
out
as
fast
as
possible.
I
don’t
know
what
they
did
to
the
roof
of
my
mouth
but
I
still
had
pain
days
later.
This
was
a
horrible
experience
and
I
have
warned
all
of
my
family
and
friends
not
to
go
here.
