Other than the nice clerk at check in, the hotel was sub par. The room did not have sheets for the couch bed and no mattress pad (unsanitary). The phone didn't work, so we had to go get them at front desk. The shower curtain was ripped and the TV didn't work. The breakfast was a mob scene with no refills of food and coffee was empty. At check out I told the new clerk and she didn't seem to care about any of it. She said the satellite dish had bad reception and some channels don't work. I told her none worked... No discount offered, nor other accommodation. For $220/night, plus taxes, I expect a working TV and coffee!!

I called ahead and was told both rooms I booked would be ready, next to each other. Checking in at 4 I was told they weren't ready. pillows on the bed looked clean, but smelled of oily sweaty heads laid on them, Garbage cans on property flowing over. Pool had several clumps of hair on the floor next to pool, dead bugs floating in the hot tub. Colony of small ants in one of our rooms. Other room several lamps and bathroom lights lightbulbs burnt out. Spider webs in bathroom. I witnessed several different people staying at the hotel complaining to the front desk, one had a water stain on the ceiling looked like possible pipe burst, another person saying they never vacuumed their room and smelt like cigarettes as they just checked into their room, and another complaining to the maids their sink was backed up. This hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel, should be 1 star. They are no longer called Antioch Inn, I passed the hotel up as its now called Clarion Point, no one informed me of the name change. I will NOT be staying at this place EVER AGAIN!!!

Fantastic, always have a great stay with this hotel, breakfast everyday where fantastic, no time for pool but did observe it was well used by others. The hotel has changed names so you need to update your site. But service was still fantastic and yes we'll stay again. This is my 8th time staying in the last 6 years and always has been fantastic

Staff was very rude here. Bartender was HORRIBLE. Asked for a drink and the reply was "I don't like making that drink".. beds were uncomfortable. Do not recommend this hotel if you have other options

Amazing hotel. Management is so stellar ! The experience with customer service made me feel as if I was at a Four Seasons Hotel. I was not expecting such a large indoor swimming pool area and the hot tub is simply massive. Love the colorful murals in the guest rooms too. We will be returning soon.

Good value for a holiday weekend a few minutes from the Chain-O'Lakes. Pool, jacuzzi, lounge w/ ching!-ching! slots (no food though) & nice outdoor patio...all open til' at least midnight (depending on how busy it gets). 24/7 snacks at the front desk, washing machines, etc... all very accessible (esp. per my request- next to side door to parking lot!). Decent rooms, not too big, but clean... could be updated, style-wise, but had what I needed- hairdryer, shamp/cond. pumps, movie channels, comfy beds. Fast food & Chinese next door or right across the street; local restaurant delivery to your door. Grocery & liquor w/in minutes drive. Most appreciated-friendliest & accommodating hotel staff I've encountered in a LONG time! Will be back! 😊

5/23 Perfect stay, Very clean room and hotel. Great service at the desk, pool was really nice, Great breakfast choices. The room had some REALLY nice touches, a night light in the bathroom, an air deflector over the AC vent to stop the curtains from blowing all around, a real sofa that was actually comfortable and a great desk chair, a solid surface remote for the TV that was easy to clean and not become the usual germ pit. These sound like little things but trust me they are a culmination of thought that leads to a very pleasant stay. These people did their homework and deserve a pat on the back.

The sign for the hotel had a different name on a dark green sign, and the outside of the building said foxy's so we weren't even sure we were at the right place. When we went in it was, but they said they hadn't been associated with best western for years. It was advertised as two queen beds, but they seemed like full size instead, was hard to share. The beds were very bouncy, so any movement went through the whole bed, feet also hung off the end. Would be comfortable for a single person per bed. Thin walls, very thin. Could hear the next room over's cell phone chiming at midnight. My child eventually ended up yelling for them to turn off notifications so we could sleep. Then in the morning we could hear the person repeatedly clearing their throat in the room. Needs soundproofing. The soap did not feel good, and originally we didn't have one for the shower in our room. When we asked for one they acted like we were hoarding hotel soaps, didn't even have them at the desk, had to follow the worker through the hotel to a closet. Shampoo was hard to squeeze out and it was wall mounted, but it did make my hair look nice. Toilet paper was just about the same as rest stop toilet paper, maybe ever so slightly thicker, just as scratchy. The pool was nice. It went to five feet deep. The breakfast was ok. They had scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and a couple of pastries. Overall, was very high priced for what was offered. I can get an equivalent hotel room for about $80 in our area, was $165 there -$185 by the time all the fees were added.

Just spent the night after spending the day at the Renaissance Fair. It was a quick drive from the fair. Check in was easy. I got to park right near our room. The pool and hot tub was amazing after walking all day. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice. Will stay there again next year.

Great location, bar, employees, facilities, etc. But lack of air conditioner in the hallways and elevator sucked balls! Breakfast wasn't great either. Fake eggs and plastic bacon was meh...

If I could give a negative star I would. The customer service and how they handle paying customers reviews is terrible. Just read all the reviews!!! Going on day 7 of the hotel holding our money…. At this rate the room has been paid 3 times over because they dont know how to use their credit card machines…… The general manager doesn’t respond as the front desk has zero ability to resolve any issues. Finally got the excuse she works at 4 hotels so sh3 is too busy to respond to email… she responds and I quote “I thought I did something wrong” but zero resolution. Shame!

They have a fancy lobby and a large indoor pool, slot machines, and a bar. Plus I liked the rooms. There relaxing and have comfortable beds to sleep on. Pretty good for the price.
