Absolutely worse service I've experienced in a long time, I never knew that it takes about an hour and 10 minutes for a single quesadilla appetizer. Server never said that it was a 45 minute wait but she claims she did. The view is the only good apart the horrible service, at least you can site see while you forget that you ordered a quesadilla. The manager did address the problem and apologized for the mess.

Dinner last night with a buddy of mine, there Monday Soecial is great....1/2 price pizza 🍕 was absolutely delicious. Attached is a picture of their Saturday Night Dinner Special. Fun n Clean place, great vibe & workers here are friendly and kind. Will definitely be back!!!!

Slow. Not organized. Waited well over 45 minutes to get the food we ordered, which wasn’t anything complicated- burgers, chicken sandwich, Italian beef. First time here and I will never come back. VERY disappointed.

Food is excellent When a server tells you 40 minutes till you food comes out. That is what you want to know. Great service

Good restaurant. Tasty good. Had the steak quesadilla and it was good. Guac was amazing. Sand is available outside to keep the kids busy. Didn’t love the shrimp taco.

Food not so great. Orders came out wrong. Our waitress did her best and was very courteous it was busy but too many mistakes with the orders. Food very average nothing worth writing home about.

My folks and I came here, and we absolutely loved it. I got the bacon cheese burger, my mother got the shrimps, and my father, the fish and chips. Ate outside, the view was fantastic, the food was amazing(huge shrimp) and for the price, this place is awesome. We thank you for the food and memories!

I haven't been here in 16yrs. This place has the worst service. The waitress was bringing out 2 drinks at a time while others were bringing drinks out on trays.It took way over an hour to get my burger which i ask for well done. It came out not fully cooked. The fries were hard and my wife never got her steak sandwich she ordered. I will never come back to this place. Terrible terrible service. 👎

Madison was our server and hats off to her she managed the flow well! Hubby's bigger was good, bun was delish. I had Cesar salad with chicken on the top. Add on.

Great food and atmosphere! Awesome/friendly staff. If I had anything negative to say, it was due to my friend dropping one of my Converse shoes, accidentally, where we tied the boat. All of us will definitely be back to the Sandbar. Worth the trip!

This is the best place on the chain, the owner is a great person, great food, friendly staff, boat launch, storage, slip rental, spots for trailer with water and gas hook up, they have it all, everyone you meet there is nice and friendly.

Sandbar is hands down one of our favorite places on the water. Great food and service for the many years we’ve been coming and bringing our guests. The boat launch service and dock boys on busy weekends are a nice touch. There is something for everyone! We love the fun atmosphere on the weekends and calm sunsets during the week. Don’t skip the pot roast sandwich or quesadilla! Bring back the Bosco sticks please!

Went on taco Thursday...1.06 🌮 unheard-of. Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service ... left my glasses on the table. She ran me down and returned them to me. Right off the lake makes me feel like I'm on vacation every time I'm there!!!

This was my first time here. I loved the outdoor picnic tables. The piers and ability to pull up was a nice touch. The place has obviously been around for a while. The place was pretty hopping. I ordered the steak burrito. Holy cow was I impressed when it arrived. It was humongous. It definitely filled the hunger I had. Quite reasonably priced from what I have expierenced at other places. Portion for price was definitely worth it. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thanks for the wonderful food.

We went to dinner here on our boat and a super nice young man ran out to help us tie up w a smile ! The great service continued w our servers and the atmosphere and lake views are top notch! I would recommend their burritos and to show up hungry !

This is a great location, right on the water, which makes up for the mediocre service. Waitress was inattentive until we chased her down for a drink refill. The pot roast sandwich is excellent. The grilled chicken sandwich was served with no sauce or mayo or anything; just the bun, lettuce and tomato. The seasoning reminded me of a grocery store mixed shake on seasoning. By the time the waitress returned, it wasn’t worth asking for mayo. I don’t recommend it. I loved sitting out by the water but the food and service weren’t great.

Great place to grab a bite. The food is good, portions were average, but the price was ridiculous. This is bar food that you will find at other establishments. Yes, your location is great, but don't charge according to your environment!!

Sand has a very unique atmosphere and location, one that has been grandfathered into Antioch. I've been to a lot of drinking holes. You'd be hard pressed to find a vibe like Sand bar. The food is quite frankly a little pricy, but done very well. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed by something thats come out of the kitchen. As a regular I might be a little biased towards the service, but that's a huge reason I go to this bar. The bar tenders/managers care, are attentive and fair, and always make sure your order is fulfilled correctly. There's always something going on at Sand, never a dull moment. Whether it's the middle of summer and you arrive by boat, or it's the middle of winter and you park your snowmobile on the beach, a fun and inclusive group of people can always be found inside. I highly reccomend stopping at this bar if you are in Antioch. If you're looking for a cozy dive bar with exceptional service, this is the place for you.

Excellent burgers, tacos and rueben sandwiches. Docks are skinny but all wood and if you face the boat out towards the lake, the chop doesn’t cause an issue. Tie up tight with fenders and you’re good to go.

Seems to be new owners here. Our menu favorites are gone. Tamales were fabulous. Gone. Gyros were fabulous. Gone. Nacho platter disappointing. Some chips were stale. Staffing seems to be a problem. Not the owners fault. Parental indulgence.

Great bar and grill right on the lake. Nothing fancy. Just chill by the water. Pot roast sandwich is awesome. $1.50 hot dog stand is a plus for the budget minded or kids.

We’ve launched our boat and are from here a couple times this summer. Food has been pretty good and there’s usually food specials during the week. Drinks are also pretty fairly priced.

The newer owners have really stepped up quality and service. We come almost every Thursday (Thirsty Thursday) We like to have Kate take of her us, very attentive and fun attitude. See you Thursday!

Love the pulled pork sandwich and the fact that we can bring our dog with us from the boat. They will even bring a bowl of water for the dog.
