I'm here waiting for 1 pizza and a set of wings for over an hour when the app said 20 to 25 min ago that order was ready. Not sure what happen but this staff is so lost in the back. They get backed up and there is not any motivation from each other to push orders out. I'm not sure if it's due to low staff or unconcerned management. Asked to get a discount for waiting longer than it should be for a pizza. I lost appetite at this point. The phone is ringing as I am doing this review. No one seems to care to answer the phone.

UPDATE : MY EXPERIENCE TURNED OUT TO BE WORSE THAN I EXPECTED.ifound this out next day when I took a good look at my left over pizza for lunch. FOUND AT LEAST 2 pizza we ordered had MEAT ON IT. Pizza was contaminated!! WE DID NOT ORDER MEAT PIZZA. We ordered vegetarian toppings pizza because we are vegetarian THESE GUYS ARE doing cheap business practices to save money but screw customer experience. *No quality pizza here!!!!!!* WIL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN. THEY ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AND BE CHEAP BUSINESS WHERE RRUSING TOPPINGS DROPPED IN CATCHER TRAY AND PUTTING IT BACK IN CONTAINER OF TOPPONGS. IMAGINE DIFFERENT TOPPINGS STICKING TO EACH OTHER MAKING YOUR PIZZA EXTRAVAGANZA WHEN YOU ORDERD LIKE 1-2 TOPPINGS NO MEAT!! GUESS HOW I KNOW THIS? I WORKED FOR DOMINOS 10 YEARS AGO. Greasy cardboard pizza. No set of paper plates. Charges for permasan or red flakes which were free packets before. Asked for extra marinara sauce. Refused to hook us up. I used to work for Domino's and gave customer free extra dipping sauces. This place sucks. Not the best customer experience when you buy like 4 pizza I guess there is nothing free plus they only pay like <5 bucks an hour to their delivery drivers which sucks.

Worst Experience to Date! The order was placed online, with a 25-35 minute window. 40 minutes AFTER the tracker said it was getting quality checked, we called. Apparently their website timer is broken, but we should be getting our pizza soon. Then, they drop it off, no text, no warning, no anything, like we're supposed to get, so we notice it somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, and the whole order is ice cold. Thankfully, the kids don't mind cold pizza. We open the boxes and the pizzas are dry, the boxes are soaked in grease, and the crust is already hard. Then we open the chese-bread, it's burned beyond the point of being edible, even by teenagers. The box says that if you're not happy, Domino's will make it right. I'm waiting to see if they even try. If they do, I will come back and update my review, but for now, this is disgusting and not how businesses should operate. So disappointed.

We made an order for the house here, 6 people. So 3 medium pizzas with 2 cheesy breads. Our order was about 9:30-10pm. It took an hour & 1/2 for the order to get to us. We did call to find out what the hold up was & amazingly we were told the driver was in front of our home. My husband went & brought everything in & that's when we noticed we were 1 pizza short. Of course, a call was placed to let them know what had been done. As the girl started talking to my husband, she, made sure to let us know it was sitting right there on her counter. How nice. We now asked for this to be remade & brought to us again seeing as how this was not our fault but, she let us know that wasn't going to happen. Could take a pizza that's been sitting forever or a credit for 5.99. That was when I finally chimed in & said NO... you would take this if it was your order. This is now principal. I had people in my home NOT eating due to their mistake. But her excuse of 10 deliveries before me was more important. She did finally say the pizza would be brought & a credit given. My son sat outside for 30 more minutes & guess who NEVER showed back up? The next day my husband & I did go up to the store & talked to the Mgr. She seemed rather embarrassed by how her store was run the night before. There was no reason to go in & scream & holler about things but to make her or anyone aware was the goal. The Mgr was nice enough to upgrade my medium that was left behind to a large. I truly hope that my screwed up situation was rectified. Those workers would not appreciate having done to them what they did to me & my family. Thanks to the Mgr

Not gonna lie, the cop vehicle picture is repellant. I subconsciously expect a police car to be there now. Before you judge, I am a clean-record veteran, who currently studies forensics science. I still don't want to be caught over there lol.

1/4 items correct. More cornmeal than cheese in my cheesy bread? When we ripped apart the cheesy bread cornmeal was literally falling out of the item. We have a mushroom allergy and mushrooms were not removed from 1 item (understandable mistake), however there were stray mushrooms in our Buffalo chicken, which isn’t supposed to have mushrooms in the first place. Half of the boxes we received had sauce or other food stuck on the outside. Worst dominos experience I have ever had, will not be returning to this location.

Definitely one of the nicest domino's I've been in and there's a lot of space. The pizzas fast and consistent not to mention the store is really great and well kept. Staff are awesome here!!!

Tried to give them another chance one of the pizzas wasn’t cooked right so they had to redo it so all the other pizzas were getting old while there the new one was waiting To be cooked! no money taken off!no apologies!no anything! place is going down in Quality!Also they charge extra for bacon which other dominoes Don’t and extra for chicken which other Domino’s don’t! If you want The garlic butter crust that’s supposed to be on the hand tossed pizza you have a 50-50 chance. No consistency

It's Domino's, so don't expect gourmet pizza, what you get is a fast affordable meal. I really like the boneless Sweet-BBQ chicken and their handmade pan pizza. I've ordered online and in-store many times without a single problem. My order has always been made correctly and delivered promptly. The staff in-store has always been friendly and answered the phone quickly. If I have any complaint it would just be that I don't like the salt they put all over the crust nowadays, it wears out my tongue.

Wow! Service with a smile and giggles! My daughter made a silly request in the order comments for a dog drawing on our pizza box and they delivered! Delicious pizza and fun art! ❤️❤️❤️ Can’t wait to order again!!!!

Took 1:30 minutes to deliver my pizza. Had to call and see where it was. Delivered cold. Pizza SUCKED Take my word go to Little Caesar. Pizza is still hot when u get it home. Not all

Ordered my food then I went in a hr later just for them to tell me that it would be another hr and a half. they had 7 people vworking this place and old not handle it I don't care how many orders they had little cesars knocking them things out in 10 min no matter what .....problem is all the lazy kids they have working

Folks that work in there - THANK YOU!!! Food is always near perfection, as ordered and DEEEElicious!!! Brianna usually is shown in the tracker to start the order, and she nails it EVERY TIME. I would give more than 5 stars if I could - you all take great care of me and mi familia, always a great choice for amazing food - please...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I never had an issue before but for some reason my order was made wrong, I wasn’t even mad about it I just laugh we all make mistakes no one’s perfect. I had order a large hand toss pizza but how they made it was just funny to be honest it was so thin in the middle that it didn’t even had sauce on it, it was basically just crust with a layer of pepperoni. I called the store and the gentleman that answered right away put in a new order and send it out with no questions asked I loved the customer service they provided

I usually get the app and do an order online, that way you can also add a point to get a free pizza. Yet this time I let my wife do the ordering and for some reason she put the date for another day instead of when we were expecting get the pizza on app. Once I got to the cashier we found the order and it took about 15 minutes for about three pizzas and two sets of wings. Was a little disappointed that they removed two wings from their typical eight piece now it’s six piece. Overall we got the pizzas within the timeframe it was a simple pizza and a simple order but the quality was good for the coupon of two toppings 5.99 two pizza.

Every time I order from this location my order takes minimum 2 hours and when you call the staff is rude and completely disrespectful. Save yourself the aggravation and pick up from the Lindenhurst location. Their people are at least competent and courteous.

Dominos stinks, they said my order was being made and then quality checked, an hour and 20 minutes later I called the store to see where my order was and they said they hadn’t made it yet and that it would be another 40 minutes. They lied on the app and weren’t upfront about their wait times. Never ordering dominos again!

Such a horrible horrible establishment nothing but excuses when it comes to delivery Mr. Delivery 02 hours later the driver has a flat tire next week we decided to order delivery again but it delivery again oh the driver left for the day I've been waiting 2 and a 1/2 hours and I have to call you to tell me the driver left not a good place at all I wouldn't order from there. I'm actually gonna report them to corporate not not to mention they're telling me that they're out of food😂😂🤣

5 years ago when I moved here I never had problems. Now it's nothing but problems. Staff is terrible. I get cold pizzas. Raw pizzas. Had delivery be 2+ hours. Wrong orders. No collection of my orders. It's a nightmare. I drive further away just to not go to this dominos anymore.

Placed an order online, it says it should take 70 mins ok no problem. It shows up half hour late, we checked the order once I got upstairs and found that we were missing a pizza so we called the manager had nowhere but an attitude. Told her that we were missing a pizza asked for my address and asked what pizza was missing told her then she just hung up on me. This place is horrible, who ever the regional manager is needs to step in and do something.

This Domino's is wildly inconsistent. We just got pizza that was undercooked, including the sausage. The sausage was either bad or undercooked. Either way, it was pretty much inedible. Edit: 20 minutes later and my stomach is hurting. It's pizza, not rocket science. If you can't cook it properly or quality check your ingredients, what are you doing?

They don’t even cut the pizza anymore ,. My pizza was gonna get delivered At an hour then got a email saying won’t get my pizza till 20 more minutes later come on it was only 1pizza such a bad service it happens every time I order from dominos

If I could give zero I would. I don't like to leave bad reviews because things happen, but this is the 4th time on a separate occasion/date in different months... That they call me and cancel my order because it's busy? What place isn't busy?! You should serve your customers busy or not! 4th time I've been called that they won't deliver.. how do they make any money canceling all these orders?
