The
order
was
placed
online,
with
a
25-35
minute
window.
40
minutes
AFTER
the
tracker
said
it
was
getting
quality
checked,
we
called.
Apparently
their
website
timer
is
broken,
but
we
should
be
getting
our
pizza
soon.
Then,
they
drop
it
off,
no
text,
no
warning,
no
anything,
like
we're
supposed
to
get,
so
we
notice
it
somewhere
between
5-10
minutes
later,
and
the
whole
order
is
ice
cold.
Thankfully,
the
kids
don't
mind
cold
pizza.
We
open
the
boxes
and
the
pizzas
are
dry,
the
boxes
are
soaked
in
grease,
and
the
crust
is
already
hard.
Then
we
open
the
chese-bread,
it's
burned
beyond
the
point
of
being
edible,
even
by
teenagers.
The
box
says
that
if
you're
not
happy,
Domino's
will
make
it
right.
I'm
waiting
to
see
if
they
even
try.
If
they
do,
I
will
come
back
and
update
my
review,
but
for
now,
this
is
disgusting
and
not
how
businesses
should
operate.
So
disappointed.
