    Rude staff all three times I've been here and I never saw the same employee twice. A few have been extremely lazy. They claim masks are required, but late night staff certainly doesn't follow their own rule and it's never enforced for customers despite the covid vaccination not being effective against the mutation of Covid-19 that hit the U.S. around the 4th of July. Truly though, I place high emphasis on the rudeness of the staff and their inability to have an order ready within 10 minutes of its promised time even during slow times.

    We were visiting relatives in Lake Villa and were craving some wings. We picked up a few different kinds. I didn't take too long and the service was good. I thought their wings were pretty tasty. Good wings and a bunch of different flavors. Liked it better than Buffalo Wild wings. I'd go back.

    I was really sad on my experience with this branch. I have an unexpected visitor so I take out 30 pieces of chicken wings and fries+veggie dip for the side. I was so dismay when I got home. Everything was overcooked. The meat is dry and seems like its just a reheat. Even the fries was also a big NO! First time buying on this brach and will be the last.

    The wings and sauces are worth it, but the Round Lake location simply is not. There is a small selection of options for buffalo wings in the area making Wingstop a prime choice. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times this location has demonstrated poor service. I've had to return and correct carryout orders many times. Ordering online for delivery has not proven any better and, frankly, I'm very tired of getting ranch instead of the blue cheese I always order. At a previous visit, I witnessed a manager verbally disrespect an employee and, too often, I've generally left underwhelmed by the unwelcoming atmosphere. Again, in terms of wing size, quality, and sauces, I believe that Wingstop delivers a solid product in line with some of the best wing joints. Still, until service improves drastically at the Round Lake location, I'd honestly recommend getting your next order from Buffalo Wild Wings or Pizza Hut.

    Had a terrible experience. They handed me the wrong order and I didn't check till I got 20 minutes away to my house. So I drove back(another 20 minutes) to get my order correct and I don't know if the person who I talked to was manager or anything but he was a older gentlemen and argued the entire time with me. I ended up leaving, no refund, no food, and I was extremely mad. I never write any bad reviews because I know customer service is hard, as I am a barista. But no matter what you should always be respectful and understanding to the customers situation. The bathrooms were also completely dirty and seemed like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Do not recommend going here.

    Garbage service / rude staff. No accountability. Messed up an order 3 times. Refused to see our proof because they cannot accept the reality of a mistake. Icing on the cake was raw and wet wings. Big yikes. Read these reviews and believe them.

    Placed an order and paid online so that I would reduce any likelyhood of exposure. We recently had a COVID death in my family and I was attempting to be as careful as possible. I was sent two text messages explaining that they were following CDC guidelines and I should wait in my vehicle until my order was ready. I sat in my car and watched over 15 people walk in and wait in the small enclosed space. 3 employees behind the counter were not wearing their masks properly while another employee walked in and out also not wearing their mask properly. I sat in my car over 30 minutes before walking in and asking if I could take my order. I should have just been handed my food that was already paid for but instead I had to wait another 15 minutes while the employee behind the counter fumbled with my receipt. I pointed out that she was not wearing a mask and that I had already paid for my food and there was no need for me to be in that unsafe and poorly ventilated space any longer. I was instead told that "I was doing too much". Businesses should be practicing safe guidelines and protocols or they should simply not be open.

    Rude staff and we can’t order Bone in Wings, they only have Boneless Wings on Saturdays both on 1/30 and on 2/6 . We have decided to stop coming here I’d rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings, no excuses and they act professional and are prompt with pickups no standing around waiting with a mob of people during Covid for 20 min.

    They messed up my order, my wife called and complained and they said come back, they would fix it. I get there and they tell me they wouldn't fix it and I had to keep the wrong order. Very rude and unprofessional and I will never go back there again. I recommend you not go there either

    Food is never ready when promised. They forget entire orders. Staff is rude. I would order from here weekly but the service has just become unacceptable. I would recommend closing this location for the good of the brand.

    If I could rate a zero or less I would. Dirty. Rude. Careless. Can’t speak English? I really am quite speechless. This was my first visit and I Will never go back to this location. I’ve never seen a more poorly managed wingstop in my life. Save your money and time for a business that does it right. As for Whomever manages this location —Do everyone a favor and shut it down.

    This place is fricken terrible. Staff is very rude. I ordered takeout that was supposed to take 50 minutes and am told I still have to wait 20 minutes when I arrive. Every time I try to order delivery for the past two months the order is automatically refused due to an "error" both on the website and door dash. The most hilarious part is they literally don't have a phone. I sat in their lobby and called the number and NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to another one or go to bdubs just a couple buildings over. This place is not deserving of your time or money.

    I would rather go to Gurnee and I stay 15 min away from this location. First of all the employees new owners whoever attitudes always stink just rude to the point I feel like they are crazy coming from over seas! I’ve had horrible experiences with these people and I don’t even believe it’s worth going all into detail. Anyway, the food oh my God it’s always dry because they over cook it. When I order traditional I expect my wings to be wet if that’s what I’m ordering. Anyway do better!!!! I mean you preparing peoples food!

    Terrible service. Ordered two different wings 10 each (20 total) and received only ten, we waited 30 mins for the other 10 (also asked if they were making it and they said yes) and then after 40 minutes the workers asked if we were good and to leave. Then said we never received our other wings and told us it would be an additional 20 minutes because they never made it. A worker was also not wearing gloves while handling the food, was touching his phone, and also walked out and in the restaurant, without washing hands or putting gloves on.

    Where to begin, the staff..... just HORRID customer service! So far from helpful, it’s almost comical. Done giving chances. Such a bad look for the Wing Stop brand.

    The store was packed up so wouldn't let you sit down. I ordered my food and was expecting hot fried since they were making them on the spot. They severely undercooked the fries so they were soggy. The bathroom was disgusting I almost went back and asked for my money back when I saw the bathroom but I love Wingstop so I didn't. Big mistake. I want to sit because I was gonna have to eat in my car. I went to grab my phone and was on a call. I grabbed the food immediately when it was ready. Excited to drive to a park and eat in my car since I couldn't eat in store. I arrive at park with no napkins, which I would have checked but they sealed up the bag and figured Wingstop wouldn't do that to people eating in your car. Fries were nasty wings were fine but it left a nasty taste in my mouth and not sure I will go to any Wingstop in the future which sucks.

    I have tried this restaurant and every time the service is slow when I go into the store to order and then I made an order on line through Doordash, never again, they were out of the item I ordered and want to replace it with an an item half the price. The food is good but for the wait it is not that good. 2+ hours for the food to arrive. I actually went to the store and back still no food. Do not think i will ever use them again.

    Never again will I order from this location. The tenders that I ordered were drenched in so much sauce that I couldn't taste the chicken. The fries soggy. I took the whole order back after one bite and requested Garlic Parmesan and new fries. They remade the order and gave me the same as they screwed up plus the soggy fries. Never again.

    $70 worth of my hard earned money during covid down the toilet. The worst wing stop food I've ever had not to mention they forgot my ranch and my sons chicken tenders. Unexceptional will not order from wing stop corporation again

    Very lazy employees. I picked up Uber from this location which container drinks and I was handed cups to make the drinks myself. Uber drivers are there for pickup ONLY not to be involved in any of the food or drink prep. To top it off the restaurant was completely empty so this should’ve already been taken care of. Just very unprofessional.

    Reading all the reviews of messing up orders-driving back and then messing up orders again as well as how rude the employees are is sadly very accurate. I believe there are newer owners/management but I couldn't tell you. All I know is they forgot something. YES the person picking up should double check but respectfully when they are rushing you out of the way with 2 big bags tied and sealed...it is difficult/not OUR job to do so. But mistakes happen. Rudeness happens here too bigtime.

    We usually like wing stop but this location sucks. Fries were super soggy and some weren’t even cooked through all the way. The wings we got were drenched in so much sauce that they were soggy to the point the breading was falling off the chicken. Saddest $40 I’ve ever spent lol

    Just go to the Gurnee or Kenosha Wingstop, This particular location was just not up to spec. Non-working urinals, Unhelpful Staff, poorly made meal, No actual Garbage Can inside(How?). What should be a simple 8 Piece Boneless combo meal turns into Lukewarm Wings and barely seasoned fries. Do Not go here.

    I placed an order online, over half of it wasn’t delivered although I was charged the full amount. I tried calling to get a refund, but some unprofessional and super-apathetic employee just put me on hold and never came back. I would not order from this location again, I wouldn't trust these people to handle my food.

    Unfortunately I had a poor experience and I tried to contact the manager but I was told she was in the bathroom and would return my call. No one has returned my call. We called to order a 75 wing family pack. We saw the details online but wanted to verify verbally. We were put on hold for over 8 minutes. When employee (I have removed the name) came back on the phone she had no idea what the family pack came with, we read her the details from you website as well as she had to put us on hold and ask about the flavors when we had questions. Sadly the bad experience did not end there. When we got home we were missing 2 fries (employee 1st said the pack came with 1 but we told her it came with 3) and we were missing 15 wings. We ordered 20 mild and 40 Korean BBQ which were in pans but the remaining 15 we did not get as well as 2 orders of fries. Since we live over 15 minutes away I called and asked for the manager. Employee said she would give the message to the manager. I never received a call back. Now I am out $94.59. Update - after I contacted corporate the manager called and sent me a $5 gift card - that went in the trash.
