This place is ridiculous! I walk in to the Sign-in desk, with no one there, and the 2 ladies on either side look at each other and 1 tells me to sign in on the sheet and have a seat. I do so and wait for an hour and a half. At that point, 1 person that came in after me gets called in. I'm told she needs to do a part of her test before that trained personnel left for the day. Another goes up questioning about what he's supposed to be getting done, and after 15-20 minutes they decide he only needs a drug test, so they let him in back. Now I question again why he is going before me. "Well he only needs a drug test" I'm told, which is all I'm there for. I explained that to her and she walks to the back then comes back asking if I registered. So now at almost 2 hours I'm finally registering and do my 5 minute drug test. No urgency, apology or remorse was given. GO ELSEWHERE

Took about 3.5 hours to do a drug screening and physical. Refused to send me my own records, said they can only send them to the company which is a direct hippa violation. All records should be provided to the patient weather it's company ordered or not. Otherwise it's a violation of our personal hippa rights. Do not use this facility nor any under the same name. They apparently don't know federal law.

Verify hours for the service you need before you go! They are not truly open 8-8. You’ll need to call multiple times, as they never answer. Truly an awful experience. No appointments available for two weeks, which was well past my start date, so I was forced to walk in. Even arriving as soon as they opened, it was a two hour wait. I guess the bottleneck is that they only want to pay for one doctor, so everyone else is forced to take several hours of work off to wait for Concentra. Only came here as it was my sole option- which is why they can get away with horrible service.

This establishment should be shut down. Do not come here under any circumstances. If your employer needs to send you to a concentra, go to a different one. I arrived at 8am when it first opened for a drug test, mask fit test and flu shot. I was told that no one who works here is trained to do the mask fit test and the only girl who is trained won’t be here until 11 but she has been sick lately and not coming in until noon or later? So this employee apparently decides when she starts work? Isn’t that nice. I am still sitting here at 12:45pm and still have not gotten my Fit test. DO NOT COME HERE.

Honored my appointment, super friendly staff. Other reviews are very negative however I think if you make an appointment, you will have luck. Staff is hard working and awesome!

Walked in for my son to be seen for cough and irritated eye, told this clearly to the person at the front desk who proceeded to hand me a stack of paperwork with no estimate of when to be seen. When paperwork was brought to the front, she rudely demanded the results of his covid test. When I stated we didn't have them, that's why we are here, she barked that he wouldn't be seen without them. Why this wasn't mentioned before I wasted my time filling out all of the paperwork is beyond me, and why they would need that at an immediate care where people go for the covid tests is also beyond me. Additionally, they also ask for your social security number several times on their paperwork. Please do not give that to any medical provider it is unnecessary

The wait times here are absurd. The ONLY reason I consider 3 stars is because despite the craziness the staff was very kind and patient. I came for a drug test and waited quiet a while, holding a full bladder to the point I was uncomfortable and constantly asking how much longer because they kept saying “you’re next” but time would still go by. Ultimately they got me in and I was able to complete it but the wait times are insane. There is no appointments. If you’re going here for a drug test I HIGHLY recommend elsewhere that does appointments or has less wait time. The staff was kind and accommodating but they are short staffed and have a line with tons of people waiting for the same thing. Not ideal situation for a small test. The lobby is incredibly small and not comfortable place to wait when every chair in the lobby is full. Do not recommend going here unless you’re ok waiting. Thank you to the staff for being kind however.

Very convenient to have a physical for an OTR truck driver like myself. The staff and Doctor were very accommodating and went above and beyond. There are locations all over the country and little wait times if you plan accordingly. Fantastic for my needs. I’ll use Concentra again and again.

We come here for drug test 15 minutes before an appointment and show the black yang lady and then we filled out the form at 5:02pm and she told us that we need another coupon because coupon was for 5pm. We waited for this drug taste 7 days!!!! Now we have to wait another 7 days. That is 14 days minimum without a job!! You should fire her. She is unprofessional and rude!

Was told an hour wait, I waited for an hour and 40 minutes. They got my new driver license but put the old one on the forms, being there for a DOT physical that's kind of important. Dr. was great! Very helpful & nice. They did things I have NEVER had done in a DOT physical before, made me wonder what was up.

The ladies are professional and once you get in it's smooth. I donut understand why you fill out the paperwork by hand then you answer them again when you get the link. That's the only con it seems like your repeating you medical history.

The wait here is beyond ridiculous.. over an hour wait for a simple drug test.. with that being said overall the wait time is crazy. The staff on the other hand is so friendly and helpful.

Did a “whiz quiz” for job drug test. The staff was friendly & timely. No appt, just walked in. They had the corresponding paperwork needed. Quick & easy visit.

For everyone who says they’re in and out within 30 minutes for a drug test is lying. I’ve waited AT LEAST AN HOUR to drug tests, and waiting at least 2 hours for a physical exam. If you’re employer can switch up your clinic site, I highly recommend doing so.

While everyone I worked with and spoke to was very kind, it is just run so slowly that I can not give it a high review. I am a new hire at a place that required me to get a physical, TB and drug screen. Despite there being very few people in the waiting room, it took 3 hours before they called my name to go back! From there, things were great and took a very short amount of time. The expectation that you give up your entire day for such simple tests is ridiculous. I hope that I don't have to work too much with Concentra in the future.

I came in for a Drug test and physical exam. And I was in the waiting room for 3 and a half hours. Then went to back for other hour and a half just too been seen by a NP for a hot 10mins or less. I was there for a total of 5 hours.. The wait time is off the chain, they need a better way of handling things...

This site is very clean and accessible with exception to the chairs in the lobby . Seen better at yard sales. Receptionist friendly but not forthcoming with all info you need get seen in a timely manner. Nurse practitioner very pleasant and patient. Will make my go to in future.

The wait was rather long the first time I went. It was sort of busy. It was at least 2 hours. Once I got seen the rest was pretty quick. The doctor was very nice. She was genuinely concerned about me. I came back for a follow-up and was seen much more quickly. Glad to know I had no concussion. At my age that's not a good thing. Glad I got checked out.

Literally the worst place EVER. I had to wait 3 hours to have a pre-employment drug screen, flu shot, and fit test. There is no reason to have to wait 3 hours for something that simple. I arrived an hour after it opened and still here 3 hours. Unacceptable in my eyes!!! No compassion!!!! I had a sick dog at home. And they still had no pep in there step!

I had to go here for a pre employment drug screening, physical and audio gram. I called the day before to schedule an appointment they told me no just come in and I’ll be fine. I show up and they told me wait time is 45minutes to an hour fifteen minutes and to go wait in my car and they’ll call me when ready. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid by scheduling an appointment. The place was a good 45 miles from my house so I was stuck there waiting. After I finally got called about an hour later I finally took my urinalysis which I was ready for when I had arrived. After that I was passed off to technician to perform part of the physical and audio gram. When I was dropped off after that the doctor didn’t come in for 15 minutes or so to finish the physical and after she was done I had to wait another 25-30 minutes for my paperwork. With waiting for my appointment to start and all of the scheduled pre employment stuff I had to complete I figured I’d be there an hour and a half or so, but this process took over 3 hours. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and seemed to be in a good mood. I’m very dissatisfied in the wait times especially after being told over the phone I don’t need to worry about scheduling an appointment.

Very quick. Was in and out, in about 30 min four a pre-screening drug test. Results were sent to my job pretty quick too.

Registered at 9:29 am to be exact. I sat as I watched other ppl walk and got treated. After a hour I was informed that their system supposedly showing my insurance which is UHC was not in network, I called UHC to verify it and I'm in network but the manager tells me that she needs to call billing department because she familiar with the insurance.. AMANDA is the receptionist that was helping me very NASTY ATTITUDE. Shonal is the manager and they needs to do better with assisting ppl... It shouldn't take a hour calling billing to VERIFY ANYTHING!!!

This location is extremely busy, best to go when they open. Staff are pleasant, doctor was thorough and offered suggestions and medical advice outside of my physical that was helpful. Overall, good place to go for care as long as you have time to wait. Again, the earlier the better!

Staff is very neutral at best. Reception staff does not show any signs of interest to go an extra mile to have you feel welcomed! Just doing their time.

I went in for a drug screen and was out within 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and provided the quick service. Would recommend the Concentra located in Darien, Illinois for anyone.

For a Workers Comp you get sent here and wait at least 1 hour for initial visit. Then you wait longer in the room. Physical Therapy is about 6 sessions of 45 min each and usually not helpful. You get reference to imaging only after waisting a whole month. Post imaging you learn that you may need surgery and just wasted all that time ..Nkw your salary is getting paid by a third party company and is just 60% of your salary. This systems needs to be updated

They were very efficient considering the volume of people they see per day. I had to wait over 3 hours but the front desk did advise me that it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait to see the doctor for my physical. I agreed to it so can't complain. The time of day was later in the day so not as much staff. All together it was a good experience.

Went in for a pre employment drug test, it was pretty busy on a Thursday. It took about 2 hours to be seen and when I went to take my test, the toilet was raised up and it was dirty and gross. Told not to flush, thank god I didn’t have to touch the toilet. The restroom should be cleaned after so many people each time.

There was a bit of a wait, but everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was fairly quick as well, once they had an open spot for me. If I could give half stars, it would be a 4.5

Place is an embarrassment for it to be called an urgent care. Arrive at 9:17 and still here. It’s 10:50 and still I. The waiting room, seem like the morning crew will go slow on purpose and wait until the afternoon crew shows. I recommend do not come here during morning hours, I would say come after lunch when they have more staff. This place sucks!!!!!

It took an hour to take a drug test because they were short staffed. The people there working were knowledgeable and polite, but they are put in a horrible situation when not enough people are on shift. Once called the drug test took 90 seconds. Management needs to resolve the staffing issue ASAP.

The staffing team was polite. The place was clean.However if you have many form's that need attention The wait is very long. So after a long wait I went to the counter and addressed my concerns.The P.A. was at the desk and understood my situation she was polite and did a great job. The phlobotomist was great as I'm a hard draw and was professional when I had questions about my visit. The waiting was the difficult and stressful part if you have many labs.

When I went in to take my drug test, they had me go into the room for the urine. One of the cups were they pour the sample in feel into the garbage, she pulled it out and poured my sample into it. Then when it came to taking my vitals she couldn't get my blood pressure. So she asked me what my last blood pressure was. No one ever re checked my blood pressure. The doctor was very patient and professional.. She was outstanding..

Very clean and beautiful facility. The healthcare professionals were quick and efficient (once I got to them) but the wait time was absolutely insane. I’ve been to 3-4 other Concentra locations around Illinois for my job’s physical requirements and this was the worst wait time I’ve experienced

The most incompetent people working at this location. Absolute waste of my lunch hour. I needed tb testing done for my job, submitted all the necessary paperwork, emailed over the forms that were given to me and they’re still asking me for forms to prove I need the tb test??! I spoke to the job contact over the phone they verified the cost and these workers are still giving me the runaround. This lady kept asking the same thing over and over again. Had no idea what she was doing and kept mumbling under her breath. Total waste of time, I ended up leaving. You need to hire intelligent competent workers at this location who know what they’re doing.

I had a great experience with this urgent care facility. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The nurse technician was also helpful and kind. The wait was not long as well. Highly recommend this facility.

Went to recertify my med certificate for cdl. No problem at other places... Exact same info as last time, nothing had changed. after sending all info they asked for from my other DR. This place lost all my info by second day. When they found it wasn't till a week later they called and ask for more.. over a week now and my med card has expired since. I will never go here again

Waited 50 minutes for my appointment, even though i arrived early to my appt. I barely got direction from the nurse, and she bruised my arm extremely bad drawing blood.

Staff friendly and doctor super nice. Waited about 20 minutes before being called, they followed all protocols for covid!

Waited two hours before even beginning my physical, TB test, and DOT. I spent a total of 3 hours at the clinic for something that at most should have taken 45 minutes.

Everything was done in a timely manner and the staff was kind and courtesy , I liked the nurse who took care of me. Direct and to the point of business , she was very sweet and likeable .

I went in for a drug test and standard physical for pre-employment. The facility seemed clean, orderly, and professional when I walked in. I was the only one in the lobby when I got there and I saw that the person that checked in before me had been seen over 20 minutes prior. I thought I was in luck and would get in and out very quickly. That wasn’t the case. I had picked up my check-in material the day before so check-in would go much faster (I took a break at work to make this appointment). Then she gave me more forms to fill out and handed them back to her. She tried sending me a text message to fill out more forms online but after 15 minutes of waiting for a text to come through she gave up. She seated me in the back to fill out those questions. I went back to the lobby and sat down while other people were being called in that came in after me. They finally called me, had me pee in a cup, do a vision test, check blood pressure etc. which went pretty quick. Then I was put in a room to wait for the Dr. I sat in that room for another 15-20 minutes before she came in. She spent a few minutes checking reflex, balance, etc and was quickly done. After that I waited another 15 minutes. I was tired of waiting around so I went to find the next person I was suppose to see. At the time I found him he was just walking through the hallway and said he’d be right with me. A few physical tests that took just a couple minutes with him and I was done. I was at the facility for almost 2 hours to do a few tests that took less than 20 minutes cumulatively. They really need to organize the workflow better. 1 extra star for the politeness of the employees.

I was sent to this Concentra in Darien for a pre-employment TB test and a few vaccines. I first came in on a Friday and was told that FedEx was having issues with deliveries -- if I got my blood drawn that Friday, my blood sample may not arrive on time in which case I would have to come back for a second blood draw the following week. I went through with the blood draw and a couple vaccines, and the following week my employer was notified my sample did not arrive in time. No big deal, I knew that might happen. I went back for a second blood draw last week and today my employer called me asking if I had refused the blood test. The result my employer received from Concentra indicated they did not even collect a sample from me. Now my employer is sending me to a different Concentra location to get my blood drawn for the third time, and hopefully avoid any further issues. I'd like to add that the man who drew my blood was very patient and friendly, and the staff in the back of the clinic were kind.

Walked in at 430ish forma routine DOT physical. Routine work for this clinic. Two people in the waiting room. Waited well over an hour to be seen. Good staff once I got in. But not the first time this has happened

Very clean place, staff very polite and friendly. Seemed crowded and was told would be hour and half wait but took like 30mins to get seen for medical dot certification WITH NO APPOINTMENT. So DONT Just leave and not take power good staff INTO CONSIDERATION!

Brandon was an amazing phlebotomist! Quick and gentle! Great experience at this location. Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

They are very punctual in keeping appointments. Brandon is the best nurse there - I hate shots and his technique was so incredible, I couldn’t even tell I had the shot. He is courteous and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Hussein is very professional and attentive, truly listening to my concerns and addressing each one of them. They have a great team all the way around!

I had an appointment for pre employment at 3:00 and I’m sitting here still at 4:15 waiting to get in to my appointment. They brought me back at 3:30 but I’ve been waiting ever since. This is the second time this exact thing has happened to me for an RN travel pre-employment appt. can’t stand this place but unfortunately they are the cheapest around the country so travel agencies pick it. It’s unfortunate. As a seasoned RN who travels the country to ICUs these nurses here could use a little training in professionalism and bed side manner.

I had to choose a star but honestly it is 0 stars! This Was my worst experience i went in due to an accident at Work that took place on a friday they had me Waiting in the doctors office for over an hour. The next day saturday they sent me to another location for X-rays but the Nurse and docters Would tell me they had no idea what was supposed to be done, when the first location had put everything into the system. Thad me in the room for over an hour again until i asked if they were going to do the X-rays or not so i can leave. I had a follow up monday at 4pm and once again they had me in the room waiting over an hour. once the doctors Walked in i asked why do they make me wait so long and she told me "well we are busy today why didn't you come some other day". This Was honestly the worst experience i've had with a clinic.

One of the nurses there was so horribleeeeeee....she had a bad attitude and when I went to do my urine test I couldn’t fill completely to the line so she said it was invalid and because I couldn’t urinate again she marked me as refusal to take the test again LOST MY JOB in these hard times

I had to take a drug test for a new job. I arrived at Concentra Urgent Care checked in quickly using my I’d and signing in, I also had to sign a release of information sheet so my employer directly received the results. The wait was less than an hour,the facility was clean, clear spacing of seats, hand sanitizer, restrooms and areas on the floor to properly social distance during Covid-19 and the staff were all friendly and courteous.

This place is always horrible the wait time is ridiculous!

I seen Lulu Husain For a dot physical and she put on my report that I have sleep apnea and that I have fallen asleep while driving I’ve never been tested for sleep apnea And I never fell asleep while driving nor did I ever say that I did

45 minute wait to pee in a cup. Staff moved like molasses with zero sense of urgency.
