    😁🤠 Their stock was low on a lot of items. That being said, they had a very diverse supply of golf equipment, baseball gear, soccer apparel, shoes and running equipment. Fishing equipment, And really clean bathrooms.

    It’s 8:50p and the customer in front of me was denied their purchase of two $200 bikes and two helmets for their two kids. The manager TJ said they didn’t have time to do a “safety check”. Seriously? Drew, the other employee offered to do the check and TJ still said no. I know it was almost closing time but you passed up a big sale because you didn’t want to stay a few extra minutes? I’m from Wisconsin myself and i was baffled. People work. They get out late. Like, sorry. It’s just poor customer service.

    Waste of time and gas ,looking for a gt avalanche bike website shows 2 in stock at Vernon hills store in medium size went to store to find out they're nothing, even in the store o show to employee that website still shows 2 bikes in stock very disappointing

    I hate places that make me find/ask an employee for every single shoe that you want to try on.. especially when there is no one around and no one offers to help. I hung out in the shoe department for about 10 minutes waiting for some assistance.. then left the store. Waste of time. If there are no employees to assist, then just stack all the shoes on shelves so that customers can have access to them on their own. This is such a silly way of doing things.

    Avoid this store at all costs. Basically this store never has anything in stock. Good luck finding shoes above a size 9.5. Heck even little kids shoes are barely in stock. Overall I give it a 1 star/Mid. Don’t waste your gas, not worth the trip.

    The store was clean and well laid out. I was shoe shopping, but 2 of 5 shoes I wanted to try on weren't available in my size, this 1 less star.

    Just drove 50 minutes one way to this location for a specific pair of shoes their webesite showed in stock only at this location only to get here and find out they don’t have them. The associate that helped me out was polite and looked in back for awhile for the pair and I don’t blame them just wish the store could keep accurate inventory

    I would not recommend coming here. The employees are rude, I came in looking for a pair of shoes and the guy in charge of the area looked annoyed and unfriendly not only that but he didn’t help me find the pair I was trying to look for. After a while I decided to buy a water bottle instead but to my surprise the manager in the afternoon was also rude when I was paying. There are other locations where the employees are more friendly….

    Bought a set of expensive weights only to find out they were clearly used because half of the weights were dirty and had no plastic packaging around them and the set was missing spinlock collars. Do not buy fitness equipment here.

    I’m happy with my purchases but was quite surprised that there were only 2 fitting rooms in the store. But my biggest issue was how dirty the store was. Massive dust on the base of the clothing racks. The workout pants I bought have dust all over the hen line. Visible dark dust bunnies on the floor. Dirty fitting rooms. Wonder if they ever clean.

    The associate (James) who checked us out was rude and unprofessional. The checkout display does not show the price of each item as it is being rung up. I asked if I could see the prices and he told me just to click the green button to complete the sale. Will not be shopping there again.

    Today, I ordered my bike online , I went there from Chicago for pick up and right before to leave the store I noticed that something was not installed right in the bike. Long story short, I m amazing of Dan’s intentions to help me fix the issue, it took a little bit to get it done by I was able to take the bike with me in a perfect condition. Thank you AJ as well that helped Dan. Great people that involve to perform well on providing a great serving!

    On 10/22/21 I purchased a $60 shirt to attend a bulls game. I wore it to the game, brought it home, and washed it. As you can see from this photograph, the color completely washed out. I tried to return it on my lunch hour yesterday and was "helped" by Dan at the register. He took one look at the shirt, cut me off mid-sentence, put it down on the counter and said, "this has clearly been worn I can't take this back." I went on to explain that all of the color came out after I washed it. He exclaimed, "you washed it?!" "I can't take it back if you washed it!" Over the next three minutes or so he went on to loudly tell three different employees and several customers (in earshot) that I had washed my shirt. He seemed very upset. Other customers were laughing at his behavior. I asked for a manager. He got on his radio and asked for Rachel. She never came. Someone on the radio told him to give me store credit. He offered it to me. I said I wanted to speak to a manager. He got on the radio and said, "He doesn't want store credit." I never said that. Just that I wanted to speak to a Manager. We waited for a very long time, but no manager ever came. Eventually another employee at a different register told him to just process my return, which he did. I went to the back of the store to try and talk to the Manager Rachel because Dan's behavior was so inappropriate. I was told by other employees that she was "not on the clock." I sought out "Mitch" who was another associate and told him what happened. He apologized. I'm still baffled as to why Dan was so offended by me returning a defective shirt with a receipt in hand and why I was refused the opportunity to speak to a manager about the way he treated me.

    Came to try on shoes, and was very happy with the process. Michael, I think his name was spelled slightly differently, helped me out on finding what shoes suit me. He brought out multiple recommendations, and I ended up deciding which shoe to get. Great service from him.

    Bought a bike, told it’s ready for pickup. Bike not put together correctly. Multiple discussions and phone calls, never was proactively updated. Went in to return and the supervisor kept asking the same question. Worse customer service ever experienced.
