There are times when you walk into a place and truly feel like your needs have been met and this clinic is one of those places. From the time I walked in, the receptionist was enthusiastic and polite and very professional. She took my information and got me and my daughters seated right away. The nurse was authentic and genuine and made my daughter, who was being seen, feel heard and comfortable while her labs were being collected. She saw my daughter was uneasy and helped her feel more in control of what was happening to her. That is a nurse with a heart for the trade if anyone has ever seen one!! The doctor came in in a timely manner and even though I could tell that they were busy, she acknowledged the short wait and the examination went quick and thoroughly. She recognized the issue, communicated quickly and sent us on our way. The very essence of an express visit done in excellence. I've been to many urgent care facilities and Midwest Express Cicero is by far the best. From their professional staff to their clean and inviting atmosphere, I was pleased above and beyond the expected.

This place is amazing! Daughter was sick and I needed to take her to the drs on a Sunday and didn’t want to go to the emergency room came to this place and got a diagnosis and medication that day. They are very caring and staff was very polite and the clinic was very clean as well.

My son had several sports injuries. Made appointment on line went. Very short wait time. The staff was so nice and friendly from the time we walked in the door. My son has Autism he was very nervous. The nurse and doctor took time and listened to him. They Showed compassion.❤️when you're leaving they have stickers and lollipop at the door🙂😉

Had a very pleasant visit.. Staff was so friendly and attentive. They made my daughter priority and took their time to be sure they resolved why she was sick! I will definitely be returning if anyone in my family is sick. Highly recommend

Took my boys in for a school physical and I have never been to an urgent care like this one. The staff was awesome! And the doctor was simply amazing her name is Brittany! I couldn't be anymore thankful.

Was initially put off by the rude receptionist who had a major attitude at the front desk. But the MA and the NP who took care of me were great! The MA took me right back (no wait in waiting area) she did a quick swab, then I waited in a room for an acceptable amount of time, and the NP came in to confirm the swab was positive and prescribed me an antibiotic. She apologized for the wait time, but it honestly wasn't even that bad. The NP and MA were very professional and quick. I suggest they address improving attitudes at the front desk (because if it weren't for us patients you wouldn't even have that job), but overall the clinical staff is great so still giving 5 stars because I appreciate the quick quality service near my home and want to recognize them for their efforts. Thank you!

First visit for my husband. They were down two people and everything went smoothly. Great staff and very professional. Prices on physicals are very reasonable for cash paying customers. Office is very clean.

First time here and I already love it! Same day appointment, easy check in online & super fast service! Got to the clinic , medical assistant was super nice and quick to check me in and do some tests I needed! Provider SherriLynn was so sweet, listened to what I had to say and prescribed me what I needed in no time! Thank you both so much. Will be going back. ❤️

The staff is very professional and kind. The service is quick and they get you what you need to feel better. I love that this place is an option for me when me or my kids when sick. And they are available evenings! Definitely recommend.

Love this place! I’ve came here a few times taking my parents or myself. the girls were fast and so efficient you can tell they work as a team. The manager daisy juggled so much and knows how to run the place. She took my blood and made me feel very comfortable. The provider yessenia was the sweetest ever and also made me feel very comfortable. i will be going back ! 10 stars.

Very fast service. As soon as I was done filling out my paperwork, they took me back. Quick to rule out certain tests while I waited for the doctor. Daisy & doctor were very friendly and thorough with explaining policies. I’d definitely go back.

I appreciate the fast friendly service got in and out within 30-45 mins no long wait time I seen dr Mark Cha, who gave me a lollipop after my blood test, lol he was friendly and not rushing me or made me uncomfortable. I had lovely nurse to check my weight and blood pressure and another lady who took my blood very sweet ladies. Also they take take county care which many places don’t that was lovely as well THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.

I’m very happy with the customer service they provide every time I go there. They are so much better then my doctors office staff and doctor. I’m in the process of looking for a new doctor. They truly care about your well-being this location. I’m very big on customer service. We love you so much

The doctor had zero patience for small kids. I took my two kids ages 9 and 4. The four year old was very antsy but I have yet to encounter a toddler that is not. She was trying to check his ears and throat and no he was not cooperative but as a medical professional she could have handled the situation better. I have had other medical professional deal with his restless way better than she did. I don't recall her name but she was a slender Caucasian female with light and dark blonde highlights in her hair. Overall I would not recommend this location nor will I ever return there. I am sharing so that hopefully in the future this does not happen to anyone else and the root cause of the problem is determined. If short staffing was the problem please provide more staff so that better customer service can be provided. I don't want to be billed full price in return for sub par customer service.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Front desk girl super friendly and helpful. Doctors really take the time to explain to you and you can just tell they all really care. I also go to get my b12 shots there they have really been helping me with my energy level.

We need more accessible clinics like this throughout all Chicagoland! Great doctors,nurses and reception. Professional,listen to your concerns and give you the proper care. And if u need help they are the sweetest!

I dislocated my shoulder 7/13/23 at work. When I left work my spouse and I both called this location to see if they can put it back in place. They said yes, I asked about x-rays, they said they do all that. Once I got there, I paid the $100 co-pay, waited 40mins, just to find out the x-ray technician wasn't in. Keep in mind two different people called asking the same question. They did not give me back my co-pay even though I only saw the doctor for less than 5mins. There was only 2 other people there, the staff definitely needs more training on how to read a schedule. Ended spending another 4hrs in the ER .Very disappointed.

Went to the Cicero Midwest express clinic. People who work there are great, I give 2 stars for that 3 no stars because, I was not told I had to pay for for sports physical, $75 for adult, $30 for high school students. So just a heads up they do ask for insurance I don't know why, if they charge you the fee and they indicated no medicaid insurance covers sport physicals , I should of been told before the visit it would of been convenient and I declined the service and going to a regular doctor's visit to see if my I insurance covers the visit.

Service was great. We went in without an appointment as a first timer there. Their staff explained that we needed to fill out some forms. We were were there for about an hour including forms and exam. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I took my daughter today for a school physical at the cicero location and it was bad I told the nurse it was for a physical she said I know and took me to the room and the dr came in right away didn't even take time to examine my daughter didn't ask for vaccines they didn't even write down on the form the vitals. We were in the room for like 2min and that was it. It was done in a rush didn't like the experience at all.

Recently visited MEC for the first time since they were close to me and accepted my insurance. They don’t do appointments for the first visit. You put your name down to let them know you’ll be coming in and at which time; it’s not a spot holder. However, for your follow up, if necessary, you will get an appointment scheduled. The morning of my first visit I signed up for the 8:30am slot and wasn’t able to get there until 9am. There was not many people in the waiting room so I went in quickly. The nurse took my vitals first and any important notes, then in the next room Dr. Smith was the one who diagnosed me. She was very friendly and energetic. Told me exactly what to do to get better and made sure to escort me out to the lobby when we were done. Realistically, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Fast paced and great service. The only thing that was an issue was getting medication switched from CVS to Walgreens. They don’t have a direct connection to Walgreens and that’s where my insurance would cover prescription.

The staff was nice & very polite. The place was clean & the energy was good when me and my son walked in. They got the forms I needed for my sons sports physical with no problem. I would go back there again for any of my kids care. Nice location too!!!

I went to the location in Cicero and honestly it was great. The next appointment that my primary doctor had was 3 weeks away and I didn't feel well and knew I couldn't wait that long to see a doctor, so I made this appointment because the Target and CVS minute clinics were full. So glad I ended up at this one. The front desk woman who took my vitals too was so professional and knowledgeable and the provider herself was so nice, approachable, and helpful. Highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic, especially the one in Cicero.

Very clean and staff was very polite. Took my 7 yr old daughter to get check out and I was in the the clinic for no more than 15 minutes. This will be my to go place anytime my kids dont feel good or just in general. Thank You for the quick visit and for hearing out my concerns about my child.

The only pro here is that it’s quick. Other than that I paid $120 just to get a doctors note. Wasn’t even told what was wrong with me or anything else of the checkup . It felt like the staff was rushing to get me out of there because I had COVID like symptoms (don’t have COVID either). So again , the only thing I got from here was a doctors note that cost $120.

I was able to make a same day appointment and was about 20-15 min earlier they were able to see me straight away. The staff was super friendly, thorough, and truly make an effort to make sure that they relay information efficiently. Will most definitely visit again whenever I need to.

Brought my daughter here for a strep test. Such a friendly helpful staff! Sherrilynn was fantastic! She is a very caring and compassionate person. My daughter had a few concerns about the antibiotics and Sherrilynn listened to her concerns and made her feel at ease! I would definitely return to this location if need be!

They were so nice and happy to answer any of the questions that I had. I kept calling the receptionist with questions and not once did she sound annoyed or unhappy. Best experience!

Couldn't get in to see my doctor or minute clinics. Contacted my insurance and they recommended Midwest Express. Glad they did. I was able to see a doctor and was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Will definitely use them again if the need arises

Always such an amazing experience, they are great with making my toddler feel comfortable. Staff has always been very welcoming and the hours are perfect for us busy parents !

Went in today to take my daughter for a physical , the front desk was so kind and my wait was no more than 10 minutes. I have been here a few times and the people are so nice. Daisy took care of me and was so kind and gentle with my daughter, they have great prices and have created a safe environment. I will be returning.

This clinic is great took my son, he was having on and off fevers. Didn't want to go to the ER because it takes forever.... Went to Midwest Clinic and we were in and out in a little over 1 hour !! Turned out he had an ear infection. Service is good friendly staff I recommend this place good efficient quick service.

I would like to say that I am doing this off of my daughter’s account. My name is Evelia Casimiro. I loved my experience here for my first time ever coming. First and for most, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind when we came in and helped me with whatever questions I had about the forms. After a long day we had come to this clinic because I was feeling very sick and I felt like I had some sort of infection in my ear, I had originally gone to the Loyola Medical Center and they did absolutely nothing and the doctor told me that there was nothing wrong. My daughter and I were there for about 6-7 hours. When we came to Midwest Express Clinic we were brought in right away by the nurse and she was very kind and even asked me which language I preferred to speak in. Then it only took us around 10 minutes when APN, Shannon Lewis, came to see me. I found out I had Covid-19, and she gave me prescriptions on what I needed and was kind to explain everything to me and my daughter. She even discovered I had an ear infection, which the doctor at Loyola did not even bother to check for. Overall, it was a very great experience the staff there is so kind and genuine they truly seem to care about their patients and what I love is there patience and how caring they are. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I was so surprise that It didn't took that long . The doctor right away diagnose me what I have. She gave me medication and I feel much better. I really recommend you guys to come to this urgent care very professional and clean. Very nice. !
