I went to looks for hair colour and had specifically told the hair dresser what I want, light hair at the bottom roots dark, after applying colour 3 times (damaging my hair to its extend) they made my roots red and hair is same as before! Akil and the manager name starts with “P” kept on confronting and literally denied my request and kept covering it up! After wasting my money, they didn’t have the decency to feel the customer and rather asked me to get it colour again! 4th time! They took 4.5 hours and this is the result ! I never asked for red roots or red hair ! Is this really looks or local salon? I had high expectations and u proved me wrong ! Will not recommend anyone after spending 13k at this salon!

First, the prices are extremely high which is not compatible with the services they provide. Second, there should be complete transparency between the hair stylist and the client. But When I asked them about the technique they will use for my root melt, the hairdresser refused to inform me by saying "that is technical things you won't understand". Not worth the hype!

I had gone for hair colour root touch up Mr Arif has given such a bad colour to the roots which was mismatching with the rest of hair. So he had coloured the shafts as well which removed all my good highlights from previous hair colour. He himself was trying to give reviews from my phone which was unprofessional. I will not recommend it ever.
