I purchased Eleptical S5600X model on 2nd Jan 21 from Jhadewalan Fitking, on March it's spin came out of Machine. i tried many contact numbers of Fitking Jhdewalan but all are unable to connect. still i am trying to get after sales service as my cross trainer is in warranty. i am unable to do exercise for purpose which i purchased this. very pathetic customer service experience, i contacted on Fitking Facebook page also, from there no help received still yet. today i received call from Fitking Ghitorni, person who called me said please contact Jhadewalan branch only from there you purchased cross trainer. i sugget to everyone don't buy any product from Fitking as no after sales service they provide to customer. FITKING is fraud they are getting money from customer, once sold any product no repairing available. customer has to suffer lot after purchased of Fitking product.

Bought cross trainer from here. From the day i bought, its making noise. I called up manager and he tried to resolve the issue couple of times and even though they changed the entire internal machines but still its making noise, now these guys are not doing anything. Its only two months and hardly i have done exercise for few days. Poor and pathetic experience. Now i want to return and refund for this faulty cross trainer. Dont go for this brand.

Using W 179 treadmill , space saver, I can control my speed by mobile app , has good speakers to enjoy the run at home.

I purchased an exercise bike from FitKing Jhandewalan. The salesman showing the bikes was really helpful in explaining the features of the bike. We didn't purchase it right there and purchased it through phone the next day and got it delivered to our home. The product delivered to us was a little different than the one which we saw in the store. But I was able to coordinate with the store staff and they got the bike replaced with the version that I saw in the store. I really appreciate the service and would recommend this to everyone.

I bought dumbbells from fitking , all the guys on shop are jolly and cordial to their customers, and they have a genuine fitness equipment.

I have bought Fit King Recumbent Bike R252. The owner of showroom was very helpful in the selection process.The machine was delivered and installed on the scheduled time. The assembler have a proper demo. Iam more than happy with the product .We were advised by doctor to use exerciser in view of lower back problems.This model with back support and other features meets our requirements.
