Pathetic hospital. I lost a family member due to the negligence of their hospital staff. They don't have cardiology ,mri/ct scan facility but they don't let you know about it.. they will let the patient die.. their doctor of medicine start treating a heart patient and upon asking about anything they become rude. Their staff member Manju Sharma is such a worst lady. Dr Anil Gupta and Yogesh Sharma are useless doctors.. A humble request to all if you love your loved ones, please don't take them to this hospital.. I lost a family member so don't want anyone to suffer like the way I suffered because of these bloody so called fake doctors I am planning to sue them After 4 months you are asking me Patient's name and IP No. Will you bring my family member back? Do you guys have any humanity left in you?

Danger warning ⚠️ If you love your loved one's, don't ever take them to this hospital. They don't have permanent doctors , mostly all doctors are visiting doctors Doctor Malhotra and Doctor yogesh sharma are worst doctor I have ever seen, they don't have ability to take decisions. They both visit hospital for 10 min only and patient admits under them. ICU doctors don't have power to take decisions who are always in ICU. They depend on these two head doctors for any decision, who come for only 10 minutes. All staff and ICU doctors like Dr Waseem are sleeping at night in their room, no matter a patient is how much serious. Icu and these two head doctors don't have proper coordination, they both tell you different things. It is charitable only by its name, They charges Rs 35000 per night for ICU but didn't give you 3500 value treatment to patient. If you have that much money to spend than go in some other big hospital like fortis , max. Other wise take your patient to govt hospital, govt hospital is better than this worst hospital . Wah par aapko loota bhi nahi jayega. All doctors in ICU are Trainee doctor, not a single expert Doctor available My family member passed away at nearly 11am in the morning (I see myself on the screen in the ICU where all lines are coming straight but they are telling me ,we are giving treatment and declared at 2.30 pm) just to add another day charges, because charges of everyday applicable after 12pm . If you buy medicine from online or any normal chemist shop , you will easily get 15-20% discount but their chemist also taking advantage of your emergency situation and giving Zero % discount even when i am buying nearly Rs 10000 medicine every single day. I think hospital also taking commission in it. Humble Request, don't take your patient even for normal first aid at this worst hospital .

I do not expect good behaviour from hospital staff because sadly in our country people don't really care about human life even if they are in the profession which is all about saving lives.This hospital is no exception infact it is one of the worst hospitals I have ever visited.Doctors were fine,but that so called nursing officer(Seriously officer?he didn't even have basic manners)in emergency room was not only rude but also insensitive to the patient's pain.He referred to my sister as an object"ISKO BOL SIDHE LATE" .He needs to go back to school and learn basic manners.Someone needs to check his credentials because I don't think that person has even seen a school.When I confronted him for being insensitive to the pain he had the audacity to say" haan haan Kya kar legi mera".He is a mortal like all of us and we all need medical attention at some point of time.I hope he gets better treatment.I am so angry at him and and my soul is cursing him but I still hope he gets well soon and becomes a better a person.If you want to be treated unfairly then please do visit this hospital. Insensitive staff is waiting for you and your money.

I want to share my experience from last 30 hours When my mother's health suddenly deteriorated with high bloodpressure, we came to the hospital in emergency and they didn't start even emergency treatment till we agree to their forceful decision to get admitted.And from morning till now a doctor came, only for 2 minutes and till now our bill is around 45 thousand excluding medicine bill. And all tests reports are normal we don't have that much amount to pay in this private hospital,without our permission they are Extending our hospital stay.

The doctors and staff is very helpful. My grandfather was admitted for 9 days and the housekeeping staff did everything they could to keep him comfortable and recover well… the doctors visited regularly and kept a close eye for his fast recovery…..nursing staff was available at all times and responded to our every needs…..a great recovery experience Thanks

I visited with my uncle(Bade Papa) namely Rajesh on 12/11/2020 at 0030 hours In emergency Dr Arun aggarwal attained us and didn't ask any questions related to his present treatment what all medicine he is taking being a Dr his behaviour was quite disappointed us, as he was taking our case so casual and otherwise As my bade Papa already gone through by pass surgery so it's important to know what all medicine he using and all but he was so casual as with God grace we understand the medical terminology and rest so proactively my brother told him everything so in output Dr Arun prescribed medicine was already in use if we won't ask him proactively so medical ignorance could harm us by double dose. so unfortunately if you or any one konw is visiting this hospital medical staff "be aware be proactive and ask all questions and tell them everything by your self as they don't ask anything.

As i have visited it twice once for dengue and second time due to typhoid. For the first time my experience was not good as i was not serious even though they asked for being hospitalise but second time when i have typhoid i meet Miss Deepika she was a quite decent talks well and hears problem well and also provide right advice. As i have seen there cleanliness is good many serious patients are also coming. Staff is quite cordial ..overall nice hospital.

Took my mom for a regular body checkup. There was a big waiting line. The servicers they were providing was not required. They were behaving badly with the pateints. It was a bad decision going there.

My mother got her gallbladder removal surgery done over here . Staff is very lazy , inactive and irresponsible. Charged extra despite of the mediclaim (apart from the actual bill). Didn't have a pleasing experience with them.

The only reason why they have been given three stars is because of easy and quick acknowledgement from their TPA dept. that helped us in billing and insurance processes. A few of the nurses were well behaved but the food, frequency of doctor's visits, hygiene and rest of the staff's attitude was enormously pathetic. Receptionist are way too loud and rude for no reason and consider zero obligation to explain things in a more politer manner.

If we talk about point to improve then it must be Washroom cleaning should be repeated frequently as patient are using and chances of contamination increase.

I work as a Third Officer in merchant navy and had a bad experience onboard with a lower back injury and medically signed off. After coming back home, i took physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Megha as recommended by Company's doctor. I recently had my first visit with Dr Meghha N Gupta (Physiotherepist) and it was a delight. I was suffering from tail bone pain since last 1 year, She immediately treated me and made me feel very comfortable. I am very happy to have found a very good Physiotherepist that I feel I can trust and connect with. I was treated very well and honestly i got more than 50% relief and recovered in my 3rd sitting.
