My brother has been diagnosed with bone tumor in this hospital. He was not informed the diagnosis properly and has been provided with no counseling and proper way forward. I am a doctor and I tried connecting with his doctor to understand the situation and the doctor completely refused to talk to me. The receptionist also refused to talk to me over call when asked for support. The behaviour was very disheartening and rude. The diagnosis is a life changing diagnosis and proper intervention and adequate counseling is important for the patient as well as the family. The communication is very important in such circumstances. But the hospital is seriously handicapped in taking care of these important needs of their patients. I am really concerned as the staff as well as the doctors are not supportive, this may result in to life long trauma for the patient. If they are behaving like this in the beginning, it is very difficult to trust their services. I will highly recommend not to avail services from this hospital. They might increase your life long trauma instead of helping you or providing you relief.

One of the best super speciality hospital present in Noida for almost every type of disease, treatment and surgery. The hospital is well equipped with all the advance hi-tech machinery for diagnosis and have multi speciality cath and path labs inside. Neatness and cleanliness is everywhere except the washrooms. Washroom smells like hell specifically the one on the 2nd floor waiting hall. Plenty of space available for the attendees to stay overnight. Staff is really nice here as they listen you carefully and act accordingly. Here most of the patients are from panel background like ESI, ECHS and others. It's branches are in other parts of Noida as well like one in sector 101 and another one is near by pari chowk. Overall the hospital is very good with plenty of beds available and good doctors.

Very bad experience today , waiting time for gynaecologist almost 1:30 H:M , pregnant women had to wait for more than 90 min . Doctors timing should be informed at billing counter if not available.

One word for the hospital is “SCAM”. I went to the emergency ward as my sister fainted. The emergency specialist female doctor and the other doctor Prakhar garg doesn’t know the difference between dizziness and vertigo. The staff was not listening and was so rude. They were not even removing the needle from my sister’s hand. Very unprofessional and just snatching money from the patients. Very bad experience. The man at the desk doesn’t know how to speak to the patient’s family and made 2 bills and motive was just to snatch money and take revenge as we questioned them. This is a good hospital. We went early morning at hospital, and the nurses, doctors, and staffs were very polite. My Sister-in-law was admitted for 5 days. Yesterday, I have visited there for an angiography test of my father in heart department. Honestly saying this is very good hospital with full of amenities and services. The most valuable thing is that all staff's behaviour is good and smooth. Doctors, nurses and other supporting staffs are behaving betterly and are giving their 100 percent to the patient. Patient attenders are also getting good services here like canteen, waiting sofa and sleeping area. I want to thank Yatharth Hospital and team for making such a wonderful staff management. Cost is high but services are satisfactory.

Very pathetic hospital service.. billing team making bill of un-necessary items. even when we ask for multiple time for the itemized bill. they don gave us.. specially Devendra.. and all instructions are given by senior management.. actually the cause is they don't have the patients in the hospital. and try to loot the patients which few of them are coming

My brother had a severe pain in his abdomen, we went in the emergency,the doctor suggested some tests, we got that done. Now when we got the report we consulted a doctor in OPD, he asked to get those test done again, it's not even a day old. Do you guys even understand the value of money?? Today we got the report from lal path lab and now when I compare both the reports (one that I got from yatharth and another from lal path lab) you will be shocked to see such major difference, when I called the lab in yatharth, he asked me to get the test done again, like seriously!!!! Do you even know what you talk about ? How come you are running such a huge hospital...I will never recommend anyone to go to this hospital.

It's a pathetic hospital, rather I would like to say it's not an hospital, it's a place where they kill your near and deal ones slowly. My mother was admitted here in ICU on 1/14 for a lung infection issue they treated her with wrong medication which resulted issues in her heart, kidney and ultimately death on 6/2 , they only know how to make money . A hospital with all inexperienced and unprofessional doctors and staff to name a few Dr Mayank ( Pulmonologist), Dr Vaishnav , Dr Shruti, Dr Alok all from.medicine team. They all aare theieves. Please stop visting them if you want to save your near and dear ones.

My mother underwent with minor surgery on her armpit which was quite successful. For that hospital took the test sample and submitted on their lab on 21 st Jan, it's almost 10 days now and we are still waiting for the one test report and our next consultation is pending due to that report. First of all the numbers given in website is wrong and the landline no body pics up. Lab number mentioned on prescription also no one is picking up. On top of that online reports website are not working so you can't see it online although charging heavily for tests. Chasing them from the past 4 days. I must say very unprofessional thing from the hospital side. Couldn't expect.

Very good physicians in this particular hospital. First time I went to a lady doctor I don’t remember her name and then second time I visited Dr. Prakhar. I think they both are good. I am super allergic to lot of things. thankfully I am getting better. My skin is not as bad as it was before.

Right from the security gate to MICU, everyone has been a gem of a person is his/ her own right. It feels like a sacred place here and you feel your patient is in safe hands. Here everyone listens rather than making disclaimers. Doctors are brilliant and caring and hear you if you are mature and well behaved. Specific mention to the super-humans of ICU like Dr Pragati Gupta who are much more than just doctors by profession. She is a doctor as true, genuine, fair and empathic you will feel blessed to interact with. At Yatharth i have gained trust in medical line which seems to have fading away elsewhere. The owners have laid foundation of a brand which will definitely be a trend setter in times to come for bigger brands like Fortis which are just names now. Not many people would know that Yatharth has a an excellent Neurosciences Department. Dr. Prankul Singhal cured my Chacha’s tumour of spine that was an quite complicated. He complained of considerable pain on his lower back all the time. Dr. Prankul operated a very exhaustive surgery through neuro microscope. He is on his feet with the help of a walker but Physiotherapy have assured us within 6 months’ or lesser time he will be able to walk freely without walker.

Dr. Shweta Tyagi treated my mom’s severe gum infection. Asked bledding hoti thi unko. She got better and can pretty much eat everything without a single problem.

Dr Hompriya Issar very reputed brain & spine surgeon. My mother in law suffered from a rare disorder which was narrower spinal canal. Dr. Issar performed Lumbar laminectomy on her. One can expect stiffness or sore back after surgery which in her case she rapidly improved in just couple of weeks with the help of Back brace and amazing physical therapy provided by Yatharth Rehab centre. We are very thankful to him and the team for giving my mother a second chance to walk. She has progressed really well. Thanks Team!

My Tauji’s prostate got treated by Dr. Upendra Singh. Before getting his treatment he never wanted to get the treatment done and was very rigid about it. For some reason after his first session with Dr. Upendra he got ready for the procedure. Everything happened very swiftly and efficiently.

13th October 2021 I have come along with my sick sister to consult a docter here and arrived at 5:30 , receptionist took the consult charge of 700 and asked to wait , it's 6:37 and no one has arrived ( dr kifayat ) , we have been told that doc is on round and knowingly that it can take time they took the charge . Why the doc goes on a round at the time of opd and if he/she has a time set to go and see the existing patients then when the new arrivals were get charged and asked to wait . Too bad first impression yatharth . Sabka time valuable hai .

I was a flight for Goa but one day before I got to know that Covid 19 report which is not older than 72 hrs is must for travelling to Goa. It was Sunday, I called at Yatharth Hospital searching there contact details on Google and inquired about Covid 19 testing. They only do the rapid antigen test to check Covid 19. I have visited hospital and paid 500 Rupees for the rapid antigen test. They took the sample and within 30 minutes I have the printed report in my hand. So overall a very good experience for me. Hospital was clean and there was enough supporting staff. Parking is spacious here.

Good doctors, and the hospital is adept with the latest technology. You don’t have to go anywhere else for the gazillions of tests and ultrasounds that the doctors require. Everything is at one place. They are an ethical institution and not money minting businesses. I have never heard of any of the doctors cheating you or making a fool out of you. We have been visiting them for a very long time. Keep the mgmt up. Really appreciate the morality at the core of this institution.

Very bad behaved staff. Especially the medical staff in the ICU in the night shift treat you really bad. They should have at least some empathy for people whose near and dear ones are admitted. Treat people with some respect please. I had really bad experience.
