Professor Jorge is a great teacher! I have been studying BJJ for two years and am now taking private lessons with Professor Jorge. It has been a game changer for me. He has a very unique and effective training style that has helped me retain the material he is teaching me. Training with the goal of retention is what I have accomplished with Professor Jorge. I couldn't be happier. On top of that, Professor Jorge is very patient, humble and fun.

Legacy Glendale had change my training journey. Coming from a journey stat started when I wa 4years old and now almost 13 yearsold. Off course my plan have changed. I been able to cut almost 20 lbs, double or triple my strength and gain 100% support from professor Jorge, all my coaches and teammates. Feeling better then ever. This is a great place to learn Jiu-jitsu. My family has been training here for over a year now. The other students and families are friendly and welcoming. The older kids look after my kids (4 and 5) during class and make sure the little ones are okay. They don't have to, but they do. Professor Jorge and Coach Benny along with Coach Matthew are great instructors. They're patient and always take the time to answer questions or go more in-depth on the techniques. That's been really helpful for me since I'm an out of shape 40 year old. The quality instruction and friendly community is what's helped me stay committed to training BJJ.

The kids program is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this gym, my 3 kids finally look forward attending their BJJ classes. Coach Benny and Professor Jorge are excellent teachers and very patient with the students. I've seen my kids improve so much. 10 stars all the way!!! Thank you, Legacy Glendale!!!!!

If you are looking to start jiu jitsu, this is the place to be. Your first time can be a little scary. On the first day you literally throw on a gi (the uniform) and start classes. It is very organized. You not only learn the moves but practice them. The teachers are nice funny and patient. In addition, they teach so well you are motivated to practice and work hard. Thank you !

Honestly the best bjj school I’ve been to, Prof. Jorge is an amazing instructor that teaches applicable techniques that anyone can learn and overall great facility with humble people. I recommend this place to anyone!
