after 6pm we were there to collect our online orders . perfect time few people in the mall and all the shops closed except Big W. On the other side Full Restaurants Lots of people outside the cinema 🎥 Look out the other side lots of kids playing. People wearing masked 😷 except people eating in restaurants and outdoors restaurants. The Mall is clean. Beautiful few xmas decoration. Hope all be safe.

Nice centre, with lots of good store's. Very clean and a good layout. From someone from the other side of town it is a nice place to visit.

Went for a movie on a Sunday night so most of it was closed. The theatre was neat and clean, the waiting area was well maintained. The food court had quite a few options, though we couldn't try any due to late hours.

Never had a problem going shopping here. Quick and convenient with all the stores that you need for daily essentials/goods. They have a good selection of restaurants ranging from Middle Eastern to Asian cuisines. Overall a good experience at this joint 👍🏼

Very big shopping centre. Probably the only shopping centre around northern suburbs with a fish stall. Huge parking space in many places around the mall. It also has a 24 hours pharmacy with a road side parking much closer to it. It has a small food court, and also various other restaurants around with their own seating arrangements. It would be really nice to have a camera installed around the pedestrian crossing spots of the main street as well have seen cars not giving way to pedestrians in more than just few occasions.

Not very pleasant shopping experience. There are open areas between each quarter of the shopping centre which is mostly windy. And on a cold rainy day it’s worst. You may have to cross road multiple times while pushing trolley on rough surface during shopping. This is the most poorly designed SC i have ever visited in my life. Also it needs more entrances facing parkings. Mostly parking is at the back side of the centre.

All sorts of colourful characters here. Families, young, old, and some crackheads. Many shops spread over a large area. The swimming pool smelled a little bit like wee, but that can't be helped really, can it?

The place is good but could be better if it was better connected internally like Epping Plaza. The concept of four quadrant is neither good for the retailers nor for the shoppers, lot of businesses struggling because of the format. Super markets are always going to be busy, it's the smaller stores that benefit from better accessibility. Revamp of the Central is very much required, scrap the parking strip in the middle - connect the quadrants with transparent roof and this place will have more foot traffic even on rainy days!

You need good legs to do it all. Didn't find any up market shops here. Great for everyday shopping. Food, has three main supermarkets. Kmart + BigW. Lots of other shops to browse. Lots of parking pram and wheelchair friendly.

Great shipping mall with many shops and restaurants. A great vibe with eateries around and good mix of outdoor seatings. Only issue is the parking is not covered so a bit of hassle in bad weather otherwise always enjoy going here.

Access to the centre is horrible, road works makes it extremely difficult to get in and out. Also do not like the fact that it is basically 4 separate centres which means you have to exit one part of the centre to get to the next part then cross the road to get to the next 2 sections.

My family and I visited the YD Craigieburn store on January 11, 2024. While we generally enjoy shopping in Craigieburn central, our recent experience was marred by the choice of music at YD. The rap song playing had explicit language, making it uncomfortable for families, especially those with kids. It's crucial for stores to consider the diverse clientele they serve. I hope the central management takes into account the impact of shop's music selection on creating a welcoming environment for all customers.

This shopping center is fantastic and has everything you need. It's kid-friendly and boasts good restaurants, complete grocery stores, and fresh goods. The vast parking space is available in various areas around the mall. Although the central drive-through area faces some issues with double parking, the active parking inspectors are helpful. Additionally, having cameras at pedestrian crossings would be beneficial. Overall, it's a great shopping destination with diverse food options, even though some shops like Aldi, Coles, and Kmart are spread out. 🛍️🍽️🚗

Good parking facilities, lot of parking space with access to all sides of the building. Clean on the inside and plenty of places to go shopping, dine-in, sit n enjoy time with family or friends. The drawback is that it does not have Kmart. It has all the other banks and offices but no office for Centrelink, for such a big community. Have to go to other suburbs nearby for small things.

Not suitable for the elderly or mum with kids during winter. No underneath car park for shelter during winter. Few great shops but there are some shops don’t take COVID safe practice seriously.

Almost awesome. But the indoor/outdoor layout, and having to go out into the wind and rain between buildings in winter is a nuisance. If they could close in the corridors a little more to cater for Melbourne's unpredictable weather, I think they'd be a lot better off.

  • 3/5 Steve B. 2 years ago on Google
Have never liked the unusual layout of the 4 blocks of shops. No undercover parking, and a wind tunnel beside the movie theatre. And no food court, the original one failed because of its location

  • 4/5 Joyce C. 3 years ago on Google
Sleek, modern shopping centre but one of the most confusing when trying to get into. I couldn't find the way to get to where I needed to be, even though I could see it. Centre consists of several blocks of shops with a major retailer in each block. I needed a toilet and had to go to the next block as there was no public toilet in the block I was in. This requires a walk of approx half a kilometer, not much unless you're an amputee pushing a shopping trolley. Signage for shops location within the blocks is poor, I didn't see a map of the centre anywhere so you could spend a long time looking for a particular business if you were a first time customer.

Saw a depressed unicorn and they got good sushi. I see people from school and that scares me. A book store would be great for these shops. I also saw Jesus-chan come back and he bought me a lithium powered drill. 😁

I was very impressed by Craigieburn Central.. it reminds me of the outlet malls in the USA. Plenty of parking a good variety of shops and places to eat. It was a great place to shop

  • 2/5 Jacinta B. 2 years ago on Google
I find the set up of this shopping centre to be annoying. It's set up into two seperate shopping sections and then the supermarkets are on the other side of the road. Not a huge variety of stores however do like that it has both Kmart and big w.

  • 3/5 Don T. 2 years ago on Google
This shopping central would be ideal for handicapped people as it is all the one level but...for your average shopper it doesn't offer a great convenience or atmosphere. It is made up of four sections (read buildings) with a road running through the middle. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the stores but finding whats what and where is a bit of a chore on your first visit. I had a client, who was not from the area, ring me to say he was lost and we then had to send a staff member out to rescue him. As you can tell, not a shopping experience I'll rush back for...

  • 2/5 Jessica A. 1 year ago on Google
The design and out lay are not practical, in order to get from supermarket to the other side of shops you have to go outside, parking is ridiculous good luck finding one, and traffic is always backed up.. the whole thing just doesn't make sense. Epping is so much better rain hail or shine.

  • 3/5 John H. 1 year ago on Google
This place has most of your needs when it comes to shops, from banks, clothes, food, real estate agents, phone shops. Coles, Woollies, Big W and Kmart. The only downside to this place is, it doesn't have underground car park, on those rainy days it can get difficult when you have kids and older parents to walk from car park to buildings..

  • 5/5 Venkat G. 2 years ago on Google
This shopping place is really good. There were good number of seating area in the lanes between the malls, and along the drive side. But given the number of ppl visiting it, it can be more in future. I visited during Saturday noon time, and there was a bit of traffic in the lane between the malls. Traffic must be ppl who are looking for parking spots & driving around.

  • 5/5 Elizabeth A. 1 year ago on Google
They have just about everything in one spot! Grocery stores, clothing stores, post office, Kmart, Big W, Aldi, restaurants, cafes, banks, realtors, etc. Oh yes, movie theater & kids arcade! A great spot for someone like me who is new to Australia from the USA 🤗

It's great to have a shopping centre in Craigieburn however it isn't a practical layout in winter and summer. It needs a proper food court.

  • 5/5 DAVID C. 1 year ago on Google
Parking is very ample tried to use the large areas as the central street is timed and looked like it was being watched, no need to get a ticket. Centre itself was clean and tidy with quite a few Swish looking food eateries. I will need to go back and try food coffee was great thanks. Looks like it can get busy there.

Very big shopping center that comprises multiple buildings with various retailers. The shopping is clean. It’s currently decorated with Xmas. A lot of games at Timezone. There are some restaurants that are waiting for you to discover

  • 5/5 Anthony C. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty much everything here that you would want. Only issue is the central drive through area. People really like double parking there cars and blocking the road and people in car parks. Parking inspectors are pretty active, but i think it would probably benefit from vicpol doing the odd foot patrol.

  • 4/5 Mehnaaz M. 1 year ago on Google
Shops are scattered all over the place. Good to dine in and lots of halal choices. Parking is a bit of hustle but you will enjoy your time here.

  • 4/5 RK D. 1 year ago on Google
This place is good for shopping grocery and clothes sometimes. You don’t need to rush to the city for clothes shopping. You can easily find something. It’s clean but in some areas it’s not which can be taken care of .

  • 1/5 Steph S. 1 year ago on Google
This is the worst designed shopping centre I have ever come to in my life. Who thought it was a good idea to chop this shopping centre, which is a a square shape, into four little squares and have customers go OUTSIDE and cross the road to get into each quarter!?! Mind you, if it’s raining, you get wet trying to get to the other side of the centre! There is always constant traffic with cars trying to drive through each quarter and to top it off, the shops within the centre are terrible! The quality and variety of shops is lacking compared to other proper shopping centres and there are no maps to tell you which shops are where. I honestly would not even classify Craigieburn central as a shopping centre, it’s a dump.

Quite possibly one of the worst shopping centres for anyone with children. As if the lack of facilities wasn’t bad enough, today a female security guard in the toilet verbally abused me for taking my 3 year old to the regular toilets instead of the family room on the other side of the centre. With Epping only 15 mins further away, most definitely not worth shopping at Craigieburn Central.

  • 4/5 Michael-lyn M. 10 months ago on Google
Good variety of shops. However, it is spread over 4 sites. It needs connecting walkways like the Southland shopping centre. This would make it a more pleasant shopping on winter days.
