Filthy. Pointed it out to staff, who said they would clear it up when it had quietened down (we were only customers, and 1 drive through in the time we were there). One staff member came out and picked up some rubbish from tables - but they needed crumbs and spills wiping off and the floor needed sweeping and ideally mopping. The other staff continued chatting and watching their phones.

The girls in here were so dreary and “dead” - they had no character. Forgive me, but if I’m going to spend £10 on just coffee and cake, a little smile and attentiveness would go a long way!

£21 for a two festive panninis, lattes and S'mores Brownie Blondies. Quick service and coffee made well. Cake a bit artificial but pannini nice. Have had poor coffee before here but this visit restored my faith.

Iced Caramel macchiato ordered. It was tasty, must try once again. Quick service, friendly staff, plenty places to seat

The staff have an attitude problem There customer skills are very poor and they seem more interested talking and laughing with each other than serving there customers. They are disorganised and the atmosphere was uncomfortable They also mispronounced our names when we told them clear what they were. They don’t concentrate on the customers orders they mess up the orders and they just laugh at you and make fun of you this was our experience i would not go to this service again very disappointing.

If you really, really need a coffee then you go here but avoid it if possible,staff are unfriendly and on their phones nota worried about customer service, toilets are a mess and the stations look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Worst coffee ever had at a starbucks.

A great stop north or southbound on the M40 if you want a calmer space than the main services, or a drive through. We always stop and use it as a rest break on our journeys from/to the south coast. There are well maintained toilets on the premises too. We mainly have just coffee with a small snack

Woman on till was loudly chatting to someone about a very personal matter through her headset whilst serving me. She didn’t pause her conversation for any longer than to ask me for payment and did I want a receipt and that the drink would be on the end of the counter. No eye contact at all. She had the air of someone who had just had her personal conversation rudely interrupted. This was at 8.45am on sun 23 July. Utterly appalling 🤯

For a motorway service area Starbucks at Warwick is a great asset as it offers everything that can be found in the main service area. Miles travelling down to Heathrow Airport for a pickup on coronation Day it was certainly a welcome break with plenty of service staff. Coffee and a bacon roll, a nice little breakfast bite.

It was busy at the services so the coffee shop was welcome. My husband needed the loo so used the Starbucks cafe one. It was disgusting - mostly just because of the smell and urine. Definitely not cleaned and if it was it was done very badly. How embarrassing for you!!! I went to services loo which was way busier and nothing wrong with the cleanliness. Need to sort it out!!!

Used drive thru and the service wasn’t great. They sounded super rushed during my order during the drive thru. Drinks tasted as expected but lids weren’t put on correctly on my drink, not very impressed since obviously i got the drink whilst I was in my car!

Made time to actually stop for a coffee, well drive through looked busy so went in, team all hard at it but excellent customer service and a great coffee…..in my reusable cup obvs……
