We
started
attending
Lisa's
Pilates
classes
over
10
years
ago.
At
the
start,
Lisa
was
very
attentive,
explaining
each
move
carefully
and
making
sure
we
were
doing
the
moves
correctly.
Years
on,
Lisa
is
still
challenging
us
with
harder
moves,
sharing
her
expertise.
My
husband
used
to
have
problems
with
his
back,
but
since
doing
Lisa's
Pilates
classes,
he
has
had
little
trouble.
During
the
Covid
lockdowns,
Lisa
hosted
Zoom
classes
to
keep
us
all
going,
which
was
fantastic.
Lisa
also
led
other
types
of
classes
including
Barre
and
High
Intensity
classes,
as
well
as
giving
us
a
challenge
a
day
for
a
whole
month.
Another
forte
of
Lisa's
is
her
advice
on
nutrition
and
general
health.
Lisa's
friendly
personality
and
sense
of
humour
keeps
you
going,
so

classes,
