Let's be honest Checkers is about the worst food available. But for a quick hotdog and drink it will do the trick. Service is good but not 4 or 5 star worthy. Sometimes you can't even communicate with the worker. You can get your food because they've automated the process, but when you get to the window GOOD LUCK. Atmosphere is always 2 star worthy.

@Checkers - I'm contacting the corporate office. The location I visited not only provided poor customer service but needs a thorough inspection by the health department. Unfortunate case of the employees running the business and not the leadership. That is a picture of the amount of fries that came with my granddaughter's meal and when I saw there were no fries, the person behind the counter hid.

Service was great, Buford and fries were great but the fish sandwich was the worst I ever had. I only ordered it cause it's the only thing without pepper which I'm allergic to ugh.

This eatery is a hidden gem for “fast food”. The food is made fresh to order. I happen to love the mother cruncher chicken sandwiches. They are crispy, a little juicy and is good tender whole meat chicken breast. Not reconstituted pattie’s! You can’t go wrong with these sandwiches. I live the burgers which are real beef and are nice and thick. All are made to order. I’m not a side other person but I do like the French fries and also the loaded fries here. Sandwiches n here are a bit pricier than you’d normally spend at the other fast food places but are huge , filling and delicious. I highly recommend Checkers. I like to sit out at the stone tables under the trees and eat my meals. It’s a welcome break to the inside fast food dining. Drive through is also offered here. Try it. You won’t regret it

What can you say? It's fast, friendly, CHEAP and I love their chili dogs, something McDonald's and Burger King do not have... and ice cream cones! Crazy, fun menu.

Not a great experience with these checkers today. I was created by a Robert or machine which makes it hard to order because you can't correct your order,so you get what you didn't want. Then when you go to the window it's like they look at you and act anoid that you're changing all your order so you feel like you're a difficult client. The food is very salty and over cooked especially the chicken sandwich. I paid 21.00 for just 2 sandwiches one fried 2 medium cooks and an apple pie! Not a good day to choose checkers for dinner today. 1/12/2024😫

The orange juice taste like detergent. Little tarter sauce on my sandwich. Spend $36 and the food was nasty.

They have a new intercom system that takes your order. It did pretty well. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier was on her phone. I was told to go around to wait for my food on the other side. The food was fresh and hot.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food was prepared. The food was fresh. The employees were nice. I can't find anything to complain about for this visit. This was a positive experience that I wish carried over to all other checkers. Good job

Ordered through DoorDash ! Forgot the drink to my combo meal and they forgot my chocolate shake. Every single time I ordered for delivery they forgot something. Every time. But this time will be my last time ever getting checkers from here. They also didn’t cook my hamburger all the way and I didn’t notice till I already had taken some bites . So gross . 0/10

The food was great after the person at the front window asked me to back up and re-order at least three times and then when I got to the front counter, she gave me an attitude

Only because I couldn't take stats away.. I ordered fried mushrooms burger n definitely didn't get grief mushrooms I ordered cherry coke this time cause last time the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all n the coke machine rnt have carb right or syrup I dnt know exactly but my coke was watered down n nasty ...thought I'd give them another chance I like checkers food but this location just dnt got it

Came here to get a late night dinner and birthday burger for my dogs 4th birthday (Dalmatian). I can honestly say the customer service here was 120%. The two young women, one had red hair, were so nice, and even gave my boy a treat for his birthday. After a long week, their genuine kindness really made my week. Crosby’s to! Thank you both, and to their manager; their service was prompt, attentive, professional and even funny! These two need to show corporate how the rest of checker restaurants should be run. I don’t know what they’re paid, but I know it’s not enough. If it’s less than $20 an hour, for how DAMN good they are at their job, then you need to fix that.

The worst customer service my family and I have yet to experience. They had us wait 30 mins for our order, got mad when they messed up our order, and banged on our car window when we asked for a moment to review our order. Just awful! They need help asap.

I visited the Wellington, FL store today and got zero words from the employees. Going through the drive thru the cashier said zero words to be but pointed to move to a parking spot. Then brought my food out and still said nothing to me. Very rude, even after I said thank you and have a great day. Will most likely not come here again.

I was the first one to order and the last one to receive this is the meal i got compared to the bill and the guy was sweeping the floor and put the fries in my bag without a glove when I complained the attendance said "what's wrong with that"...

I asked for my fish to be dropped while I wait. Because they put it under the light and it dries out and be hard and they try to sell you that hard fish. When you asked them to drop it while you wait they want to give you an attitude and don't do it and when you asked for your refund back they say I need to be banned because they don't want to do their job.
