I have Lived here for the past 2 years and I feel like this should be shareable, cottonwood is a nice place to live, but the harassment you have to deal with is crazy. Especially when it’s coming from one of the Property Managers. The main property manager Brianna is great , always helpful , & she is definitely for the people and will listen when things go wrong. Kemp is a great, and will always listen to what’s going on in the community. But Vannessa Escobar the 2nd property manager has harassed me ever since I moved into the community . Have you ever seen the movie Matilda ? It’s like I’m one of the students and she’s the Big Scary Principle is what it feels like. I get nothing but harassment every single day from her, if it’s not the garbage it’s the car, if it’s not the car it’s the porch, if it’s not the porch it’s the noise, If it’s not the noise it’s the ingredients you bring with you to cook on the grill, if it’s not your dinner prep it’s the plants on your porch need more water, it’s unreal . I have nothing but bad reviews and comments for her but I’m gonna keep those to myself . I truly don’t know what I did to tick her ticker so much, maybe it’s something personal she’s dealing with at home. I have no clue but for the past 2 years I have lived here she will make sure to find 1 thing a week to nitpick at you about. I’m pretty sure she just moved into the community as well so now she is stalking the residence daily and nightly. For anyone that wants a nice and peaceful living I’d suggest moving here but ever since I did I have found no peace with her always trying to ruin my peace . I was always taught you get bees with honey not vinegar but it seems she drinks vinegar everyday for breakfast. I really hope one of these days that Karma comes back around and she gets treated like she treats people in the community she’s in control of.

Community is very nice, I love the location. only a few issues so far: - residents not picking up dog poop -gas at the pool was empty when we wanted to grill, and the grill station was left a mess. Other than that, we love it so far!

I loved living at Cottonwood West Palm for last 4 years. Vanessa, Kempes, and Brianna in the office are so great. And Giovanni and Anthony do an excellent job maintaining the grounds. THANK YOU!

I’ve Loved living here so far , I moved in close to 4 months ago Vanessa & Kemps where extremely helpful during the application & moving in process. Maintenance has came to fix problems same day of request. & Vanessa & Kemps keep everyone well informed of the process for everything, Would highly recommend to anyone.

About to end our lease here and I was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments, speed of repairs and how quite it is. The only draw back here is the limited parking but its not much of a bother considering the litany of other benefits

I was a tenant for 3 years but due to a family health emergency, I had to move back to Massachusetts recently. I truly enjoyed my tenancy at Cottonwood West Palm. The management staff is outstanding! Every aspect of surround-tenant focus and care is delivered here. I felt like I was living in my own home, I hated to leave. Special thanks to Asst Manager Vanessa. For sure, the entire management team is to be commended for the service they deliver to make us feel at home and valued. You will love living at Cottonwood as much as I did.

Beautiful apartment with view of courtyard with palm trees and pool. Bright and neutrally decorated. Modern feel with granite counters and plank floors, Good gym and large pool with sun bathing area and BBQ. Very quiet only hear my neighbors when they talk in the corridor as they pass my apartment. . Maintenance same day response, corridors and elevator regularly cleaned. Staff all friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated for the freeway, interstate, local shops, mall and restaurants.

The office staff is simply amazing! The community is relatively quiet. I haven't had an issue since I moved in.
