love
this
place!
The
pizza
is
my
favorite
in
the
area
and
has
been
for
a
very
long
time.
But
I’m
writing
this
review
to
speak
on
their
customer
service.
I
recently
placed
an
order
for
pick
up.
My
wife
stopped
in
to
pick
it
up
on
her
way
home
from
running
errands.
She
had
no
idea
what
I
ordered;
she
just
said
she
was
there
to
pick
up
an
order
under
my
name.
The
staff
accidentally
gave
her
the
wrong
order
and
she
drove
away
with
it.
The
restaurant
called
me
and
told
me
what
happened
and
I
tried
to
get
a
hold
of
my
wife
but
before
I
could,
she
got
home.
I
called
the
restaurant
back
and
told
them
they
can
come
get
this
pizza
back
if
they
wanted
to,
and
also
to
just
cancel
my
order.
The
staff
told
me
not
to
worry
about
it
and
the
owner
will
call
me
later
to
refund
my
purchase.
I
didn’t
expect
a
phone
call,
as
this
was
a
small
order;
no
big
deal,
mistakes
happen.
Anyway,
the
owner
or
manager
called
me
and
texted
me
and
long
story
short,
refunded
me
and
apologized
and
said
they
don’t
want
to
lose
my
business.
I
kind
of
felt
bad.
It
was
just
a
small
mistake,
and
we’ve
never
had
a
problem
with
Jays
Pizza
before,
so
I
wasn’t
worried
about
it.
I
just
wanted
to
post
this
because
it’s
so
refreshing
to
know
that
not
only
is
their
pizza
outstanding,
the
people
working
there
are
outstanding
as
well!
