    Nice office and good visit experiences for me; however the billing department is not functioning, it's been taking 3+ months for them to correct a bill that I've already paid (which is paid right afrer I got the bill) and I've been proactively making so many phone calls and msgs and emails trying to get the issue solved but basically NO ONE from the office is able to help, this is very frustrating.

    Nice staff here, feel comfortable and fairly quick on follow up. Only gave 4 stars because it's hard to reach the front desk through the phone system a lot of the time and also, they can be very restrictive on authorizing refills even on regular non controlled prescription meds without several follow ups (copay $) but they show an adequate amount of care and so far have been happy with the service.

    Tried to call to make an appointment, they never call back. The phone system is set to help the staff to dodge calls when they feel like it. Excellent web site, but they failed putting effort getting their staff to respond back to customer.. It looks like staff is so secured, they do not need to do their basic job.

    I gave this place 5 start a couple of years ago but after finding out what they have been doing to me if I could give them zero starts I would. I went for a wellness visit with the nurse practitioner Heather. She asked how I felt and if I had any concerns. I expressed my concerns and told her how felt just ask she asked. She completely ignored me, I asked her about my medical record from a visit to the ER back from Dec, 2021 and she told me the office requested the records twice and were never sent! I called her out on the fact that she had ignored me when I told her was wrong with me and her answer was “I don’t know”. She then told me that this was “a wellness visit and I was bring up all these health issues” that billing should add to the visit a sick visit charge” . Well Heather ! You asked me if there were any issues and I answered you! Heather’s tone was very disdainful and humiliating. As soon as I walked out of her room I burst out to tears! I have never felt so unworthy as a human being by a medical provider. The office manager suggested we had a “communication barrier” which made it even worst giving the fact that they were using my ethnicity to cover up what just had happened! At the end of this very traumatic experience, the front office lady prints out the medical records from ER that were indeed sent to them since Jan 2022! This is what they have been doing to me! Hiding my ER diagnostics! No mention of anything on my wellness visit with Heather in 2022, no mention of anything today while I’ve been suffering from pain for almost 3 years! When the front desk lady gave me my medical records from the ER in a matter of 2 MINUTES I found out what has been causing my pain! Heather! walked out of the room affirming that she does care about patients but ALL THESE SHOWED THE OPOSIT ! Perhaps the only reason why she came out of the room saying that is because her manager was right in from of her and she had cameras around !

    A joke from the minute I walked into the office. 1. They didn't verify my insurance and asked me to wait. 40 minutes later I asks why the dr was taking so long and they said the insurance company's computer was down and they had to wait until they verify my insurance. What? The computer could be down for hours. 2. I had a pap smear. My current Dr asked me why I had a pap smear when I was 67 as you stop getting pap smears at 65. What? 3. I received a bill from a lab for the entire amount. They sent me to a lab my insurance company does not use so I was responsible for it. What? 4. I was waiting for other test results and they were lost. The dr never received them and the lab had no record. After 3 weeks of many calls to the dr's office trying to track down the results I had to go back and do the test again. Then I receive a bill for 1 of the test. There were other problems as well. It seems everyone in the office, except the 1 accounting person, is incapable of doing their job.

    Appointment was early in the morning with maybe 2 patients in the whole building. The doctor did not come out to acknowledge anyone instead we were told she was on a phone call, the problem is that phone call lasted 3 hours… never in my life have I experienced someone who Carries themselves in such an unprofessional manner. Idc who it is if you’re scheduling appointments for the day you tend to your patients in a timely manner, your priority are your patients set for that day . 30 min wait no problem . But 3 hours that is completely unacceptable will not be continuing in any revamed office ever. That phone call can wait.

    Dr, Simkins is very professional and warm. I like that she listens to me and will offer feedback based on my concerns and not just make pronouncements as Doctors are wont to do. Overall, as a fairly new patient I have been very pleased.

    This was my first visit, and I was so happy with the experience. The person who took my blood pressure, weight, etc., was very pleasant and kind. Dr. Simkins was wonderful. She took so much time with me and really listened to all my concerns. I felt very heard and that the medical care I received was top notch.

    One of the best doctor office experiences ever! From check-in to check out, from the Receptionist, to the Nurses, to the Doctor, each was knowledgeable, personal, and not rushed! Dr. Simkins' took the time to get to know and understand my daughter's needs. Very pleased and we're thrilled to have found my daughter's new Primary Physician! Thank you!
