I must have waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee. There was one person in line ahead of me. Service is exceptionally slow. This is a great Dunkin’ to work at, unless you need reliable internet. Cell service is sketchy. The dining room is the best I’ve seen and they have a good selection of merchandise.

Very disappointed...always my drinks are 1/2 🥤 cup😡never full... ...every week need to stop in that store because is on my way to work...but no more ...

The employees at this restaurant are disgusting, Asked a question and got yelled at, never eating at this restaurant again. Employees need to be taught a lesson on how to talk to customers. Couldn't understand a word they were saying.

Bad. My drink was 3 quarters full. I’ve had prior issue with not being served due to an app malfunction, and the manager was just as she has been described in other reviews.

After today, I will never step foot inside of this Dunkin' Donuts store ever again. By far the most disgusting and unprofessional store I've been to. The manager of this store is extremely nasty and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund on my coffee, after the young man made it incorrectly, she refused to give me a refund. She didn't apologize for the mistake and was very inconsiderate. As a result, I have filed a complaint with corporate about the store manager and this particular store. They will never get a dime from me again.

The most horrible breakfast I had at donking donuts. No cheese on our sandwiches, the bread totally burned and they don’t even have mayonnaise 🤦🏻‍♂️

Every time I go there is someone complaining about their order. Today they charged me the wrong amount, and when I asked for the receipt, the lady didn't want to give it to me. I took it out of the machine and saw that I was charged for a drink I didn't order. Another lady came because I was saying that something wasn't right. They started to communicate in a foreign language. I told them that the amount was wrong and she said, "The person before didn't pay so I didn't charge you for the donut". I told them it wasn't my fault and that the total was way more. I asked for a manager which came and started talking with the other 2 in the same language, she was also rude and said it was a mistake. Never apologized, just game me the difference back because she wouldn't void the transaction. They never clean the tables and they lock the bathrooms and tell the customers to use the bathrooms next door (another business). Shame on these employees and however is running this business.

This location is always out of items, the morning manager has a horrible attitude and poor customer service. What kind of example is she displaying for the rest of the staff. I asked for the corporate number and she got rude again plus hung up the phone in my face. Refused to give her name everytime I asked.
