Shop has a very good layout, very spacious. Staff can be very helpful right up to the point when it seems they are following you the shop. On this visit there was quite a few Koi ponds that the water was very murky. The front and rear garden were kept to very good standard. Pricing is reasonable.

Had to get some parts for a pump, and the staff at world of water were so helpful, they found out what I needed and put on order, also I enquired over one of our koi,that seemed out of sorts. Fantastic advice given also advised to test my pond water with dip strip. Overall they were very informative and helpful. Great customer service 👏

Great selection of preformed ponds of all sizes, together with liners to DIY your pond. There are cascades, pumps and everything else you need. A good selection of water features and everything for a tropical set up too.

I would have given zero stars. Hardly any fish, no pond plants, ignored by staff, stood at the till with approx £20 worth of goods - staff member saw us, no acknowledgement and walked off. We left the shop and will purchase elsewhere. Appalling service.

A really good display in the gardens to show various ways of creating your dream pond or water feature. Also great selection of plants and fish along with almost anything pond related.

Jenny and I went to world of water today and we are quite regular customers however we needed to replace a crucial part for our water pump. We had been discussing customer service in shops earlier in the day and saying how dreadful it was. The world of water customer service is absolutely exemplary they went above and beyond the call of duty and as a business they deserve to thrive. Maybe old fashioned but I would like to say this was service of the highest order. 10 out 10 well done all the staff. One very happy customer, Gary Osborne

Absolutely awful customer service, clearly a new employee had started and he was brilliant but the minute he asked for help from another employee they were very negative towards him saying they were too busy to help, baring in mind there is about 5-10 employees working and I was the only customer in store. Both employees he asked help from were huffing and puffing and did not engage with me at all! Thank you to the young man who did help me, he did his very best, I’m surprised other older colleagues have not been told to support younger newer members of staff.

Very good selection of fish and products for fish. All look very healthy and clean. Helpful staff and good parking. Also products for making ponds and water fountains. There is also a little cafe next door for a light bite..

Went there today to discuss buying a pump , clips and liner. The staff member was knowledgeable, professional and approachable. We thoroughly enjoy looking round the various ponds and water features.

I've bought plants online from World of Water. The water Lillie's and water hawthorn were excellent. Really good strong plants. I was unfortunate to also buy some water soldiers which were really really bad. The arrived rotten and decaying and within 2 weeks has totally rotted away. I wrote a positive review for my lilies - all good there. Review was accepted. I wrote a negative review for the water soldiers. For some reason this review hasn't been published. Be aware of buying online plants from them which don't have any reviews published!

It's alright. Loads on offer, staff very knowledgeable in there stock and fish. I'll be going back for sure.

A great selection of pond equipment and fish. The tropical fish selection in my opinion isn't that exciting a good range of tanks . I found I did get a constant barage of staff asking if I need any help.

Better range than other local fish shops very easy to spend more than expected so much better than other shops we visited and got to love the huge gorilla statue outside

Great selection of ponds & plants Tanks a bit on the expensive side, with the additives. Staff happy to stand behind the counter chatting rather than assist when we went, which was Father's day.

I visit regularly for pond and tank requirements and find the service and presentation of everything excellent. Fish always look very healthy and good quality. The outside ponds are lovely to wander round for inspiration. I pointed out the koi I wanted for my pond last visit and Ben was a nice very polite young man which is rare and refreshing these days and took the time to round up my choices. I live in Capel-Le-Ferne so it's no 5 minute journey, but I think it's worth it for good service. I will always use them even though obviously I have closer options. I'd recommend world of water to anyone

Took my 4 year old here and he loved it. So much to see and an extremely knowledgeable young man who works there. Large back garden / pond areas. Many different fish. Great layout.
